Second bedroom has twin bunk beds & queen Murphy bed. Couch not sleeper but could sleep 2. Enjoy views to 1 of 2 pools (one heated) from the bistro table & balcony! Silver Sands Outlet 3mi, Destin Commons 3.5mi, Sandestin 4.5mi, Seaside 18mi. The space The grounds are very well maintained. Some of our fave features are the queen Murphy bed that folds into a cabinet. We also really enjoy the balcony with views of the pool and lush landscaping. No cable TV but SmartTvs/Roku in both rooms and living room. Guest access Guests have access to both pools. The pool closest to the condo is not heated. The pool that you can see from the second bedroom is heated. Guests also have access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world just 2-3 blocks away! =) Other things to note Well-stocked kitchen. All linens and towels provided. No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area, per HOA rules. You will need to arrange off-site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. We provide linens for all the beds, a towel set for each registered guest, and a starter set of paper products and cleaning products (paper towels, sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, and a few dryer sheets) that will get you started until you can get your own supply, as we will not replenish these products during your stay. Our condo is convenient to many grocery stores (Publix, Fresh Market, Winn-Dixie, Whole Foods and Walmart) that most likely offer curbside pickup.
