Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests! The space There are 3 rooms with king sized beds, and 1 rooms with queen sized bed. Each room has 2 nightstands with a lamps and phone charging ports and 43 inch smart TVs. There is a double sink bathroom in the master bedroom, as well as a general bathroom near the other rooms. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo and conditioner, q-tips, body wash and makeup remover sheets. The living room has a 65in smart TV and a couch that fits 6. There is a 50 inch TV in the master bedroom as well. The kitchen if fully equipped with cookware, the basic seasonings/cooking oil and ingredients for coffee/tea (Keurig and tea kettle available). The dining table sits 6 with additional 4 countertops chairs. Access to the laundry room includes detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and an ironing board/iron. Welcome to Happy's House, a charming historic house that checks all the boxes! Our bright 4-bedroom two-story house is close to downtown and 12 miles from JIA. Nestled on a quiet street among mature oaks with a saltwater pool, it is just 15 miles to Atlantic Beach (a 25 minute drive.) We are just off Main St., where you can enjoy local beer, ice cream, coffee, pizza & axe-throwing! NOTE: You must register all overnight guests; nonregistered visitors are prohibited to avoid crowding by the pool. The space This historic home was lovingly restored in 2017, and was our personal residence until 2022. It is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy all that Springfield and downtown Jax has to offer. In order to keep a positive and strong relationship with our wonderful neighbors, please know that parties, events and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. The Home - Primary bedroom with a Queen bed and large primary bath on the first floor. - Three upstairs bedrooms, one with a full bed, the other two with two twin beds. - Second floor full bath - Half bath on first floor. - Full size washer and dryer. The Outdoor Space - Semi-private pool (guests in both the house and separate carriage house apartment have access) - Variety of pool seating - Wood deck with patio table and chairs - Plentiful mature shade trees Things To Note - Guests in carriage house and main house have pool access. - Please make sure the number of guests in your group is accurate.
