The space Honeysuckle Blue is a light and airy four bedroom and four full baths home that can accommodate 10 guests in beds or 12 with the use of the pull-out living room couch. Maximum is 12 guests. It is a 6 min walk to the beach (3 minutes to the beach walkover). Honeysuckle Blue has expansive views of the bay, pocket beach views, and sits right on a pond. The ocean breeze is amazing on the balconies! It is the perfect place to relax on the beach and get away from the hustle and bustle. The space: The first floor boasts an expansive open living room and kitchen with a large beautiful island with seating. There are multiple balconies where you and your family will have an abundance of room to relax and enjoy the views of the ocean, bay, and backyard pond with fountain. We have furnished our home with contemporary, comfortable couches, beds, bean bags and more. Our home is setup for family vacations and friendly get-togethers. No large parties, prom, graduations or weddings at this property. The space Our house is furnished with brand new, top of the line appliances and contemporary furniture. Furnishings, linens and decor are all brand new so there's no need to worry about dirt, grime or germs. The kids have their own GAME ROOM with their own 65” Samsung smart TV and 2 arcade machines so that you and the adults can relax and enjoy the comfortable living room without any distractions. Our furniture is modern and comfortable. Our decor is inviting and casual. We want our home to feel like your home. We have rented many, many times so we wanted to provide the same atmosphere that we want when staying at someone else’s home. Come, unwind and enjoy our home and all that the neighborhood has to offer. Our beach house has a spacious, wrap around deck with views of the beach and the bay. The beach at Pointe West is wide and spacious and vehicles are not allowed. It’s also very private and not overly crowded even in the summertime. It's a short 3 min walk to the beach or pack up your gear and go fishing on the bay or at the community fishing pier. The Beach Club offers an infinity pool, hot tub, kids pool, game room, fitness center, pickle ball and basketball courts, gift shop and resort restaurant (Restaurant and gift shop are closed during winter months.) There’s also a Lazy River Pool (which is heated during cold months) and a hot tub on the Bayside of the property. There’s a one time fee of $25 per person paid directly to the Beach Club office for access to all these amenities during your entire stay. (4 and under are free.) You can rent a cabana at the Beach Club and also rent bikes to take a ride around the neighborhood. We provide supplies like paper towels (2-3 rolls) toilet paper (11-12 rolls) dishwashing liquid and pods (plenty), dish sponge, tide pods (5) and trash bags (plenty). There’s enough to last for most groups. I think it’s silly that some owners don’t provide basic supplies or very little. Who wants to worry about bringing supplies when you go on vacation?
