First bedroom has 2 full beds with a big luxurious bath. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed. Third bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bunk bed. Bonus room with beach view has 1 sofa bed and a futon. Kitchen has stove range with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils for complete cooking needs. An outdoor grill on the back patio. Laundry room has a washer and dryer. This home has centralized heat and air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable couch and a 55" inch smart tv and xbox for your entertainment needs. Last but not the least, loads of board games in the living room and bonus room. Guest access Can access the entire home except for the garage and a closet in the second floor. The space Kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal! If you like coffee we have you covered with a coffee machine, French press, cream and sugar, grinder and beans. The living room features a large couch and 50" smart tv with Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO and Hulu. If you look in the hall closet you will find some kids games and books. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. The top floor master bedroom has an organic king bed, a full pullout couch and a smart tv. The other two bedrooms are on the bottom floor. One features an organic queen bed and desk for your work-from-home needs. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin above. We also provide a pack n' play for small children. There is a washer and dryer available for your use downstairs. Guest access There is plenty of space for multiple cars to park. It has a large, fully fenced yard for your pets. At the house, enjoy games and toys and watch movies inside. Make a bonfire, relax in the hot tub, play foosball and hackey sack outside. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. You can walk or drive to collect shells, build a sand castle, stroll for miles, or jump the waves. In the evening enjoy the sunset sitting inside or on the deck, listening to the peaceful the sound of the ocean as you retire for the day. Come make some memories. We are North of Ocean Shores, quieter but still a quick drive into the restaurants, shops, bike and moped rentals, horse biking riding and more.  You can walk directly out to the beach. There is stream you can wade most of the year. In winter the small bridge is just 2 blocks north. Either way it’s a joy to feel the ocean air, see the birds and experience the mighty Pacific Ocean.  The kitchen is fully outfitted with pots, pans, oven and range. For the table you'll find plates, flat ware and more. If you are a clamming enthusiast, there's an outdoor clam sink. Riptide Retreat is a 1,500 sq. ft. two-story home that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests maximum with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A fish and clam cleaning station is available in the garage and can be set up on the side of the house (on the crushed shells). Please use the provided buckets and avoid water overflow or waste near the house. Be sure to thoroughly clean and store all equipment after use. Thank you! Dog-Friendly Stay We love hosting dogs! Copalis Bluff Hideaway, nestled in the forest on the bluff where the Copalis River meets the sea, is very private & has one of the most incredible views in the area... Our deck affords the best viewing of our visiting wildlife... bald eagles, osprey, migrating whales & otters playing in the river. This is a great place to relax in any season, sitting on the deck or staying cozy inside during a storm reading a book by the fireplace. The space The house is very private and feels away from it all, but only a short drive into Ocean Shores or Seabrook for supplies, restaurants and other activities. Guest access Parking on site limited to 3 vehicles. Other things to note Parking is limited. No more than 3 vehicles at any time please. Note: Severe erosion has taken place at the beach level due to high tides & the river changing course, so our beach access is very difficult & not recommended at this point. Roosevelt Beach is a 3 mile drive north of our home & has easy beach access & parking right at the beach level. Cell service: Verizon cell service works best in out location. There is a cozy propane fireplace stove as well as a collection of games, puzzles & books to read for those blustery rainy days in winter when the best activity is indoors watching the storms come & go! We have a TV available for Netflix or DVD movie watching and there is a small collection of DVD movies but feel free to bring your favorite DVDs for those rainy days! Water: Our well water is shared with some of our neighbors and is somewhat limited, so please conserve when possible. Note: Unless prearranged beforehand check in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check out time is by 11:00 a.m. If you should leave earlier than 11:00 our housekeeper would appreciate being notified so she can come in & get started on cleaning as early as possible. Her contact info is at the house. We have a charcoal bq grill available in the warmer months but it is put away during the cooler months, from approximately October 1 to May 1.
