Crescent Lake Cabin

Beautiful family friendly lake front house. Swim, fish, and enjoy a drink at your own private dock. Bring your boat and drop it right in lake Stella, or in Crescent Lake just 2 blocks away. Recently remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, open concept kitchen. This home is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and local attractions,convenience stores, gas stations, local shops, and a short (5-minute drive) to a major supermarket. The space This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first level consists of a large foyer or sitting area, a decent size family living room, an open kitchen, and a large dining room that walks out to the yard and a mud/laundry room. The other half of the 1st floor is dedicated to a massive master bedroom retreat, featuring a luxury double walk-in shower, his and hers vanity sinks, a dedicated laundry room, and a giant master closet. The master wing also has radiant heated floors in the bathroom and laundry areas. The master bedroom walks out to the back yard and has a view of the lake. Two more bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. One of the upper-level bedrooms can be set up as a dedicated work space. Currently, the home has 2 king size beds and 3 twin beds. When we have more guests, we set additional mattresses in the living room, upper porch, or anywhere the guests prefer. We do not charge extra for extra guests. Just let us know your needs so that we can prepare the extra mattresses, linens, towels, etc so you have what you need during your stay. We, the owners, love to cook, so you will find pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, including extra plates and silverware for larger parties. There's a BBQ grill outside as well. The dining room table sits 8 comfortably. Couches and chairs in the living room seat about 8 as well. There's an outdoor eating area with a table and umbrella, a firepit by the lake, and additional chairs on the dock. There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The home was built in 1920 and while it conserves some of the original features of the time, it was thoroughly renovated in 2023 to bring it up to today's standards. It is located in Crescent City, FL, a cute little town that shows that old Florida charm reflected throughout. Guest access The property is centrally located on Main St. and backs to Stella Lake, which is approximately 317 sq acres in size. The property sits on a third of an acre of landscaped yard surrounding by ancient, giant oak trees and native plants which provide extra privacy and serenity to the setting. The driveway from Main St will lead you straight into an open 2-car garage or carport, or you can park cars and toys anywhere on the property, including boats!. The lake frontage is about 45 feet wide, and we have built a 40 feet long dock on the lake. The dock has a shaded seating area of about 20-15 where we have chairs and a small table. There's an old barn on the property that was apparently used as an orange packing center back in its day, and now mostly stores the owner's stuff and construction materials. Therefore, you may find it locked during your stay. Nothing else is off limits for our guests. Just treat the home as your own! Other things to note The home is on Stella Lake. Drop your boat on this lake, or the boat ramp at Crescent Lake is also just 3 blocks away. Don't feel like bringing a boat? There are plenty of boat rentals nearby. Crescent lake is part of the St. John's river, where you can navigate for miles on end. Explore the multiple fishing sites, visit nearby towns, and get to know the springs the river has to offer.

