Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, an office and 3 bathrooms. Yoder's Fresh Market, Earth Origins, Publix as well as Walmart Marketplace are nearby to grab groceries. Not one, but 2 ice cream shops and a coffee shop are within walking distance. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Check out our guidebook to view our favorite local spots and activities. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. The pool/patio area has lush, tropical landscaping that blocks out any neighboring homes making it feel private and serene, but you are downtown! The gorgeous, sparkling pool has recently been put in and the paver/patio area has all been redone! The pool has an option to be heated for just $15/day, if you'd like. The Weber Grill is brand new, just purchased in July 2024. There is a FREE TROLLEY that services downtown Sarasota and heads onto St. Armands circle, then onto Lido Key Beach. You truly don't even need to rent a car while you stay here! There is a stop on Main Street just two block up from the house. Download the Bay Runner App so you can track the trolleys and leave in time to catch it on its way down. This home itself is spacious enough to easily host your entire group together eating a meal at the dinner table, lounging in the living room watching a movie, or hanging out at the pool - while also giving the ability for you to slip off for some alone time to read a book in the office, or the reading nook of the primary bedroom. The streets are very narrow. Large trucks, RVs, and other large vehicles may be difficult to maneuver and to park. There is a garage available for guest use that can easily fit two cars. Please note cars must be SUVs in order to get up driveway apron. ****Longer term stays (over 2 weeks) require an additional cleaning (bi-weekly minimum). This can be scheduled directly with the cleaners or through us. In spite of its proximity to busy Tamiami Trail, the neighborhood is quiet, great for walking, with very little traffic on most of its residential, tree-lined streets. The property is approximately two blocks from a bus stop that takes guests (15 minute bus trip most days) to Siesta Key, which offers the largest, closest white sand beach, boutiques and restaurants. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.   2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.   3. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests.   4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.   5. We do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.  6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Sapphire Shores!  7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations. Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!   8. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days.  City of Sarasota Vacation Rental License #VR24-00229.
