The condo is a fantastic oasis during the fall, winter and spring, being a luxury getaway overlooking the beach and ocean with amazing views. The sometimes chaotic weather in the off-season can be very cozy, as you watch the large ocean waves and stunning sunrises, sunsets and moon directly from your private deck, the condo, or even your king size bed! The summer's are just amazing, as you are able to easily transition between the beach and the condo throughout the day. The condo is located right on the beach in the famous Brunswick. Go downstairs to the outdoor patio bar and restaurant to listen to the live band, or play volleyball directly in front of the unit. Then come relax on your private over-sized balcony and listen to the band while overlooking the beach. In the evening, enjoy the entertainment at the restaurant bar downstairs. Come and go with your designated parking space (there is street parking for additional vehicles). No need to check-in, just use the pin code provided to easily enter the condo. You are right in the middle of the action (on the beach right next to the pier and amusement park). You honestly feel like you are at the beach when just hanging out in the unit or on the large private balcony. The condo is ideally located on the 3rd floor, which allows you to be high enough to have privacy, but low enough to see the beach while in the unit. If you want to feel connected to what's happening on the beach, this unit is perfect. But don't worry, no one from the beach can see into the unit, I've tested 😅! The ceilings on the 3rd floor are also high, making the unit feel really spacious. As an end-unit, the bedrooms have windows and are very private as they do not share a wall with each other or any other condo. The doors throughout the condo are solid wood and the floors have sound board installed for added privacy. Old Orchard Beach town fireworks can be seen directly from the balcony every Thursday night during the summer - best seats in town! Condo is fully stocked with everything you need to make it a hassle-free trip, such as dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, sponges, trash bags, etc. Keurig coffee maker with pods. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Sleeping arrangements include a king in the master (new luxury mattress), two twins in the second bedroom (that can be combined into a queen), and a pull-out couch in the living room. The condo is equipped with hand-made custom drapes and crown molding throughout. There are professionally installed ductless AC units in both the living areas and bedrooms. Building has elevator and security cameras (not in the unit). In-unit washer/dryer. Two high quality smart TVs; 65" in living room and 43" in master bedroom. Both have Amazon Prime, NetFlix and Live TV/Sports via YouTube Tv. Ultra high speed FIBER WiFi that is dependable for working remotely. All season outdoor furniture on the large private balcony overlooking the beach with nice views of the pier. The bathroom includes new porcelain tile flooring, luxury shower, with two shower heads, built in shower bench, and premium glass door. Upgraded 80 gallon commercial water heater so your entire party will have hot water. Close proximity to many beautiful Maine towns such as Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunk, York, etc. We provide every guest a unique code and delete them after the guest leaves. There is also an interior only lock so you can feel safe that no one can enter. No pets allowed per association rules. ✨ Condo Disclosures / Expectations ✨ Our goal is to be as transparent and upfront as possible about the experience you can expect. I recommend guests focus on the nearly 500 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ positive reviews from guests who have gone through this experience, rather than focus any one-off negative review. While we want to be as transparent as possible, the reality is that none of these topics are much of an issue for the vast majority of guests that stay. Old Orchard Beach is a destination and loved by many. The vast majority of guests really enjoy the condo, the surrounding activities, and the greater area. The unit is very nice and our goal was to make you feel like a king/queen on the beach - maybe a bit of a stretch but you get the idea! That said, the building and the area are not super high-end flashy show-off places (this isn't Miami 😂). It's a charming traditional Maine beach town, with nice local people who look out for each other. There are STUNNING sunrise/sunset experiences right from the condo/private deck that are very tranquil and peaceful. But you should be aware that you are staying at THE Brunswick, and as such, there are also periods of liveliness, including live music on the first floor. Most enjoy having the live entertainment downstairs, as it's a ton of fun - even if you are just soaking it in from to the private deck! But please note for those more sensitive to sound, that at times the live music from the first floor may be heard from the unit, and depending on the day/time of year, it may go into the night. Again, not something that is generally of huge concern, as the condo is on the 3rd floor, on the other side of the building, and has dense doors/curtains; but it can be there. Myself and the vast majority of guests love the combination of peacefulness, liveliness, and fun. We have plenty of family's stay that are very happy! We even have a lot of repeat guests that are grandparents, as they enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean/experience. The schedule for the downstairs entertainment will vary depending on the season. Typically, we have found: 🟢 Off-season: Live bands on the weekend nights. 🟢 Mid-season: Live bands on weekend nights, as well as early evening on Thursday/Sunday. 🟢 High-season: Generally bands every day and night in June, July and August. May and September will have fewer shows but still very lively. A true all-season rental with different times of the year offering a different experience. Typically, we have found: 🟢 Jan - Feb: is a cozy winter experience with sometimes chaotic weather. 🟢 March - April: is spring and can be a nice relaxing getaway. 🟢 May - June: most everything open in May with everything open in June. Really nice time of the year and can be beach weather in May and often in June. Great time if you want liveliness but slightly smaller crowds. 🟢 July-Aug: is high beach season, Old Orchard Beach in full swing. 🟢 Sept: things noticeably settle down (after Labor Day) with some businesses closing/reducing hours, but weather is often still very nice, including on the beach. Great time if you want liveliness but smaller crowds. 🟢 Oct - Dec: is fall/beginning of winter and can be very relaxing and a great place for couple getaways or family trips, especially over the holidays. During the off-season, there are local food options open but we would also advise traveling to neighboring towns by car for more dining options. Explore the traditional Maine area! Please only book this condo if you plan to treat it with respect. While we fully expect guests to have a few drinks, let loose, and enjoy the Brunswick - this is not the condo to party hard in and play beer pong, flip cup, etc. We try to make the experience the best we possibly can, which includes addressing all maintenance items as quickly as possible and integrating any feedback to the extent we can control the situation.