Welcome to The Lake House on Lake Stella in Crescent City, Florida. This is old Florida with moss draped live oak trees and the scent of orange blossoms in the air. Some come here to lose themselves, other to reconnect with nature. This is the place to relax and read a favorite novel or perhaps write one. Or maybe you prefer playing tug-o-war with a large-mouth bass. Feathered friends are sure to drop by, so keep you binoculars handy. Of course, swimming off the dock is also a popular pastime. The space The Lake House features a kitchen, dining area, living room and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two queen sized beds. There are two bathrooms. The living room has one convertible couch/bed, as well as another standard couch that is comfortable for sleeping. There are sliding glass doors across the living room so you can view of the lake from inside the home or from the porch. Mix up some mint juleps and listen to the crickets and frogs serenade you. Across the lake is a boat ramp, so bring your boat, canoe or jet skis and tie them up to our private dock.. Across the lake is a paddle boat rental place that also offers glass bottom submarine tours. At night, you can sit around the fire pit and look up at the stars. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard. The house is just a short walk to restaurants and city boat ramp. Looking for a peaceful place? The Ollie Vee is it. The space The Ollie Vee is a very simple and cozy home. I have to tried to equip The Ollie Vee with anything you may need. The yard is kept natural to attract the local peacocks and wild turkeys. Remember, this is Florida. You will come across bugs and reptiles. If you plan to bring a boat on a trailer... be aware there is no turn around at the property. There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer but you will probably need to back down the street.... a distance of @300 feet. Other things to note One night stays are available. A paddle boat is provided. Three kayaks and 2 bicycles are also available! Or you can bring your boat and go fishing! Enjoy swimming, lovely sunsets and strolls around the beautiful lake. The space The cottage is located directly across from Lake Stella. You'll have your own dock on the lake that can accommodate a small boat. The driveway has parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer. Bring your tackle and hit the lake for great freshwater fishing! This area is known for it's bass and crappie. The keyless entry smart lock is located on the front door. Use the access code provided during booking to gain entry to the house. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and clothes storage in each. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and a stove. Utensils, serving ware, and pots and pans are provided. Bathroom includes a tub with shower, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and fresh clean towels. An iron is also available. The front yard has a beautiful view of Lake Stella. Grand Rondo East Street runs between the cottage and the lake. Sidewalks are on both sides of the street. The dock is located directly across from the house and is marked by two canoe ends with a chain across. The sidewalk will lead you to the public swimming area, boat ramp, and playground that is just two houses down. Central AC and heat cools and heats the cottage comfortably. High speed internet and a small flatscreen television is included for relaxing after a day on the water. The Florida room, leading from the kitchen area to the back yard, has an awesome vibe where you can spin records and relax. The landscaping provides privacy in the backyard where you will find seating a grill, and a firepit. Located on a working cattle ranch aprox. 1.9 miles (approx 10 mins) off a paved country road. Beautiful pristine landscape perfect for nature lovers, writers, artists, fisherman, familys, retreats, reunions, star gazers, bird watchers, camping, and even romantic vacations. Get all the benefits of ecotourism and still enjoy a very comfortable stay. The space Natural and country decor throughout and Cedarwood/cypress dress most of the walls. Inside dining table will seat 8 easily. Kitchen island sits 4. Outside there's a screened in porch with table to sit 6, spacious dock(4 stairs to climb) , campfire pit w/swing, and small boat ramp. Fully stocked kitchen: cooking utensils, pots/pans, usual condiments, and Culligan drinking water. There's also a couple family games and a house set of croquet. Guest access For an extra fee and depending on the number of people, we can provide guided fishing trip, boat ride, sporting clays, buggy ride to tour our property, or even a guided horseback trail ride. You must check with us for availability and schedule this ahead of time if you're interested. Other things to note Airbnb does not have an option to add our county tourist tax of 5%. Once you book, we will send a you bill will this additional tax fee. It is extra $175 fee to bring a pet per animal. Located on a natural Florida creek and on our ranch. There are Alligators, bugs, and snakes around. We've never had any problems with them, but they are there, and there's a possibility of seeing them. If you're bringing a pet, please keep an eye on them and we advise to not let them go near the water. There are cows on the property. Don't bother them and they won't bother you. :)

