Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door. The space Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, black out curtains, 43" Samsung smart TV, luggage rack, and sound machine. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with twin and full size mattresses. Also includes a 43" smart TV, black out curtains, sound machine, and luggage rack for your convenience. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, with all of the amenities listed above. Primary Bedroom: King size bed, with all of the amenities listed above, as well as an attached bathroom, dresser, and an extra luggage rack. Note: The couch in the living room is very comfortable and can sleep one person. Please know that it is NOT a pullout bed. We also offer a queen size King Coil air mattress with a built in air pump for anyone who would like to use it. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and supply closet. Other things to note - There is an additional $125 nightly fee to heat the pool. It is not heated without request, and payment is due prior to your stay. If you do want it heated, we heat it to a default of 90°-91° when it’s cold out unless requested otherwise. The temperature cannot be increased above 94° without damaging the heater. It’s a deep pool that can take several days to heat, and we do not charge a preheating fee. If you would like the pool heated, please let me know 4 days in advance so I can insure it is ready for you when you arrive. You may heat it for however many nights of your stay as long as the nights are consecutive (if your stay is under 14 days). - Our neighborhood cannot accommodate more than 4 cars. Please plan accordingly. - The fireplace is non-functional. A permanent fireplace guard has since been drilled into the mantle. - The big white couch does not have a pull out bed. - This is a one story home but there are 2 shallow (3 inch) steps that lead into the first living room. For those with kids, there’s a retractable baby gate installed into the wall for your convenience. - The pool is professionally serviced every Wednesday, typically between 12-3 PM. Our pool guy, Chris, is typically only here for 5-15 minutes at a time. He has access to the backyard. - Our landscapers service the property biweekly. They have access to the backyard. - Due to insurance issues, the diving board has since been removed. - Sadly, we do not have green thumbs whatsoever and our beautiful orange tree has died. - Per Wayfair assembly instructions, the top bunkbed has a weight limit of 250 pounds. - We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team. For our guests with children: - We provide the following amenities: Frida Baby 4-In-1 Grow With Me Tub (along with a kneeling pad and baby soap), diaper pail, stroller, toys, books, bibs, nightlights, high chair, booster seat, pack n’ play, children’s dinnerware, and child proof essentials (cabinet locks, exterior leading door handle covers, and outlet covers). - The back door is a set of double doors, one of them is a security door. The deadbolt for the regular door is set at 54” high. There is a door alarm installed on this door to alert you when it’s opened. It can be turned on/off at anytime. - For the pool, we have lifejackets rated for infants, toddlers, and children up to 88 pounds, as well as goggles and arm floaties. ***The pool is not fenced. Children must be watched at all times.*** - We provide swim diapers for your littles; please use them generously as I’m happy to restock them. - We allow use of our stroller for any activities, and kindly ask that you wipe off any food or drink residue on the tray and seat prior to your departure. - We have art supplies for anyone (including adults!) who are feeling artistic. This includes coloring books, construction paper, as well as washable crayons and markers. - We have 2 pack n plays available that are always at the house. For bedding, we provide 4 waterproof mattress pads, 4 fitted sheets, 2 toddler pillows (includes pillowcases), and 2 toddler blankets.
