The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and ample workspace, making meal preparation easy during your stay. Dining areas are arranged for shared meals and relaxed evenings. The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality bedding and sufficient storage, offering a peaceful retreat for restful nights. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in. Pool heating – Important information 🌡️🏊‍♂️ We offer optional pool heating to make your stay even more enjoyable, especially during the cooler months. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $100.00 per week plus 12% tax. Please note that the water temperature of the pool is naturally affected by outside temperatures, weather conditions, and cooling during the night. After cool nights, especially in winter, the pool can lose heat overnight. Therefore, it is normal for the water temperature to be well below 85°F in the morning and it may take several hours for it to warm up again. The pool heater only works when the pool pump is running and automatically turns off once the water reaches a temperature of approximately 85°F. For safety reasons and to protect the equipment in extremely cold outdoor temperatures, the pool heater may not be activated at all. This is a built-in safety feature and does not indicate a malfunction. We ask our guests to consider the pool heater a comfort feature and not a guarantee of a constant water temperature. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant stay! If you prefer a higher pool temperature than 85°F, this can be arranged upon request up to a maximum of 89°F. There's also a gas grill for guest use, and a wood firepit too! There are two sun loungers near the shallow end of the pool, where you can see the sun shelf (with a spot for an umbrella, too!) There's plenty of seating out on the patio: a teak outdoor dining table w/ 6 chairs and umbrella, two benches and a high top table with 4 bar stools. We believe the pool area is sure to be the highlight of your stay! All of the linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach gear you need for your stay are provided. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience, and you can pack light—beach towels are also available! To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. These are intended for the initial part of your visit, and if you need more, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies. For added convenience, our home includes a washer and dryer. Cooking your favorite meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essential appliances, including a stove, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. You’ll also find pots and pans, dishes, and utensils, making meal prep effortless. Cleanup is simple with the dishwasher and complimentary dishwashing soap. This property is part of a duplex-style home and shares one wall with a completely separate unit on the left side. The neighboring unit has its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Outside is a lovely courtyard for a cookout. Head to white sand and turquoise water, take a sunset cruise or go fishing. Near playgrounds, dining and shopping. The garage is converted to a game room with ping pong. Bring friends inquire about taking both sides of this 2 unit home. The space This villa has a gorgeous kitchen and open floorplan. Relax in comfort. The living room has a nice leather couch. Our cozy courtyard is wonderful, after a day at the beach have a nice night and grill out under the string lights. Guest access Please use the outside space of the half you reserved. The driveway is large please park on your side. Other things to note The game room is a converted garage. The wall is shared and you may faintly hear other guests enjoying the other game room. Close the kitchen door so you won’t hear it.