Centrally located to state parks, hiking, and river activities, this place has what attracted the first settlers to Florida years ago. It was also once the home of fruit packing, when Florida citrus was in its prime. Come share a slice of the Cracker lifestyle in Florida's Crescent City, the city on a crest between two lakes. This is the PERFECT place for guests from outside of the US, who want to experience Florida for its natural beauty and outside of the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Bring your boat and drop it in nearby, at one of the river marinas. If it's a bass boat, you can even get onto Lake Crescent, using the boat ramp alongside of the dock at the end of our street. (06/11/2025 Under repair) Croaker's Hole [a fissure, deep in the river bed] is awesome for catching the BIG ones! Throw your cast net for shrimp on the St. Johns, take a dip in the Springs, or simply enjoy the quiet waters of the Oklawaha. Manatee are plentiful from November through March/April. Come see the "mermaids of the river" in their natural habitat. Plenty of Gators, too! This lodging is chock full of amenities. If you forget something [consumables], just use ours and pay it forward. All you need is togs and toothbrush. Two bedrooms and one bath with a tub, AND a shower! You will enjoy the peace and quiet beneath the clear, starlit nights. Pour a glass of wine, light a fire in our custom fire pit, and relax or kick back in the hot tub. Plenty of restaurants in this little town: 3 Bananas on Lake Crescent serves up cold beer and steamed shrimp. Drop your boat in at Renegades on the River in the morning, and enjoy a complete Prime Rib dinner in the evening, on Fri./Sat. nights for about $25. Or have all-you-can-eat fresh catfish at Shrimps-R-Us. They have live music there on Fri./Sat. nights, too! If you like authentic Mexican, the best authentic tacos can be had at Baja Taco, just down the road or Chile Releno at Los Palmeras. Take your boat out on the river, and make stops for snacks and drinks at several good eats along the east shore. If you like antiquing, there are several in Palatka worth a look. Wild turkeys and raccoons frequent the vineyards. Black bear sightings are few, but there are plenty of warning signs. The deer come around every so often, though. You might see more on The Oaks Golf Course, approximately 15 min. drive over to Little Lake George area, just west of the house. Geocache in Ocala National Forest, hike Dunn's Creek Trails, kayak the springs, or go horseback riding in San Mateo. And... if none of this natural beauty appeals to you, it's only about 1 hr. 45 min. to the theme parks of Central Florida, where malls and multi-media outlets are plentiful, along with crowds and other attractions. Ormond Beach is about a 45 min. drive south and east, and St. Augustine, with its history and landmarks is about 45 min. north and east of here. OH, and let's not forget about the Daytona Speedway (plenty of events there outside of race weeks) which is about 45min. to an hour south and east of here! Guests are encouraged to bring their own boat, and the property has plenty of room to park your boat and save on parking it elsewhere during your stay. The property sits on 50 acres with natural beauty. Come and enjoy the studio cottage with a large screened in front porch and enjoy Old Florida views. This is a great location to relax and unwind from your busy stressful life. This is a new 5 star cottage just built on the property. It is equipped with an air fryer, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and a gas BBQ outside. 42 inch smart tv with WIFI. The space We are located 2 1/2 miles down a wide county maintained dirt road. It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the cottage. At times you will think you are in the Amazon. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear. Guest access There is a screened in porch to sit back, relax and enjoy all the sites and sounds of the property. There is a fire pit behind the cabin that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. Other things to note Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. There is a ton of space to park your vehicle and trailer if needed. We are on well water out here in the country. However there is an R O drinking water filtered system installed on the kitchen sink for drinking water.

Welcome to Camp Stella our Lakefront geodesic dome with the most amazing sunsets. This property is secluded from the main home, with a private entrance & free boat parking. The dome is fully furnished with A/C and outdoor bathroom. The bathroom offers hot water and a composting toilet. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy a magical sunset on the dock or Kayaking on Lake Stella. Reach out for additional add Ons to make your stay truly magical. Guest access Private entrance/parking in the back corner of the main house. Other things to note There are two rentals on this property the main house and the Dome. There is fencing and plants providing as much privacy as possible.

Interior includes new furniture and home interior decor. A perfect retreat for a couple to get away or a single person to enjoy and still EZ drive to FL East coast beaches. Join neighbors at the pier for fishing or a nice conversation at the firepit. Walking distance from grocery, dollar stores, downtown and the boat launch. The space This adorable studio has solid block exterior walls that is safe in all weather conditions. Recently completely remodeled. The studio has one queen bed, table for 2 with love seat and Smart TV. It has a separate kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with vanity and hooks. Dehumidifier, Space Heater, bedside fan with USB Surge protective outlet bar and Wi-Fi Guest access Take a stroll through the community on the new blacktop streets and see our tropical plants, fruit trees, and greenhouse, unless you prefer lounging on the community dock or north fishing dock for an evening sunrise or star gazing (see the Space Launches of Cape Canaveral). Bring a pole and use the fish cleaning station for your fresh catch of the day. Evenings you’ll often find a group hanging at the community fire pit on the waterfront between docks or located by the "Fish-path" by site B24 or behind the mailbox areas fence. Don’t be shy, but please no pets at the firepit area at night! Our office is behind the yellow block home opposite the studio on the one-way loop. For those guests with (non-aggressive) dogs, take your dog to the Crescent City dog park just north of our community for an enjoyable run. Walk across the street to Winn-Dixie, sidewalk into town for good eats 3 Bananas, Chinese, Authentic Mexican, pizza or Hailey's landing on Lake Stella, our sister lake. Other things to note Swimming is not recommended in the lake but you can launch a kayak from our beach. No Cable TV, smart TV only. Grill is available at the Fire-pit area. Bench is at the front of the studio and we have items to rent for the beach day, you deserve!
