Basic cleaning supplies are provided, if needed. NO SMOKING Absolutely no smoking is permitted indoors. Additionally, because of fire, do not dispose of cigarette butts outdoors. In the case of violation of the indoor smoking policy, a complete housekeeping regimen will be done and the additional cleaning fee will be applied. NO FIRES/CAMPFIRES OR FIREWORKS Absolutely. NO fires or fireworks. The land is dry and the trees can be very flammable. If a fire starts, everyone loses. NO campfires are allowed on the premises. Campfires are grounds for immediate eviction. And, simply for your information, if a wildfire is started as a result of your actions, your home insurance policy is at risk from all entities that had costs relating to it, and you are personally responsible after that. NO CANDLES OR INCENSE No burning of candles or incense is permitted on the premises due to danger of fire. TENTS AND MOTOR HOMES Tents, Campers, and Motor Homes are not permitted on the property without prior, written permission. EXCESSIVE CLEANING Housekeeping is provided at the end of the rental period. However, except for normal use and maintenance, you must leave the premises in good condition. Excessive cleaning charges will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour if required. DAMAGES You are responsible for any and all damage your party may cause during your stay. You agree that you are responsible to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of damaged items. The upstairs bedrooms feature the ever-so-popular 50's knotty pine paneling. The living room is cozy with a coffered ceiling. The stairs are narrow and steep with a handrail. The kitchen has been modernized, but still maintains some of the sense of Grandma's house. Coffee lovers will enjoy the assortment of coffee equipment(regular,aeropress,french press, coffee grinder) The main floor has a shared living room with Smart TV and a dining table. Our delightful log cabin is perfect for a Methow Valley get-away. We are tucked in a lovely grove of aspens, one minute walk to the Methow River, private sauna, shared hot tub & pool and MVSTA trail (1-2 minute walk/ski). The cabin has two bedrooms + a sleeping loft and a full kitchen. The space Our family loves the Methow Valley and we enjoy sharing our special cabin with others so they can experience this special place as well. This delightful log cabin is steps from the Methow Valley Community Trail and Methow River. It is perfectly located in between historic Winthrop and Mazama on the banks of the Methow River. The cabin has a private barrel sauna fro six in the back yard and access to a shared hot tub and pool. This is a beautifully built 1600 square ft. 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin with a sleeping loft. The main floor has an open living/eating/full kitchen, which is perfect for gatherings. There is also a separate guest bedroom, common bathroom, and laundry area on the main floor. The second floor features the master bedroom with private bathroom and jetted soaking tub. The large loft has one queen and two twin/trundle beds. Many configurations of friends and family are comfortable in this cabin but it has been specifically set-up to comfortably host two families which we often do. You can sit on the front porch or back deck enjoying the beautiful setting in a grove of Aspens or explore the 40+ acres of shared property which includes almost a half-mile of river-front. The House is built around a large concrete waterway, which was originally part of the Winthrop water supply. That bunker is now the floor of an upper bedroom, as well as the walls of the living room and a second bedroom on the main floor. It is a hand-built, handmade riverfront pleasure. The space Located about 1/3 mile downstream of downtown Winthrop and its iconic Old West boardwalk, it is close yet private. This is a “one-of-a-kind experience” not to be passed over. Enjoy the central location in the heart of the Methow Valley from this fully equipped, family-friendly, trailside home! Truly a basecamp for adventures to North Cascades National Park, local nordic and back country skiing, hiking and mountain biking. An easy 15 minute walk to downtown Winthrop across a beautiful suspension bridge, a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and dining options makes this a prime location for your getaway! The space Welcome to the Winthrop Basecamp! This is a new home built in 2020 and features open dining/kitchen/living space with vaulted ceilings. It is centrally located and family friendly with a fenced backyard and patio. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, jetted tub, tiled shower and laundry station. The other bedroom features a queen bed, bunk bed with a full bathroom right outside the door. A barn style door can close this bedroom and bathroom off from the main living area making it feel like a second master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We have a small booster/high chair that can be secured to one of the dining chairs as well as a few books and toys for our younger guests. The patio space features string lights, a sturdy picnic table and outdoor lounge furniture as well as a propane BBQ. Guest access The entire home is available for your enjoyment including a fenced in back yard with garden. Help yourself to the raspberries and blueberries when ripe! There is a small shed out back that will be locked. Other things to note Step right out the front door to walk, bike, and even nordic ski (in the winter!) to town. The new Methow Trails space sits on the bluff behind the home and is easily accessed for walking and skiing trails depending on the time of year that you visit. The new library is a 5 minute walk, and 8 minutes to the Winthrop Rink where you can find many year round activities to sprinkle into you vacation—if you've still got energy after exploring the mountains and lakes nearby. It can be downloaded for offline use which is recommended as cell phone and internet service can be spotty in our rugged little mountain town (but that's partly why many of us love the area--it's a chance to disconnect and unwind!). If it snows while you are here, you will have to wait for plow service just like every other person in the valley. There are a limited number of plow companies and Methow Reservations nor the owners of the house are in control of the plow company schedules. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads and driveways to plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required, especially after any significant snow accumulation. Our local roads are always kept open and in good condition for winter travel. There are no refunds for road closures; however, if both the Stevens and Snoqualmie mountain passes are closed for more than 8 hours and the closures prevent you from reaching the property, you may reschedule your stay to arrive within 3 months of the pass closures. Please note that the North Cascades Pass is always closed during winter. We recommend you check weather conditions before driving through the passes during the winter at the DOT’s website.

If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required, especially after any significant snow accumulation. Lakeview Lodge is located above the office/store of Silverline Lakeside Resort on Pearrygin Lake. Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment.  Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered. Guest access Lakeview Lodge can be access via a staircase behind the office/store at Silverline Lakeside Resort. The kitchen&bathroom are state of the art&charming. The back features lush green grass, with a little bridge that crosses the irrigation ditch, which runs between the house&the Chewuch River. There is a large table to gather around in the river-view back room, or to sit, work, and gaze at the wildlife that gathers at the watering hole below. The front living room is comfortable, and it is fun to watch the Winthrop goings on. Always something! The rear of the house has easy access to the river as well as to an irrigation ditch that runs from May to early October.
