Our home is located on a flat, easily accessible street, and we provide driveway snow plowing during storms with 2–3 inches of snow or more. Unfortunately, we cannot refund guests who are unable to reach the property due to individual vehicle limitations, lack of chains, or failure to check conditions before traveling.
