There is a large smart TV with standard cable, as well as the ability to login to your own streaming services. There is a selection of board games for great family nights in! The dining area & kitchen are open concept right off the living area, and even includes a small coffee bar equipped with a standard coffee pot & Keurig. The kitchen comes stocked with full stainless appliances, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, small appliances (toaster, blender, crockpot and more)-just bring your groceries, spices, oils along! LITTLE TRAVELERS: We supply a pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes & silverware, and baby gate so families can pack a little lighter! Directly off the kitchen is our laundry room with a full size stackable washer & dryer & a second entry with a keypad for convenience. There is a full bathroom located next to the kitchen as well, with a walk in shower. The first bedroom is located on this floor, complete with two sets of twin sized bunk beds & a Smart TV with Apple play. Upstairs, to the left is our second bedroom. This room has a King sized bed, Smart TV with Apple Play, attached bathroom with a shower & tub combo, and a small private balcony to enjoy! The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a King sized bed, full sized bunk bed, a comfy couch, Smart TV ,and a foosball table! A walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower & tub combo complete this space. The fully fenced in backyard offers a Weber propane grill, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, firepit, and a large (optionally heated) pool! We ask that if your group desires to have the pool heated, to please inquire when booking for rates! Guest access -The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles -We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay).
