We ask that Lodge guests respect the privacy of the A-Frame guests which is on the adjacent side of the property. There are shared hiking trails between the two cabins. Inside the cabin, guests will have access to all spaces minus the locked owners closets. There is a large gravel parking area directly outside of the cabin. We strongly recommend 4-wheel drive due to the grade of the driveway and require it in the winter months. Other things to note We love the modern, cozy comfort of The Everwoods Lodge. It allows us to unplug from our busy and sometimes chaotic day to day life, but is not totally without quirks: -We are on a septic system and well water, which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet and there is no garbage disposal. We have a full home softener + filtration system making the well water perfectly safe to drink and bathe in, however, some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay due to the distinct smell of the well water. -We are happy to offer Starlink satellite internet, the premier high speed Wi-Fi system setup in our cabin. Even so, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is sometimes spotty - we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the Wi-Fi signal is not perfect during your stay. -We professionally treat for pests seasonally, however, they do find their way into the cabin occasionally. Stay right in the vineyards of a small, farm-to-table, family run winery! The Winery Cottage is a quaint two bedroom cottage tucked far enough away from the winery for complete privacy yet close enough to walk just a few minutes past the vines to enjoy a glass of wine in our winery tasting room. The cottage is nestled alongside a private natural spring pond, and has its own entrance and driveway. Enjoy all the panoramic vineyard views and tranquility that this unique property has to offer. The space The kitchen area is fully equipped to cook meals, including a drip coffee maker, French press and hot water kettle, microwave/oven combo, and refrigerator. Salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, oil, teas and coffee is provided. The living room has a build in heating gas fireplace (allowed use from October through April), books, games and a small smart TV for you sign into your own accounts. Main feature of the vintage tiled bathroom is the two person soaker tub and the rain shower head for a relaxing time. The wrap around deck is accessible either via the front steps or the ramp along the back of the cottage for easy entrance, no need to climb stairs. You may walk the property anytime, vineyard entrance only via the gates, the fencing is electric so do not touch. Please make sure to close the gates behind you. You may walk up to the winery past the pond or simply drive your car up to the winery parking lot. Other things to note Most importantly we are a strict NO PET vacation rental. Since we are a working vineyard there could be tractor or other equipment noises during the growing season, you may find us or farm helpers in the vineyard behind the cottage on the occasion. We try to give you as much privacy as possible and schedule the farm work that needs to be done close to the cottage during midday hours. We have working border collie named Alexander running free on the property. He takes care of the sheep and keeps deer away from the vines. He does bark but wags his tail to play or play catch and does not venture down to the cottage very often, he stays around the farmhouse and winery.

The cabin sits directly in front a huge forest of mature trees. The back porch has an outdoor dining table as well as a hottub. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic getaway in nature. Our 1967 Airstream Airbnb has all the amenities ￼of home in an upscale outdoor experience. It is located in the Hocking Hills region near Ash Cave (6.9 miles, 13 minutes), Hocking Hills State Park 8.9 miles, 16 minutes), Old Man's Cave (12 miles, 19 minutes), Le Petit Chevalier winery (0.8 miles, 2 minutes) and much more. The space The Hocking Hills Airstream & Outdoor Living space is situated on 12 acres featuring a scenic vista where coffee & a sunrise will leave a lasting impression. The Airstream features a climate-controlled heating & cooling system, has a plush, California King bed, and comfortable seating for lounging, reading, and watching TV. The outdoor living area is set under a timber-framed pergola with comfortable seating, a fire pit, full curtains & multiple infrared hanging heaters. There is a full bath with a rain-head shower. The bathroom also has both radiant & infrared heating. The kitchenette is situated in the outdoor living space and has a cooktop griddle, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & farm sink. There is additional seating & a second fire pit on the patio area. Other things to note All water on the property is fed via a rainwater cistern. The water is treated in route to all water supplies in the structure. Due to a limited supply we ask guest to be mindful of water usage.

The bedroom features a king bed (with the comfiest mattress we could find) and blackout blinds in the loft. The bathroom is fitted with an oversized shower and a rain shower head. There is an outdoor shower (seasonal) located on the back side of the house. Living room with a cozy gas fireplace (seasonal). Guest access There is parking for up to 4 vehicles—contact-free entry upon arrival. Our property is situated on an incline, and while a Toyota Corolla can navigate it without any trouble, some guests prefer an SUV for added ease. During the winter months, we recommend a vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive for optimal access. There are Ring doorbells at the doors. Rest assured, they do not face the hot tub or the front deck. Other things to note Sheets, bathroom towels, and hot tub towels are included. We provide complimentary 2 Nespresso pods per day stayed. We also have normal coffee pot if you would like to bring coffee from home (filters are included). Our cabin has all the modern appliances that you would expect, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, range top stove and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and last but certainly not least, our beloved Keurig coffee maker. Unique design features include a wall of windows into the living room and 2 large, picture windows in the bedroom, in addition to other thoughtfully placed windows throughout. What’s the point of being immersed in nature if you can’t see and enjoy it! Both the living room wall of windows and bedroom picture windows have cordless blackout shades, so you can decide to either fall asleep looking at the treetops and stars and wake up with the sun, or sleep-in and get some well deserved rest. Outdoor amenities include a beautiful wrap-around deck with propane grill and outdoor furniture (table and chairs), with an off deck fire pit and Adirondack chairs as well. While cell service may be spotty directly at the cabin, we have Starlink satellite internet with Wi-Fi setup. Guest access You have access to the entire cabin yourself during your stay.

If there is one phrase that we would use to describe The Winery Loft, it is “attention to detail.” We spent over a decade building Le Petit Chevalier Vineyards and Farm Winery, and we are thrilled to open this unique experience up to guests! You can sleep where the rainbow ends! The Winery Loft features a spacious open floor plan, located on the second floor of our winery. Despite its openness, the loft is completely climate controlled, thoughtfully decorated and invites to simply relax. The space The Loft has two private balconies that offer panoramic views of our vineyards, and we are happy to stock the fridge with a selection of our estate-grown wine upon request. More information about our wine tasting menu can be found on our website. We are located just a short drive from nearby Hocking Hills and Lake Hope State Parks. We also follow a rigorous cleaning standard. The Winery Loft has a private entrance, and your personal parking space will be reserved. The Loft is quite spacious, at just around 1,200 square feet. The bathroom features a rain shower head with massage points. The living and sleeping area have one king sized bed and one sleeper sofa. The open floor plan can be separated for some privacy with a custom designed dividing curtain. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Our guests can make themselves at home, staying 100% private, but are also welcomed to socialize if preferred. As we are a functioning vineyard & winery there are often employees and winery visitors around the property during business hours. The tasting room can be noisy at times. However, at night the space becomes a serene and quiet retreat, free of city noise and light pollution. You can spend an evening sipping wine in the tasting room, or can recline on the balcony under a truly spectacular blanket of stars. Guest access Guests have access to the wine tasting room during business hours and are welcome to stroll through the vineyards. Other things to note We have a strict NO PET policy. Our border collie is running free on property. His name is Alexander and he is very friendly but might bark when new cars arrive. He is a working farm dog and helps taking care and protecting of our flock of sheep.
