The closet has a new washer/dryer stacker unit, storage and an area to hang clothes. The roof deck has a gas outdoor fire pit and out door seating furniture. It is also equipped with Sonos outdoor speakers and a sail shade. The lawn is great for lawn games and there is outdoor furniture for outdoor dining. A fence with planters provides additional privacy. The backyard hosts a two person infrared sauna with red light therapy, cold plunge (can be set for sub 40 degrees), and 4-5 person hot tub. Street parking is available. The main dwelling is separate from the back house. Sauna, cold plunge and hot tub are shared services between the guests and the owners. Willing to coordinate time, and also privacy fence was installed for additional privacy. While the unit does have a fold out couch with a tempur-pedic mattress, and the unit could potentially house 4 people, due to the longer-term nature of the rental requirements, we have reduced the number of guests to two people. We have had bad experiences with furniture in the past. As a note, we live in the main dwelling and have a small dog.
