Basement is a newly rehabbed with new kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances. I took the bedroom out of the basement but we have a pullout love seat and an air mattress if needed. I recently had a guest come and expected a perfect place. This is a lake house originally built in the 1920’s. It might have some different smells, have a few spider webs and it’s definitely not the Ritz Carlton. So if you are looking for a perfect new built place and cant handle an older lake house that has drafts, creeks and imperfections keep looking elsewhere. Other things to note Mascots at the home. Mucky the fish in the basement, Donald and Bob our pet ducks outside by the lake. Cyber Truck and Harley rentals by appointment and if available. Daily rates $300 plus deposit. No refunds and must have valid drivers license and born before 1986. Free EV Charging if you rent the Cyber Truck. House is not child proof. I do not recommend for parents with young kids. A key is not provided to guests for security reasons; therefore, please be sure to communicate with the host your intentions of schedules and activities, particularly for late night or early morning arrivals or departures. My preference is to have guests in before 11 pm if at all possible during the week. Finally, please be sure to consider there are multiple rooms rented.
