The house sits alone on a peninsula on the public side with 800 feet of water front. The house is approximately 1800 square feet. Windows abound allowing views of the lake to extend 300 degrees. The front of the house is walled with windows two stories high providing spectacular sights of water and sunsets. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with new cabinets and granite, two full baths, three bedrooms and a loft. The space The pier is a short 50 foot walk across the lot from the house. The large sandy beach area is a few steps further and extends gradually into the lake. You can ski or tube right from the beach or the pier. A few steps further is our 12 foot concrete boat launch capable . The pier, beach and boat launch are private, have plenty of deep water (regardless of lake water levels), and well within view from the house. The lake itself is a fisherman’s paradise. Our home is located in the sought after Tara Woods location on the public side and is nestled under mature trees creating a campy feel for a perfect place to gather with family and friends. Our home offers a quiet and safe environment for all members of the family to enjoy and build memories. The space In addition to having exclusive access to the pristine waters of Lake Anna, this split level home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 adults (max) and 2 children comfortably. First floor has one bathroom and one bedroom with a full size trundle bed and one bunk bed. It also has the combination of a living room/dining room/kitchen area that is great for gatherings, cooking meals and playing games which is perfect for family bonding. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and supplies ready to prepare meals and share family recipes. As you walk down to the first floor, don't be surprise at that stunning view of the lake. This area offers wall to wall windows and glass doors for gazing at that amazing view. It is sooo relaxing! The second floor has two master bedrooms with king beds overlooking the lake, two bathrooms and a third middle room that has two bunk beds perfect for kids and/or another couple. It also has a dedicated washer and dryer space. The outdoors offer a large patio with 2 grills for cooking out, a pellet grill and a gas grill. There is also plenty of seating to enjoy outdoor dining or watching the kids run around in a large open controlled space while gazing at the lake. We also have two fire pits, with one close to the lake for a more isolated experience while roasting those s'mores. We also have a ton of outside games in the shed for the kids and young adults. Guest access The day of arrival, you will receive an access code to enter the property along with a link to the electronic copy of the Guest Guide that has all of the details for check-in/check-out and how to navigate around the property and location. You will have full access to the property, with the exception of a few locked owners closets/areas. This includes access to our private dock that can fit up to a 26 ft size wake boat or pontoon and an area to dock jetskis (this does not include the covered boat slip). We also provide kayaks and stand up paddle boards along with life jackets for kids and adults. Other things to note *IMPORTANT* Within 48 hours after requesting to book, you may be asked to complete a guest verification process through third-party provider Truvi. This is being done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. If you are asked to participate in the verification process and prefer not to, then the booking will be cancelled immediately. Also, a rental agreement will be provided, and guests must sign it prior to receiving the access instructions. This is a requirement of our HOA bylaws. Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor. The space Tranquil lake front home situated on just over an acre with a nice large backyard that gently slopes down to the lake and private dock. Step off the bulkhead into the sandy shallow area of the lake which gradually gets deeper as you walk out to the dock. Our home offers lots of outdoor living space including a screened porch, two decks that span across the back of the home and a large firepit close to the water's edge. Main Level Enter into a large open living and dining area which has a vaulted ceiling and gas burning fireplace with modern decor and loads of natural sunlight. The dining area has a gorgeous view of the lake, is open to the kitchen and has access to the upper level deck. A TV room (cable) located just off the kitchen has a large comfy sectional that leads to the screened porch and upper deck with a gorgeous lake view. It's the perfect place to enjoy this peaceful and tranquil setting. A half bath is located on this level just off the TV room. Upper Level The master suite (king bed) is located on the upper level and has it's own small private walk out porch. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor that both have queen beds, night stands and beautiful lake views. A full bath also located on this floor. Lower Level Hosts one bedroom which contains a Queen bed and a lovely lake view. The laundry room is located on this level and a large storage closet that contains an extra twin mattress, high chair, and pack-n-play. Kitchen is equipped with the following: Coffeemaker that is capable of brewing a full pot or a single serve pod. A variety of honey, sweeteners ground coffee, and creamers will be provided. Hand mixer, blender, toaster, grilling utensils, pots, pans, roaster, pie plate, cookware, baking sheets, basic seasonings, olive oil. One kitchen trash bag, and a roll of paper towels will be provided, as well as, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and kitchen spray. Bathrooms will be supplied with one roll of toilet paper to get you started and hand soap. A gas grill is located on the upper deck and is attached to a propane line. Guest access Living Room, Dining area, kitchen, TV room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, screened porch, upper and lower decks, fire pit, garage, laundry room and dock. Other things to note Kayak, a few life vests, floats & noodles are available for use, if you chose to use them it will be at your own risk (hosts will not be responsible for anything that may occur while using) Linens will be provided for kitchen, baths, and bedrooms (sheets are individually packaged for each room and will be located at the foot of the bed). A roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet tissue for each bath and a trash bags will help get your stay started. I recommend brining firewood for the fire pit. All trash must be placed in trash bags before putting it inside the bins located outside the garage (including pizza boxes and cardboard). Trash pick up is every Tuesday, it is hand pulled from the bin. If loose trash or food is found in the bin the trash company will charge an additional fee to disinfect and clean the bin. The space The house is located about 1/2 mile from our community dock in a lovely community. It has 3 bedrooms with a nice, open floor plan. The backyard is private and perfect for relaxing after a lake day. Guest access The entire house and property are available for use. Other things to note The property has a 'welcome home' feel and we have plenty of toys and games for kids who come along. It is not a lakefront luxury home so if you want that this is the wrong property for you. The neighbors are non-invasive and the house is fairly isolated. The low prices reflect the desire that the house is used by those who appreciate a place away, but are not after lakefront. Our rates are typically lower than most at the lake as we just seek to offset ownership costs and not really make a profit.

Other things to note This home has been fully renovated and completed in 6/2024. Lots of custom details were included in the renovation keeping functionality in mind. The whole house is hardwood flooring. The kitchen has a large island that sits 8 and also a round dining table with an additional 6 seats. The basement has a theater section with recliner couches and large 86" screen TV; the other section has a foosball table and dart board. Out-doors we have a hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, Giant connect-4, pool table, and cornhole games. The home also features a screened-in porch off of the deck, which is great for eating, reading, or meditating; especially on a rainy day.
