The space This home is set up perfect for family reunions as you have good separation between the two sides of the home and the pool house. Many of our groups that stay never leave the property. Once you get your family and food here, you're all set. Guest access The home has 6 large bedrooms, a large kitchen with a large table for 8, oversized living room and library. The pool house has 2 rooms, a great room, 2 bathrooms, 1 private, 1 shared with your outside guests, featuring a steam shower and dry sauna. The pool house also has plenty of outdoor (unbreakable) plates and serving saucers, dedicated ice maker, common area double drawer refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, instant hot water and a kitchen sink with disposal. Outside space (maintained but not part of housekeeping) includes a 50 foot pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen which features a large grill, two side burners, an outdoor refrigerator and outdoor sink. The space What better way to vacation then do it then by spreading out in this semi ocean front, 7+ bedroom, 5.5 bathroom beauty. This 3 story house has 3 master suites with wrap around and private decks. While kids enjoy their first level rooms equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu Ray and board games, adults can enjoy the ocean AND bay views on either side of the house on the top level. The top level of the house has 1 king master suite with a private deck and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. This along side a wide open floor plan with both views of the ocean and the bay. The second level of the house has 1 king master suite, private deck and private bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub. This floor also has another king master suite with private bathroom and wrap around deck to view both the ocean and the bay. In between the two master suites there is a king bedroom with jack and jill adjoining bathroom to a queen bedroom. These rooms have decks outside their individual doors that look at the pool/hot tub/bay. The ground level floor has a double/twin bunk bed and a double trundle tucked away until the need arises in one room. The second private bedroom on this floor has a double/twin bunk and a twin/twin bunk. The den area has a queen pull out as well. A spacious kitchen allows your master chef to prepare meals with ease to serve on the brand new outdoor table and chairs or on the adirondack chairs or inside on our oversized kitchen table and kitchen bar area. We've added plenty of high end appliances to help make meal preparation a breeze. In less than 10 steps you will have sand on your toes. Beach access, as well as handicapped beach access, is available directly across the street from "Chillaxin" or spend your afternoons and evenings the hot tub. Pool will be open for the 2026 season on April 1 and closed in mid October. We can be flexible with these dates, just ask. During peak summer season in mid-May through mid-September, enjoy weekly rentals starting Saturday to Saturday. Any other time, enjoy a three night minimum stay depending on the season. Guests must be able to use indoor or outdoor stairs to access the top floor. 	•	There is also an indoor spiral staircase connecting the two levels. Other things to note Breaker Bay beach house is conveniently located just a half mile off Sandbridge Rd, and only a few minutes walk from the beach-with two beach access points that are two blocks North and South of the house, local Sandbridge restaurants, Sugar Shack, Beach Shops, Seaside Market and more. Please Note for Families: Sandpiper Road is the primary entrance and exit for the south end of Sandbridge. As such, it can experience steady vehicle traffic at times. All beach access points for homes in this area are located off Sandpiper Road. Guests may need to walk along the roadside to reach the beach. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the layout of the area prior to booking to ensure it suits your family’s needs.

This 4000 sq ft home has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, an office (if you must work), 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, both ocean and bay views, multiple decks, large swimming pool. The Silver Strand is the perfect escape. Enjoy ocean sunrises and bay sunsets, gaze at the stars and listen to the peaceful heart beat of nature. The space This home is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the bay is our backyard! The front deck offers sunrise views. The back offers the most beautiful sunset views. The public path to the beach is straight, directly out the front door for convenience. We do provide a beach cart for ease of taking chairs to the beach and can also connect you with a golf cart company for rental! The dock in our backyard is perfect for taking the kayaks out for a beautiful paddle on the bay. Our pool is perfect for the whole family! It has a 10in tanning ledge, great for toddlers to play as well! A 3 ft shallow end and an 5.5ft deep end. In 2024 we also added lounge chairs around the pool. Guest access We have a smart lock for keyless entry, the code is provided 48 hours prior to your arrival. Other things to note We supply 6 Beach chairs and a beach cart. We have recently added 2 kayaks, one is a single kayak and 1 is a 2 seater tandem kayak, life jackets provided in the garage.

Make yourself at home upstairs, where you'll find a living room with great lake views, a large-screen TV, and access to the dining area and kitchen. The dining table is big enough for memorable family dinners, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. Whip up some cocktails in the margarita machine and sit outside on the screened-in porch (screened even on the bottom to prevent any unwanted guests!). This lovely space features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fans for your evening entertainment.
