The space Pine Trees cabin in the woods is located on a quiet lot surrounded by trees with other cabins nearby. This cabin is located in the lake community Towamensing Trails which features a lake for kayaking, lake beach for swimming, community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, horse shoe pits, kids playground and more. Guests at Pine Trees cabins get access to all community amenities, including the 2 complimentary guest kayaks stored at the marina. Update: hot tub available beginning October 2023 Guest access Entire cabin is available for use. Other things to note Summer 2027: the property next door is being built and construction takes place Monday - Friday during business hours . 2 kayaks are provided to guests during their stay. The lake is open to boating April - october. there is NO AC in the cabin - it's the woods and it gets very cool at night. The cabin itself is surrounded by trees, nature's original air conditioning. It is quite pleasant at night and we have never had any issues. Each room has ceiling fans as well for air circulation. You must take your own trash to the dump located on Towamensing Trails near route 903. You must wear your rental badges on your wrist at all times while visiting and keep your rental car pass in your car at all times in the community. There are wild animals in the Poconos. Never leave food outside or feed animals. For your pet's safety keep your dog on a leash at all times when outdoors. There are black bears around. They will leave you alone if you leave them alone. Pine Trees is pet friendly but pets must be house trained and kept in a crate when left alone at the cabin. The furniture is NOT for pets and guests should bring their own bedding for their animals. Cabin blankets are for humans and are not to be used for pets. PET LIMIT: 2 pets per stay WE DO NOT RENT TO UNDER 25 year old guests. Do not ask.

These cameras are only for the safety of the property and the guests. **Please note, due to the nature of a narrow spiral staircase, it is not recommended for children under 5 to be in the loft unattended. The Hot Tub- for sanitation and safety, no children under 8 in Hot Tub and 8-15 yr olds need to be supervised. Note that the hot tub is visible from one of our neighbor's homes. However, this is his second home it’s rarely occupied. Absolutely NO bubble products of any kind. This can damage the hot tub and disrupt the ph balance. The hot tub is carefully cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for safety before each guest's arrival. However, please note that, as with any pool, use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Community Pool: Opens Memorial Day then Lake access: including boat rentals is also open on weekends only until Fathers Day through Labor Day (then daily). Pool and Beach Hours are 11am-6pm. Our Redwoods Chalet home is located in a beautiful, peaceful community that is home to many forest animals and close to many major Poconos attractions. This private community is filled with amenities such as tennis courts, basketball courts, Volleyball courts, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, a playground, a restaurant, and a Beach area for swimming. Please note: if beach is closed due to any unforseen nature, we are not responsible. The space Our newly renovated Chalet has a circular driveway that can fit up to 5 cars and is well-suited for couples, a few friends, or a family to relax. As parents, we understand traveling with a baby/kids can feel a little daunting, so we have made our home baby and kid-friendly. We offer a high chair, a pack-and-play for the little ones, and a variety of toys, board games, children's books, and puzzles for ages 3 & up. This home has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, electric baseboard heaters in every room, ceiling fans, High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch smart tv. On the main floor, it has 2-bedrooms with queen-size mattresses, a tub bathroom, an open floor plan living room, a dining room with an AC unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs you have a private master bedroom with a king-size mattress, a master bath with shower, an AC unit, and a loft area. Our outdoors offers a nice deck with a BBQ, patio set, picnic table, and lawn chairs to enjoy the breath of fresh air, woods, and wildlife Poconos has to offer; and if you stand still with food, the deers may come and eat from your hands ;)! The Restaurant, pool/kiddie pool, and beach area is a 17-minute walk or/ 0.9 miles (3) minute drive by car. So that you know, the community pool and beach area are open from Memorial Day to labor day.   Take note: This property is smoke-free and drug-free; no pets or parties are allowed must be 25 yrs or older to rent. This community has a 24-hour security patrol guard. The Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. The speed limit is strictly enforced at 15 mph. Guests must follow, complete, read, and sign the Towamensing Trail Rules Of Conduct 72 hours before check-in. Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter. Our home provides secure, keyless entry with a Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. All reservations must provide their name, address, and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle. OUTDOOR FIRE PITS ARE NOT PERMITTED by the HOA. However, the indoor fireplace is available to use. Renters must provide their own dry firewood and approved fire starters. Relax & recharge in the open concept knotty pine kitchen and living room. The vaulted loft provides an open & airy feel. The bedrooms feature brand new beds and large closets. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room features a wood burning fire place, Roku TV, two couches, a DVD collection, Nintendo 64 and boardgames. The space The cabin is on an acre private corner lot with beautiful landscaping and so much room to enjoy the outdoors. Have dinner or drinks on the large porch or walk the trails through the wooded property. There is a gazebo with swings up behind the house and a large grass area of yard space for outdoor games like cornhole, horseshoes and whiffle ball (not provided). We have a basketball net on the driveway, but please BYOB *bring your own ball!