Sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children under the age of 18, this unit also has three full baths. There is a large screen TV with VCR right next to the natural wood burning stone fireplace. In total, the home has 5 bedrooms, 3 remodeled bathrooms, dining room, sitting room and a tiered deck with seasonal hot tub overlooking a fantastic landscaped yard. New dock available providing dockage for your boat. Air conditioning and furnace are also inside the home, making it perfect for all seasons. This lakefront home makes the most of its location on the narrows of Lake Charlevoix just a few miles to downtown Charlevoix and a short drive to Petoskey. Take a day trip to Traverse City, about 50 miles south, or to Mackinaw and a fast ferry trip to the Island. So much to see and so much to do - this is the perfect location for family fun or romantic seclusion. This home also provides two kayaks, one paddle board and life jackets for your use during your stay. Boat house is also available for use. *This home is in a township with strict short term rental ordinance with occupancy and use restrictions. Four Seasons Cottage At Ironton Shore Farms

This completely remodeled home is across the street from Lake Charlevoix. Walk to the Washington Street Beach where you can take advantage of our pair of stand up paddle boards. A boat ramp is just a quarter mile. 3 miles from Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix. 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain. Home features a brand new kitchen and washer/dryer. One queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twins. Also has a separate room with a queen-sized futon to comfortably sleep 6. EV charger. Other things to note We also provide a collapsible wagon that you can use for trips to the beach which is about 1/2 of a mile. We provide beach towels and toys. For guests who stay four nights or longer, we provide a welcome basket with local cider. Upon arrival, you will also find a folder on the dining room table with suggestions for local eateries and activities. We highly recommend renting a boat or personal watercraft from Summertime Rentals, which is about six miles down the road in East Jordan. No pets allowed.
