Enjoy your Cape getaway in the leftside apartment in our newly renovated house! Includes a private porch deck with a barbecue along with a picnic table in the yard. A/C in family room/dining area and in the master bedroom. Right side of house is not rented, used by owner. Located on the south side of Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, one mile from the beach. The space All furniture & furnishings are brand new or restored. Kitchen has been fully renovated with granite countertops and appliances are new. It opens into the dining area where you can sit and eat at the dining table or on the stools on the kitchen counter. Living room area includes a 39 inch smart television with cable tv, but you can sign in to your own Netflix and other subscriptions. Free full WiFi access throughout the house. Renovated Bathrooms include a toilet with vanity downstairs and full shower with bathtub and toilet with large vanity upstairs. They include hand soap and toilet paper. Master bedroom is very spacious with a reading area. The other two bedrooms are smaller but comfortable with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. There is an outdoor hot water shower that’s useful especially after the beach. House was built slightly higher off the ground than most Cape Cod houses that are built close to the ground; so there is no musty ocean smell characteristic of many older houses there. It is on septic system. The interior is furnished in an updated modern beach house style. Guest access Guests will use the left side, number 33 of this two family duplex house built in 1985. You can use the entire driveway and the entire yard (half acre lot). Right side of house is not rented. It is used by us the owners on occasion on weekends unobtrusively. There is a casual indoor dining area on kitchen island and an outdoor deck for when you are not picnicking on the beach or dining out. - Outdoor deck has a table and 6 chairs for dining; a gas grill, outdoor furniture with a wood firepit and outdoor shower. - Towels are provided (included in cleaning fee) as well as soap, shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues and the likes thereof. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet and iron/ironing board in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. - There are three bedrooms. - Master Bedroom has one queen bed and a dedicated workspace. - Second Bedroom has one full/one twin - trundle bed and has a dedicated workspace. - Third bedroom has one twin bed. - There is a sleeper sofa couch in the living space. - Bed linens and pillows are included in cleaning fee. We do have one pack and play "crib" for small children and a feeding chair, just let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave extra linens. - In the main living space there is a 50-inch TV with Basic Cable package and Roku TV streaming service. You may stream movies from our Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon account or other streaming accounts via Roku TV. We have a diverse collection of children’s and adult books as well. Wi-Fi is included. - Bed linens, pillows and towels are included in cleaning fee. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff. - Doggy door (suitable for small dogs) so your pup can come and go to the yard freely. - Sun of a Beach is a classic Cape Cod cottage, and the cozy scale is part of what makes it feel like a true getaway. Ceiling heights are on the lower end throughout, with a few doorways dipping to around 6 ft. Tall guests, consider this your friendly heads-up — duck in, relax and enjoy. ☀️ 🐾 Bringing Your Dog? The first-floor living room, dining room, and bedrooms are all in amazing shape with White Oak hardwood floors and Pine trim. The space: The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled. The dining room has a wall of windows that look out to the private dead-end street and the marsh and a secret path that gets you steps closer to the beach. A narrow, steep Cape Cod staircase leads to an open slanted ceiling space set up with two Twin XL beds that can be put together to make a King. Included up there are small desks and office chairs if you must work, and a couple of lounge chairs a TV with an original XBOX for all your retro gaming needs! The house is south of Route 28 in the Englewood neighborhood. It is central to all that Mid Cape has to offer including the 99 Restaurant, Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park, Penguins Ice Cream Igloo, Luke's Liquors, Whydah Pirate Museum, a Dunkin, Keltic Kitchen, Ann & Frans, Lobster Boat, Yarmouth House, Captain Parker's and much more! The bathroom is of the size of the time, which is considered small by today's standards. Again, it's fully functional, and has a tub/shower, toilet, and sink; it is just from the era when it was built. Laundry is available, but it is in the basement with only outside bulkhead access. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. If it's in the house, yard, or shed it's for you to enjoy! Other things to note The Pearl now boasts central air conditioning, and a brand new furnace and heat pump (Spring 2022). The second floor has a mini-split heat/air conditioning unit. We had a brand new 3 bedroom septic installed along with a new water heater and new plumbing inside and out in 2020.

The space It’s a single family home but very spacious house , first floor we have 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed , second one we offer 2 twins bed , a full bath with shower and glass door recently renovated . Open concept kitchen / living room. 8 seat table . 75 inches tv , Alexa , central air conditioning. On the second floor we have a large bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom . Outside we have a large deck to relax , glass table and chairs for a nice breakfast or lunch , lounge chairs , patio and gas fire pit , outdoor shower . Partially fenced yard . Unfortunately we can't offer wash and dryer at this time but next summer we will have .
