As you pull in, you’ll immediately be drawn to the large front porch with rocking chairs and comfortable couches sitting beneath a plethora of ceiling fans to beat any hot afternoon. Once you enter the front door, you’ll see just how open this floor plan is. A large living and dining room stretch through the house before giving way to the newly updated kitchen. Multiple couches, a dining table for 6, record player with a large selection of vinyl, and wall mounted tv with Amazon Firestick make this part of the house the place to be and perfect for entertaining. As you move to the other side of the house which is adjoined by a pocket door, you’ll see an additional living room with couch and tv plus a kitchenette and dining area. Follow the hallway back and you’ll be led to another bathroom with walk in shower nestled next to the 5th bedroom which has a queen bed with new Nectar mattress. Back through the living room will take you to the only part of the home that is upstairs where you’ll find one more bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed with new Dream Cloud mattress and is very sizable with converted dormers that look out over the front yard. Finally, the backyard oasis awaits. Out past the courtyard, down a winding wooden path you’ll find a large deck in the .25 acre fenced in backyard. Equipped with a dining area, BBQ grill, waterproof shade sail, and solar lights it is the perfect place to spend your afternoons and evenings.
