We are located just three miles from downtown Naples and many of the gulf beaches. You get all the amenities without the downtown prices. Our pool is complete and ready for use! The lanai around it is a comfortable place to rest and relax. Please check out the pictures. There is ample parking on our driveway, so please do not park on the street. The space We have added many kitchen items, as well as bikes and beach gear. The pool and screen cage is now finished! Its a great space we think our guests will enjoy. As a stand alone single family home, there are no other guests to worry about so you can be assured of privacy for you and yours. We hope that you will love this home as much as we do, and help us to make sure we add whatever is needed to make your stay as memorable as possible. We are very close to the Naples airport, but as a private airport, any noise is minimal. The main airstrip goes out over the gulf. Our house is very well insulated, so when they do use the auxiliary runway, if you are inside, you will not hear it. Guest access The home is accessed using an electronic lock code. We also have a Ring doorbell for safety and so we can better help you out if you are having trouble getting in. You will have access to the entire home. The pool is now complete and screened in. There are alarms on all doors and windows on pool side. Just push button on the frame before opening the door to enter or exit. If the alarm goes off, just push the button to silence it, and close the door. Part of the garage will be accessible for your bikes and toys. We have beach toys and accessories stored in the garage as well as a 5 bikes for your use. Please respect that at certain times of the year, we may have a car in the garage during your stay. Other things to note Shopping, restaurants, and Breweries, oh my! There is something for everyone. Downtown Naples for those with real money, Tin City for those less affluent, and craft Breweries for the beer snobs. We will even try to have a couple empty growlers here you can use for trade, as long as everyone plays fair. The Naples Botanical Gardens for those with green thumbs. This changes all the time, so you can visit every time you are here, and see different things. What would Florida be without beaches, and of course Naples has many of them. It is a 3 mile bike ride through the mangroves and city street green way to Naples beach. If you have a car, our personal favorite is Clam Pass Park. It is a short car ride away, and they have a free golf cart ride to get yourself and some of your beach essentials to the beach. The outdoor area has string lights all around it to create a nice ambience for evenings outside. If you exit the lanai, you'll find a putting green. We keep a few golf balls and putters available. In the garage, you'll find the washer and dryer. You'll also find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. The fully equipped kitchen, includes a breakfast bar and if you are a coffee lover, you'll find a choice of a Keurig or regular coffee machine, as well as starter amounts of Keurig pods, ground coffee, sugar. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days and you will find all major appliances, as well as many small ones, including a toaster, a blender for those healthy morning smoothies. . The primary suite, occupies one side of the house, and overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a comfortable king-sized bed and leads through to a large walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is a hairdryer and we supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and hand soap for your convenience. On the opposite side of the living areas are the 3 guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has sliding doors to access the pool deck, a queen size bed, a smart TV and plenty of closet space. It has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and also has access to the pool deck. The second and third guest rooms share a bathroom, with a tub/shower combination.
