Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king bed, a tv, and a loft bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and bedroom 3 has a loft bed. Bedroom 1 and three can accommodate an additional twin mattress or full air mattress and a pack and play crib. Just let us know the set up you prefer! The covered porch is inviting and comfortable while the back deck is spacious, private and a few hundred feet from Spring Creek, separated by a healthy riparian buffer where birds, squirrels, chipmunks and fireflies are living their best lives. And don't miss out out on quirky downtown Lemont, an easy walk from the neighborhood. The space This is our primary home in a small neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Guest access Guests will be able to access everything except the office, closet in owner's bedroom, and basement. Guests will have access to the garage for parking, but garage in fridge will be for owner's food and beverages, and bikes are not available for guest use. Additional parking is available by the front of the neighborhood. Other things to note Our stove is induction, and we use cast iron and stainless steel cookware. We're not fussy about the cast iron. Go ahead and soak it overnight or wash it with soap. Just dry thoroughly and leave on a coaster on the countertop to finish airdrying. (ok, maybe a little fussy.)

During the summer months, there is also a window AC unit in the 2 twin bedroom. Between the two units, the house stays quite cool even on the hottest summer days. The basement is used for storage but does include a bathroom available to guests (bathtub with no shower). The back patio feels very private and is a perfect setting for a small grill-out / picnic or camp fire (in the fire pit). Guest access There is space for 2-3 cars in the driveway and 2 more cars can park out front of the house (along the pine trees). There is a bus stop about .25 miles from the house and it's generally easy to catch an Uber or Lyft. Other things to note The house is only a 5 minute drive from downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, Pegula Ice Arena, Bryce Jordan Center and Penn State Campus. Cable package includes Big 10 network, over 200 other channels and high speed internet. To protect our home, which is often vacant, there is a video doorbell on the front door. The camera can only view the front porch and front steps. There are no other security cameras. The number of guests who are staying at the house does impact the rental rate. Please indicate the accurate number of guests when completing your reservation request. (This can be adjusted later if needed.) Our house is located in a friendly neighborhood within walking distance of the football shuttle (at Walmart). Our single family accommodations include 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, located 3 miles from Beaver Stadium and downtown State College.  There is a green township park with a picnic pavilion, playground, and baseball field connected to our backyard. We are very flexible with check-in times as well as check-out times.
