Please keep in mind that there might be guests in the other unit and to be considerate with the noise. The house is completely separated with separate entrance and the only shared space is the driveway. That means that each guest has their own driveway space. Please use the left side of the driveway. There is more free parking space on the street if needed.

SUPER COLORFUL HOME! Surround yourself with various shades of beige, tan, brown, off-brown, almost-brown and all the colors in between. Children sleep in a room full of magical, glowing stars, while you play pool, watch a movie on one of the smart tvs, or relax on the swinging bench on the back patio with a bottle of wine. Because let's face it... ya need it. Fully enclosed backyard, excellent wi-fi, new swamp cooler a/c, w/d, strong water pressure, and super quiet neighborhood. The space Large single-story home that has been in our family for three generations. As such, it is full of warmth and love. The neighborhood is very safe, extremely quiet, and all the neighbors are really friendly. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Microwave, toaster, 7-quart air fryer, mixer, mini processor, all sorts of baking pans and dishes, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. The pantry is fully stocked with a variety of spices and baking supplies. Both bathrooms are equipped with a powerful hairdryer, as well as an additional cabinet and shelves for storage. Every bedroom has an extension cord complete with USB plugs so you can charge your laptop, tablet, cell phone, and burner phone, all while lying in bed watching t.v. (Because, THAT'S a vacation!) The bedrooms also have hampers for people who want to do laundry (and, yes, even for people who don't want to do laundry), and plenty of hangers in the closets. Both adult bedrooms have a wall-mounted Fire TV; however, the children's room does not. They just get to watch the wall-mounted glow-in-the-dark moon and stars. Set up your home office at the large dining room table or on the smaller kitchen table. Spend your time playing pool or playing one of the many games that are there for your pleasure. You can also play piano! Emmeline the Rescue Piano was lonely for many years, and would now love to have you tickle her keys. If you have an RV, there should be no problem parking it either in the driveway, or on the street. The backyard is fully enclosed for your dogs' safety. There is also a tall doggie gate between the pool room (the first room of the house) and the rest of the house so that you can safely enter and exit the home while emptying or packing up your car without worrying about your dogs running out. Two additional things to consider: 1. I upgraded to refrigerated a/c March 2025. 🥳 😅 2. If you'll be staying overnight on a Monday, I ask that you please wheel the trash and/or recycling bins to the curb, and then bring them back Tuesday morning. (Trash pick-up is every Tuesday morning, and recycling is every other Tuesday morning. I have the schedule posted on the fridge.) Other things to note The view of the sky on both sides of the house is amazing. The El Paso sky is my favorite thing in the world. The desert horizon and clouds never fail to take my breath away. You will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Franklin mountains from the front porch, and the sunset every night on the back porch. Summers are incredible, as you have a light show almost every night in the form of scattered lightning storms. Sitting outside, watching the lightning dance around the sky in every direction while swinging on the patio bench is truly magical. --- SORRY - NO CATS : ' ( Please note that I LOVE cats! I love, love, love, love, love them! But I live in this house part-time, and am terribly allergic, so I'm sadly unable to host them. --- ADDITIONAL DOG ACCOMMODATIONS: - Elevated Neater Feeder with extra legs that can be added for additional height. (Bowls should be removed and put on the floor for little ones.) - Two dog beds - A bin with squeaky balls next to the couch. --- Collection of games so far: - Backgammon - Cards (2 decks) - Checkers - Chess - Desktop cornhole - Do You Know Me? - Dominos - Mastermind - Uno - Yahtzee --- Dedicated hand towels in both bathrooms so you don't have to dry your hands on the same towel someone just used to dry their tush. --- Because I do not live in El Paso, I respectfully ask my Monday-to-Tuesday guests to please roll the garbage and/or recycling bins (according to the schedule posted on the refrigerator) to the curb on Monday evening, and then bring them back up on Tuesday. It's super easy. They just need to be rolled about 30 feet each way, and the space is smooth, wide open, and only slightly sloped. --- I have this listed as a no-smoking home, but I don't mind if someone smokes on the porch or patio. However, if you do that, please, please, please... don't toss your cigarette butts on the ground. Please just collect all your cigarette butts and put them in the lidded green waste bin in the backyard. --- If you fail to pick up after your pets, or if you fail to throw out your cigarette butts, there will be an additional $35 clean-up fee. --- *** LONG-TERM RESERVATION REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL PRE-APPROVAL CONDITIONS AND POSSIBLE INCREASED CLEANING FEE *** --- And finally, I would like to be clear that this house does not come with an actual magical child. El Paso International airport is 20 min away. Guest access The property is divided into two units. The unit you will reserve will be through the TURQUOISE DOOR on the right hand side of the house. Please keep in mind that there might be guests in the other unit and to be considerate with the noise. The studio is completely separated with separate entrance and the only shared space is the driveway. That means that each guest has their own driveway space. Please use right side of driveway. There is more parking space on the street if needed.
