Two staircases lead up to the second floor, where you will find an office, large bedroom, full bath (featuring a clawfoot tub!), and master bedroom with a huge full bath attached. A brand new washer and dryer is also located on the second floor. The master bedroom (king bed) offers two huge full-sized mirrors—perfect for getting ready before a big event or fun night out. In the master bath you will find a double vanity, large stained glass window, stand up shower, and huge tub (note, jacuzzi jets are turned off). Both bathrooms offer lots of amenities and premium products for guests to use throughout their stay. The other bedroom on the second floor features an original fireplace (1 of 4!), a twin bed, and a queen bed. The office is perfect for those in your group that need to work remotely during their travels. Complete with a single monitor desk and a double monitor desk, both including a Microsoft Surface docking station, keyboard, and mouse, these set-ups are truly plug and play so that you can spend less time setting up your work station and more time enjoying St. Louis and all this house has to offer! Making your way to the third floor, you’ll be greeted with a drink station so that 3rd floor guests can relax in the mornings without having to travel downstairs for a beverage. Two bedrooms are found upstairs. To the right you will find a cozy oasis basking in natural light with a queen bed, a full bed, and a third desk for remote work. To the left a huge bedroom awaits—outfitted with a king bed and a double over double bunk bed. The room is big enough to add an air mattress for extra large groups. Both bedrooms offer closet space, dressers, comfy digs, and a relaxing atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, other than the basement and a closet on the first floor (which will soon be a half bath!) Other things to note I-44 is very close to the house, so you may notice traffic noises from inside the house and certainly from outside when enjoying the backyard. We have not found this to be super noticeable, but worth noting if a guest requires absolute silence when sleeping.

It was one of the first homes built on Kingshighway and sits directly across from the beautiful, historic Tower Grove Park. My home is centrally located & close to major highways that make getting around the city easy. I won't be at the home during your stay but will be close by in case you need anything. I have a keyless entry system which makes it easy for guests to come and go as they choose. The space I take great pride in my beautiful home and love sharing it with others. During the holidays, I will have my Christmas tree up for your family to enjoy! The first floor has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a door to the bathroom that is shared with others through a door in the hallway. There is also a gorgeous kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you will need to make amazing meals with your family & friends. The large living room & dining room provide plenty of space for being together and enjoying one another's company! Walk up the curved staircase to the second floor, and you will find four additional bedrooms & two additional bathrooms. Upstairs, the front bedroom has a queen bed, the large bedroom has a king bed and an HD TV, the middle bedroom has two full beds & the back bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a play area for kids. There is a parking pad in the rear of the home with space for three vehicles. Guests will enter and exit through the back door of the home. The large, partially fenced back yard is a perfect place for families (and pets) to play, and the patio area has a table that seats four people. The location is amazing and is close to so many coffee shops, restaurants & attractions. The beautiful Botanical Gardens and our famous Italian "Hill" area are within walking distance. The home also sits directly across the street from the historic Tower Grove Park, which was established in 1868. There are many activities there, such as Food Truck Friday in the summer (with live music), three playgrounds (at least one with a spouting water area), nine concrete and three grass tennis courts, basketball courts, twelve softball/kickball fields, six soccer fields, three baseball fields & a fabulous Farmer's Market in the Spring, Summer & Fall. They also have ten historic pavilions & four picnic sites.
