Vienna Way Home on Schuss

A perfect family escape on the 6th hole of the Schuss Mountain Golf Course and close to ski slopes. The home is just steps away from major snowmobile access and the Pine Cone cross country ski trail. The highlight is the vista from our large deck, looking down the fairway which is a perfect place to end each day with a bonfire. The space This house is set up to entertain! The centerpiece is a beautiful large wood burning fireplace with lots of seating to watch a game or a movie. The kitchen opens into the main room of the home, so the cooks can socialize with everyone else. There is a large game room which is stocked with board games, video games, and a dual ping pong/pool table. The first floor was remodeled in 2025. The washer/dryer can be found on the main level in the large mudroom, which also has an industrial boot dryer. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. There is also a mini split for AC on the main level, and in each bedroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. The master suite is huge and has a queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa and a desk. There is a ensuite bathroom with a shower room, 2 sinks and a jetted tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 full over full bunk beds. Bedroom #3 has a twin over queen and twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. This is set up perfectly for 2 large families. We typically make one of the bunk rooms a girls room and the other for boys. There are 2 bathrooms off of the main hallway upstairs. Highspeed WiFi, a smart TV and 2 X-boxes with TVs are yours to enjoy. YouTube TV, HBOMax are loaded on the TV. Fifteen minutes from Torch Lake, it's a home nestled in the woods you can enjoy all year round. The space BEDROOMS: We have four bedrooms, an open den, and a huge bonus room with massive sleeper sofa. We can accommodate 16 guests, but *not* 16 adults. The beach club also features indoor and outdoor spaces for large groups and an entire kitchen devoted to guests' needs. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a forested property. Natural wildlife in the area includes but is not limited to mosquitoes, ant, bees, moths, flys, raccoons, squirrels, deer and even the occasional black bear. The property is treated regularly for bugs, however they may enter as you enter. Refunds will not be granted for normally occurring wildlife encounters.

This great home in the hills of Schuss Mountain sits in a perfect setting for all. Just a mile from the slopes and golf course at Schuss. Bellaire is just a quick 10 minutes away and the beautiful Torch Lake about 12 miles. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is very spacious with its 2 living areas. There is a large deck and gas grill for your use. There is a small fire pit to use (summer only), bring some wood. Not the easiest to maneuver for young children under 12 or the elderly. No children under 12 allowed in Loft. Guest will be required to sign a liability waiver to stay here. Air conditioning only services the basement, great room, and 2nd floor twin room. Fans are provided in all bedrooms and loft. Guest must clean grill after use or subject to $75 cleaning fee. We provide Netflix for our rentals. In Winter, we will plow driveway and shovel front stairs prior to arrival. Shovels and salt will be available for guest to use during stay. Additional guests allowed with a fee* The space This house is by everything Northern Michigan has to offer and right in the heart of all Shanty Creek Resorts. A short drive to Torch Lake, Traverse City, Boyne Mountain, Petoskey and Mackinac Island. When entering the front door you will be met with cathedral ceilings, a large living room with a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors leading you to a patio over looking the private yard. The main living space is all open concept with main floor laundry amenities. Down the hall you will find a half bath, a bedroom (two double beds) and the master bedroom (king bed, tv, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stall shower). Upstairs has a third bedroom (double bed) with a private bathroom (shower stall). Down stairs to the mostly finished walkout basement this space offers a second living room (with tv), kids toys, bedroom (queen bed), two single beds, a full bathroom (shower/ tub combo), and gym. The walk out basement brings you to a brick patio and large private grassy yard. In the garage you will find a grill, a golf cart (summer months), pool / beach accessories and a few outdoor games. A pool pass is available (free of charge but deposit needed just in case of the key being lost) for indoor pool access ALL winter long. Summer / early fall months you will have access to 4 pools (two outdoor and two indoor). The house is located within Hawks Eye Golf Resort. Garbage day is Monday morning. Guests to bring the trash bin to the street on Sunday night, or Sunday at checkout if your stay is ending. The trash service will only take what is in the bin.
