There are two bedside tables with USB ports, lamps, and alarm clock with wireless charging. You also have a personal 65-inch smart tv with streaming capabilities. On the second floor, you will find the additional 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom w/tub. ***Third bedroom (Sail Away): This bedroom has a queen bed with a closet for storage. There is a separate window seating area and two bedside tables with USB ports, a lamp, and an alarm clock with wireless charging. You also have a personal 55-inch smart tv with streaming capabilities. ***Fourth bedroom (Kid cabin): This bedroom has a quad bunk bed with slide. Offering a full over full and a twin over twin sized beds with a closet for storage. Meticulously decorated , your young ones will feel like they have been transported to experience a deluxe camping trip deep in the woods. They will also enjoy a personal 42-inch smart tv with streaming capabilities, an Xbox series X and Meta Quest 2 (Oculus) for their enjoyment. Directly attached to this room thru a secret door is another play area for younger children equipped with art supplies, books, and a nice selection of toys where your children can let their imagination run free. We have a pack n play and a highchair if needed at your disposal. There are a variety of games available for use for all ages. All of the bedrooms, along with the common areas, are equipped with air purifiers with an H13 true HEPA filter and split units for heating/cooling with individual remotes. PARKING: A large driveway allows for multiple vehicles. The home includes access to 3 adult bikes and 1 kids bike with helmets. There are beach towels and foldable chairs for adults and children along with a cooler for use during your stay. ***Lake Naomi Club Membership is optional but needed if you want to use the facilities that Lake Naomi offers. To that end, please obey the following: 	•	Emerald Lakes is Catch and Release Only for Small mouth and Largemouth bass. You can keep sunfish, crappies, perch and catfish if you want, but please return any bass to the lake immediately. Ice fishing is limited to a total of two tip ups and one rod per person. The tip ups must be no more than twenty-five feet from where the fishermen is sitting. 	•	Everyone over the age of 16 needs to register with the ELA Office and obtain a vehicle tag (if needed) and a fishing tag when fishing on our lakes. Cost is $5.00. You must bring with you your PA Fishing License in order to register. You can obtain tags at the ELA office on 1112 Glade Drive from Monday through Saturday from to 8:00 to 4:00pm. 	•	You must wear your Emerald Lakes fishing tag at all times when fishing on our lakes. 	•	We will have Fishing Patrol members on the lakes to check for ELA fishing tags. If you do not have one, you will be asked to leave, and get a fishing tag from the Administration Office. The front yard has a porch, picnic table, smaller fire pit, tree swing, tree bed, and U-shaped driveway. In summer, the community outdoor pool is walkable from the house. Pool passes are purchased separately through the community, and access is subject to seasonal hours, availability, and HOA/community rules. The Lily Pad is in a wooded Pocono neighborhood, so you may see deer, birds, bugs, and other wildlife. Please use normal outdoor caution, do not feed wildlife, and keep food/trash secured. You may also occasionally see a few friendly outdoor neighborhood cats wandering through the area. They do not live inside the guest space and are not part of the rental, but they are part of the little neighborhood charm. The backyard feels very private, with neighbors set apart and many homes used only part-time. You may occasionally hear distant neighborhood sounds in summer, but the property generally feels peaceful and tucked away. Hello friends, We want to share our vacation home in the Pocono Mountains so you can experience the peace and tranquility we encounter when we stay in this amenity-filled community. We are a family with two children and a dog! It is our go-to place when we need to be in nature to recharge and indulge in self-care. The home is conveniently located just minutes away from Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback, Shawnee, The Crossing Premium Outlets, lakes, hiking, and more! The space Our family loves being at the house; we enjoy looking at the fascinating plants and wildflowers and watching the deer, bunnies, and beautiful birds pass by. The backyard space is big enough so the kids can run freely (of course, always supervised.). The community amenities are also a plus, as we often go to the heated indoor pool in the winter and the outdoor pool, lakes, etc., during the warmer months. The bar/grill at the Community Center offers delicious foods and drinks at a decent cost. The Community Amenities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, bar/grill with a dining area, game/arcade room, locker rooms with showers, a children’s playground, basketball, and tennis court. Seasonally, you can utilize any of the six lakes with picnic tables or the outdoor pool. ***Please inquire about Hours of Operation. The passes for the community amenities are to be purchased at the Community Center. **** Bedrooms (Located on the Second Floor) Master Bedroom - one King Size bed with a Mattress that features Cooling and Motion Separation on an Adjustable Base and a Sofa. We have 4 ring cameras, one is outside a doorbell camera facing the front entrance, another is outside pointing towards the driveway, there is one looking towards the fireplace outside, then there is one camera behind the house outside pointing towards the shed. They are all motion activated and record audio once activated.
