This loft still capitalizes on the views and over looks the wall of windows from the cathedral ceilings. Guest access ACCESS: Go straight from your home to the cabin. You will receive a door code prior to arrival for easy self-check in. You will have access to the entire property except for locked owners closets and utility rooms. AIRPORT: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 50 minute drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies. ROADS: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin, including the private flat driveway. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, so we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost. PARKING: There is a flat parking area in front of the house for 6+ cars. The parking area could alternatively accommodate 1-2 trailers. No parking on grass. Other things to note BOOKING DETAILS All guests must be 25 years or older with the exception of children with their parents. ID verification is required and guests are must sign a rental agreement directly with us. Any booking that has not signed an agreement within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be cancelled. SECURITY DEPOSIT An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $1500 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure. OCCUPANCY 12 Person Maximum. Fees will apply for any guests not listed on the rental agreement. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED We use approved noise monitor devices on the property. They monitor decibel levels, but do not record any sound. Outdoor quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. SMOKING This is a NON-SMOKING (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc) property. A $500 fine will be assessed for any guest who is found to be smoking on the property to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing treatments. We have smoke monitors on the property that can detect any type of recreational smoke. Any tampering with these devices will result in immediate cancellation of the remaining stay without refund and a $500 fine. PETS No animals of any kind are allowed on the property. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. If you arrive with a pet, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. If there is any evidence of animals in the cabin, a $500 fine may be assessed to cover additional cleaning fees. SECURITY CAMERA There are security cameras that face the driveway and entrance. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund for remaining reservation. CRITTERS We subscribe to monthly pest control; however, this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears, coyotes and snakes. Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill or in your car. FIRES Please note that at times burn bans may be instituted by local authorities if the forest fire risk is high. If a burn ban is in effect, you will not be able to use the wood-burning fire pit. You can continue to use the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, propane fire pit and gas grill during those times. No unauthorized fires (including candles) on the property. WEATHER No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. ★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. What Linens are included? – We provide sheets and blankets for beds, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towels. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner and body soap per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we provide paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. 3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, a teapot, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. 4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a baby gate, high chair, Pack-N-Play, baby monitor and kids place settings. We also have a variety of kids books, toys and games in the bunk room. Please bring your own linens for the pack-n-play. 5. Do you provide fire wood? – No. You will need to bring/buy fire wood for the outdoor fire pit. 6. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 7. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. The drive up to the cabin is not nearly as intimidating or scary as some cabins in the area, but the roads are somewhat narrow and curvy. 8. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Although snow here is rare, 4WD or AWD may be necessary, especially if the roads are wet, snowy or icy. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 9. What TV package/channels do you provide? – All of our TVs are HDTVs with Rokus where you can access Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, Hulu and other apps. You will need to bring your own usernames/passwords. There are some free channels included as well. You can download new apps on the TVs. 10. What type of internet to you provide? – We have free high speed STARLINK wifi-internet. 11. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file. 12. How deep is the pool and what is it heated to? - The pool is right around 5’ deep in the deepest corner and heated to 84 degrees. The pool room is heated to 80 degrees. We cannot heat the pool or room beyond these points as it could cause long-term condensation damage to the interior of the pool house.

When will I get the address and access information to the Cabin? - We will message the door code, and directions at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date. 17. Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs? We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaners need the time in between bookings to get the cabin thoroughly cleaned. 18. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. 19.
