The loft upstairs overlooks the Great Room, and you have the option to close a set of barn doors to create a fully separated space for the kids. There are two bathtubs available to soak your cares away or bathe the little ones after a fun day outside. There are seven Smart TVs in Sweet Dreams Cabin in each of the 4 bedrooms, both living spaces, and on the outdoor porch for you to log into your own personal streaming services on any of the TVs. There is high speed internet provided for guests who need to work from the cabin as well. We supply a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic spices, coffee, laundry detergent, and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the en-suite bathrooms for your convenience. You will also have the ability to use the two full-size washers and dryers in the laundry room stocked with an iron and board, broom, mop, and vacuum, provided should you need them during your stay. We also offer a starter kit of firewood for the fire pit, but you may want to bring more if you stay multiple nights. There are plenty of things to enjoy outside at Sweet Dreams Cabin. There are covered porches, both in the front and back of the cabin. On the front porch there are rocking chairs and a porch swing to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet or listen to the rain falling on the tin roof. In the back there is a porch with an outdoor gas burning fireplace, located next to the 7 seater hot tub with changing LED lights. There is also a covered patio dining table or 10 foot picnic table to eat outdoors. From the porch you can watch your favorite sport team on the Smart TV, while grilling for your family or throwing the football around outside. There is also a basketball goal to have friendly pick up game or play corn hole outside together. There is also a firepit conveniently located in the center of the outdoor space with 12 Polywood Adirondack chairs, perfect for making smore’s and telling stories at night. There is also a play fort for the kids, or young at heart, with a climbing wall, spider swing, two wood swings, sitting area, and slide. The fort is visible to watch the kids play from the comfort of the porch, rocking chairs, or Adirondack chairs. The large gravel drive provides ample space for multiple vehicles, and there is also covered parking space with a complimentary EV charger for your electric car. This cabin is conveniently located with the perfect blend of feeling secluded among the trees, while also being only a couple miles away from the Hochatown Petting Zoo, the famous Grateful Head Pizza and other incredible restaurants, bowling alley, wineries, go-karting, horseback riding, ziplining, golfing, shopping in the boutiques, and more. Take the stairs down from the porch and you can explore the woods, roast marshmallows at the firepit, play a game of horseshoes or let the kids play on the playground. Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay. We're on a large, corner lot, surrounded by tall pines. 4 King BR's (2 also have twin daybeds), with en-suite baths & a detached Bunk/Game Room (Sleeps 8) with full bath across our covered patio. Entertainment options abound, with in/outdoor living/dining, 2 fireplaces, fire pit, game/bunk room (pool table/foosball/games), cornhole, ladder golf, hot tub, & a playset for the kids! The space The cabin’s floor plan is perfect for large groups, providing plenty of privacy and large indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. Our property features ~3,000 sqft of air conditioned living space, as well as an additional expansive covered patio. The property sits on a very large, 1.75-acre corner lot, with plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and boats/trailers. There are 4 large King Master Suites (15’x13’ each; including en-suite full baths). Two of the King Master Suites include a twin daybed, for the little ones that aren't quite old enough to sleep in the bunk beds! The other 2 King Master Suites feature plenty of room to place a pack-n-play (note that we do not provide a pack-n-play). Our 5th bedroom is a very large, Game/Bunk Room that the whole family will love! This room is detached from the main house, sitting across our patio/deck area, allowing your group to “stretch out” among our various living spaces. The Game/Bunk Room features a unique bunk bed set-up, with 2 Queen Beds on the bottom, topped with 4 Twin XL beds above. The Game/Bunk Room also has its own full bath. In addition to our human guests, #CL is pet friendly for (up to 2) dogs, of up to 25 pounds each. We provide dog bowls and a crate, to help make packing easier for these important members of the family! Our living room, bedrooms, patio and game room are all equipped with Smart TV’s, with complimentary access to YouTube TV (includes live TV, sports, etc.). Wi-fi access is also provided; we subscribe to a 100MB download speed plan, which is the fastest available in Broken Bow. Further, #CabinLife is equipped with an Eero Wi-Fi Mesh Network, to help ensure a fast, seamless connection throughout the property. The large open living area provides space and comfort for the whole family. The open living area is a combination of living, dining and kitchen area. The #CabinLife living area features an indoor fire place and 55 inch tv, with 2 sofas and 2 lounge chairs – plenty of space for guests to gather for a movie or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. We also have a half bath off the living area, for the convenience of all guests. Next to the living area, sits the dining room, featuring a huge modern dining table, which comfortably seats 10+ guests, as well as a counter-height island with additional seating for 6.
