The ultimate Okanagan getaway starts here! The space This escape is well equipped with all the kitchen supplies you'll need for the BBQ with side burner, toaster oven, and microwave. The side burner is the stove (single) for pots and pans plus we have a flat grilling surface you can place on the BBQ for frying as well. There's even a mini dishwasher!! We supply the pots, pans, grilling surface, coffee, coffee cream, oatmeal breakfast, basic spices and oil. Groceries can be purchased from Nesters market, our neighbourhood grocery store. Drinks are best purchased from the Cask & Barrel... or straight from the 10+ wineries and brew pubs we have in our neighbourhood! The beach is just a 2 minute drive down the road to Kalamoir Park and is a fantastic spot for swimming, picnics, fishing off the doc, and hiking! Located in the heart of the West Kelowna Wine Trail, guests are mere minutes away from over a dozen local wineries, restaurants, golfing, beaches, and shopping. The suite offers many comforts and conveniences such as all new appliances, king size beds, AC, large deck with gas BBQ, putting green, and more! The space The suite is self contained, and fully furnished with brand new appliances and furniture throughout. In-floor heating runs throughout the entire suite. The living room has a chaise sofa, two chairs, area rugs, big screen TV, and gas fireplace. The dining area has a custom made concrete table (counter height) with 4 bar stool chairs. There is also a Lennox air conditioning/heating ceiling unit. The kitchen comes stocked with fridge, stove, dishwasher, wine fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, pots, pans, dish towels and clothes, and small appliances such as toaster, kettle, food processor, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, hand held mixer, and popcorn maker. The suite offers 2 bedrooms, each with a new king size bed, featuring Stearns & Foster mattresses. Each bedroom also has a closet system with drawers, built-in bedside tables, Smart TV's, black out drapery, Lennox air conditioning/heating ceiling units, dressing bench and laundry baskets. All bedding is included. Both bedrooms are a comfortable size, as bedroom 1 measures 11 ft. x 12 ft., and bedroom 2 measures 12 ft. x 10 ft. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. There are 4 sets of bath towels for guests (facecloth, small towel, and large bath towel), as well as a supply of hand towels for the bathroom. Extra towels are available. The in suite laundry closet has a brand new LG Thin Q washer/dryer tower unit, and extra storage. Cleaning products/laundry products, an iron, and counter top ironing board can also be found here. License #9028 The space The suite is a modern bright two bedroom space with separate private entrance and patio with seating. It is a true retreat. It is built like a carriage home and is totally separate from our house, so you will hear no noise from us. It is is built green and net zero. Solar panels provide power for the entire unit. Upon entering the open living space you will notice how bright it is with sliding glass doors looking out onto the yard and lake. The living room has a comfortable couch, chair and a 60" TV with HD cable. Offering netflix, paramount, and prime TV. The full kitchen has a huge eat in island (seats 4) with oven/ stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All the amenities needed to cook a delicious meal. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with casper mattress. There is a 50" TV as well. From the bedroom is a walk through closet with wood cheater door into the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen bed with a small walk in closet. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with a marble tile soaker tub/shower. Forget something? When you enter through your private entrance, you're greeted with a large entryway with custom build lockers for outerwear and shoes to your left. To your right is a dining table for four, and through the sliding pocket door is a half-bathroom. Walk forward and you're met with a huge quartz kitchen island with all of the food prep space a chef could ever need, and enough extra room for four people to sit and help/give advice/drink cocktails.