* Please note that OUTDOOR FIRE PITS ARE NOT PERMITTED by the HOA. However, the indoor fireplace is available to use between September-May. Renters will be required to provide their own dry firewood and approved fire starters. A large mudroom at the entrance serves as the perfect spot for storing your snow clothes or summer essentials. There is a full sized washer and dryer as well as two full bathrooms, one stand up shower and one tub. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, nightstand and large closet. The horseshoe driveway provides parking for six vehicles with easy access to the street. The area is home to many major Pocono attractions such as Jack Frost and Big Boulder, indoor water parks, paintball, white water rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, horseback riding, state parks, golfing, fishing, Mount Airy Casino, The Crossing Outlets and Pocono Raceway. The community offers the following amenities within a 7 minute drive from the cabin: • 190 acre spring fed lake – considered one of the cleanest in the Poconos (PA fishing license requ’d) • A well maintained, clean, sandy beach (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) • Community pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) • Sand volleyball • Basketball • Tennis • Clubhouse with restaurant • Boat rentals The community has 24-hour security patrol for your safety. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. The speed limit is strictly enforced at 15 mph. Guests are required to read and follow the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct. Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter. Other things to note This property is smoke free and drug free. No parties allowed. Our community offers a pool, beach volleyball, tennis courts, a beach on the lake where you can swim, rent kayaks and paddle boats and fish. The space First Floor offers 2 BR (BR1-queen bed, BR2-bunkbed (twin over full & a twin bed) and 1 Bath, Kitchen and LR. Upstairs offers 1 BR and 1 Bath and a loft area with books and games. Outside we have a deck with patio furniture, a grill and a hammock. We also have an outside storage box with beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. Guest access We have access to the location for the beach on the lake, playground and pool area as well as a location for the marina and tennis courts all with free parking. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have hosted thousands of groups and have the knowledge to deliver a relaxing retreat from today's fast paced life, which is simple and easy. Book, we exchange a few messages, your trip is complete. I am here to answer any questions you may have. The space I purchased this home over 10 years ago and fully renovated it. I added the loft, the spiral staircase, second floor on suite bath, custom kitchen, and unique cabin grade hardwood flooring. The home has a bit of a mountain modern feel with its design. The natural wood accents, rustic flooring, and black and white prints give it a bit of a loft or urban cabin feel. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, plates, wine glasses, both keurig, and auto drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. The home has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, high speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor seating area with grill and is pet friendly provided the appropriate pet fee has been paid. There is a large area of undeveloped space to the side of the home where deer can usually be seen most days. Turkey, fox, and the occasional bear are also known visitors, in addition to the bald eagle and osprey which are often spotted overhead while fishing the lake. Tall Trees is a modern, a-frame style cabin that boasts tons of natural light & a woodsy feel. Located in Towamensing Trails lake community in the heart of the Poconos. The space Our cabin offers a relaxing & comfortable way to experience Pennsylvania's nature & wildlife. Hang out on the deck or backyard on the hammock, or inside around the fireplace. Take a short walk to the local lake for swimming, kayaking & fishing. The area has endless trails for biking & walking. My fully-furnished 3-BR cabin is located only 90 miles from Philadelphia & NYC in the Pocono lake region. The house is situated in th e woods, in a private lake community with access to docks, beach, & fishing (with PA permit of course). My cabin is only 20 minutes from Jim Thorpe. Around in the area you'll find skiing, hiking, tubing, waterfalls, state forests, white water rafting, antique stores, wineries, farm stands & local markets. The cabin rests on a one-acre lot in Towamensing Trails lake community, with a lovely tree view in the back & front yard. There are other cottages within view of mine, but the neighbors keep to themselves & you'll feel very private here. It's packed full of wildlife including black bears, hawks, turkeys, foxes, and deer. A fire pit in the backyard & a side deck with a hot tub, outdoor seating & grill complete the outdoor cabin experience. Inside, the propane fireplace (not wood burning!) fills the cabin with coziness & warmth. Features & amenities include ceiling fans + box fans, electric baseboard heaters in every room, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, record player with record collection, board games, full-size kitchen, linens/towels, lawn chairs, comfortable beds, & modern furniture. 2 kayaks & floats are available for guest use during their stay. The marina is a 12 minute walk from the cabin or 5 minute bike ride. There you will find the 2 kayaks, fishing dock, bball courts, and tennis courts. The lake swimming beach & pool are a 5 minute drive/10 min bike ride or 20 min walk. Bicycles are not provided but encouraged! The lake association also rents paddle boats directly to guests at an hourly fee. The space is perfect for 1-3 couples, a small family, or 2-6 friends. **COMMUNITY AMENITIES: the lake beach & pool are open for swimming Memorial Day through Labor Day. The 2 kayaks are available for use April 15-October 20. There is no AC in the cabin but it is not needed. It’s cool at night. Never had any issues ! There are fans throughout. Tennis courts, basketball court, playground is open year round. Other things to note **Must be 25 or older to book** ** Prices vary on weekends and holidays** **Dogs are an added fee** Follow us @talltreespoconos Guest access House, backyard, front yard, deck. Garage is off limits. Other things to note The fireplace is propane - do not put wood in the fireplace. Hot tub is on you do not need to do anything to it while staying at the cabin. There is no A/C in the main living space, and guests can open the French doors (with a screen) for air circulation. The kitchen is well-equipped with coffee and tea, plus a large fridge-freezer and common kitchen appliances, including a toaster, microwave, slow cooker, Keurig, espresso machine, filter coffee, French press, and electric kettle. 