The space You Got Mel Apartments consist of three units. "Apartment A" is a one bed one bathroom space. Though two people fit most comfortably, upon request, we are happy to provide an air mattress for the living room when necessary. Please request in advanced in order to have bed, bedding, etc. in the unit upon your arrival. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee this service. Guest access Guests are allowed access to the doors where a code has been provided. Access is only granted to the front entry and the unit that has been rented. Guest may utilize the washers and dryers provided at the end of the hallway. However, please be mindful of others and use one washer and/or dryer at a time. Please note, laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets, etc. are not provided by the host.

Private detached guest space, w/ private entry attached to our shop, and is the only AirBnb on our 5 acre property. The property is located 5 miles south of Seminole. We are 1 mile west of Hwy 385. The 215 sq ft space has one room with a queen-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a 5 function panel shower. There is a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge; we've included water & snacks. You'll find a peaceful patio seating area & parking outside of the private entry. The space LOCATION: Our guest space is about 65 feet away from the back door of our main home. Our backyard metal fence runs alongside the patio seating area where the private entry to the guest space is located. You can park right outside the patio seating area. The guest space is attached to our large shop, which you won't have access to. We are located out in the country so you'll see amazing sunsets and sunrises. THE SPACE: You'll find snacks, breakfast items, and water available. There is also a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. We've got k-cups for you. The 215 sq. ft. space is smaller in size, but is very comfortable and functional. We have hosted many long term guests. There is a desk seating area and a Roku smart TV, with a subscription to Hulu. The guest space is heated and cooled by a mini split unit. The temperature display is in Celsius, but conversion is easy. We've included a conversion chart on the wall. Black-out curtains allow for easy sleeping during day light hours. We have provided a Big Red Rooster sound machine as well as a personal fan for your comfort. BATHROOM: Toilet, sink, and panel shower. We've got the shampoo and body wash covered. Extra towels, Kleenex, hair dryer, and lotion are also provided. If you forget anything we have some toiletry items available upon request. OUTDOOR SPACE: Parking is right outside of your private entry and outdoor patio area. If you need big rig parking, or a place to park your truck and trailer, let us know so we can give you specific instructions. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. You can enjoy the view of our garden and the open skies. We have some outside farm cats that roam around. They are all friendly. CLEANING & RESTOCKING: A quick cleaning and changing of linens is offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for guests staying longer than one week. Although we try to accommodate wants and needs for shorter term guests, we aren't set up to do daily cleaning and restocking like a hotel.

The space Our guesthouse is completely private while still sharing a main driveway with our home. The guesthouse entry door faces north, while our main home faces east, ensuring your space is separate and private. You’ll have your own designated parking area and private entry, so you can come and go freely without interruption. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the guesthouse. Inside the guesthouse, there is an upstairs bedroom that is empty and unused. For safety and privacy, the staircase to that room is secured and blocked off with a gate, so guests will not have access upstairs. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry room, which is located inside the same shop building as the guesthouse. Laundry use is available upon request during your stay. There is one security camera located in the shop/common area. It records video 24/7. The shop is not part of the rental, and guests may only access it for laundry with prior host approval. Other things to note Our guesthouse is not pet-friendly and does not accommodate pets. The property does not have a dedicated yard for guest or animal use, and there are no fenced areas available for animals. To provide a clean, comfortable, and allergen-conscious environment for all guests, we strive to maintain the space to a high standard between stays. We comply with Airbnb’s policies regarding service animals and accessibility accommodations. Guests traveling with a service animal are encouraged to contact us before arrival so we can discuss the property’s layout and ensure a comfortable stay. Animals Policy No pets are permitted on the property. Guests traveling with a service animal are welcome in accordance with Airbnb policy and applicable law.