3 bedrooms: • Master with king foam mattress, 55” smart TV, large closets, and full en-suite bathroom, bedside tables with lamps and alarm clock • Queen with foam mattress, closet, bedside tables with lamps, and alarm clock • Two Twin beds, closet, shared bedside table with lamp, and overhead lamps All bedrooms have A/C window units from mid-May to October (subject to weather). Other things to note From Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests can access the outdoor pool, beach, lake, tennis courts, and volleyball courts at Towamensing Trails. There’s also a lounge and snack bar at the Trails Lake & Tennis Club (TLTC), which offers meals and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and is open to all renters with guest passes. At various times, meals and snacks are available, along with music and dancing. During good weather, many functions are held outside on the deck, which many find most enjoyable. The lounge has both winter and summer hours. Summer hours are 3-10pm Mon-Thu, 2-12 Fri, 12-12 Sat and 12-10pm Sun. Kitchen hours end approx 8 or 9pm most nights. Up to 6 guests can be issued returnable badges for their stay once the amenities open on Memorial Day. A refundable $100 deposit will be required for these passes, should guests request them. A refund is contingent on ALL passes being returned. There is a $100 charge (to the property owner) from the HOA for any lost badges, so this is not an additional charge, just a way to ensure we have all badges returned. This refund is requested and refunded through Airbnb post-booking. Property care: All guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for extraordinary cleaning caused during their stay. Please promptly report any accidental damage. Requests for reimbursement, when appropriate, will be documented and handled through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. The homeowner’s association, Towamensing Trails Property Owners Association, only provides 8 blue badges for use of community amenities. Badges may be shared among individuals within tenant's group, but only 8 people will be able to wear them and use amenities at any one time. This rule applies to all properties within the Towamensing Trails Community. The community amenities are run by the homeowner’s association, and, as such, their use or availability cannot be guaranteed. The home has 8 blue amenity badges that provide access to the community amenities. Amenities are not available on check out day. Please be sure to NOT LOSE the amenity badges. If any badges are lost, the homeowner association (HOA) requires all badges be returned to the HOA and a new set of badges be issued at the cost of $100 - this cost will be charged to you (the renter) if any amenity badges are lost. Check-In/Check-Out Times - Tenant agrees that they will not occupy the home before 4PM on the check-in date and that they will completely vacate home by 11am on the check-out date. These times maybe modified only with express written permission from owners. Tenant agrees to pay a fee of $50 per extra half hour for violating the check-in / check-out times. The fee will be deducted from the damage deposit. Maximum Number of Occupants - Tenant agrees that no more than 9 people may occupy the home. Tenant understands that exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction and agrees that Owner may retain all rent, damage deposit and fees. Smoking- Tenant agrees there will be no smoking of any kind allowed within any part of home. Smoking will include smoking of any tobacco or other products as well as hookahs and e-cigarettes or similar devices. Any evidence of smoking of any kind within the home will result in full forfeiture of damage deposit. Tenant is allowed to smoke outside of the home though; please be sure to clean up any cigarette butts. Tenant’s Guests – Tenant agrees to be responsible for their guests and invitees and the guests and invitees of Tenant’s guests and invites. This means that Tenant will be liable to Owner for any damage caused by such guests and invitees, or for any violation of these rules (for example, smoking). Fireworks/outdoor fires- No fireworks or outdoor fires of any kind are permitted within the community of Towamensing Trails. The homeowner’s association fine for fireworks or outdoor fires is $500. Without limiting Tenant’s obligation to pay fines resulting from Tenant’s violation of the homeowner’s association rules, Tenant agrees to pay such fine directly to the homeowner’s association should a fine be imposed. If Tenant fails to pay the fine, Owner will have the right to pay the fine and seek reimbursement from Tenant. Minimum age of Renter - The home will not be rented to anyone under the age of 25. If Renter is found to be under the age of 25, Renter agrees that reservation can be cancelled with no refund of rental fee. Drinking Games- Tenant agrees that any evidence of drinking games such as beer pong being played within the home will lead to a full forfeiture of tenant’s damage deposit. Tenant agrees that no kegs of beer (half/quarter/sixtel) will be used, stored or placed inside the home at any time during tenants stay. Pets – Pets are permitted in the home. Please pay the appropriate pet fee as listed on the VRBO site. Please clean up after your pets; there is a pooper scooper outside for picking up your pet’s waste. Garbage- It is Tenant’s sole responsibility to remove all trash and food products from home and property at time of check-out and that all garbage/trash will be disposed of properly at either the association’s community collection center or other legal method of disposal. Tenant agrees that failure to remove all trash and or food items from the property will result in a disposal fee of $100 being deducted from the damage deposit. Cookware – Tenant agrees to clean all utensils/cookware/flatware/silverware and return to appropriate location in cabinets prior to vacating property. In the event Tenant fails to do so, Tenant agrees that Owner may deduct a fee of $50 from the damage deposit. Damages- Tenant agrees to pay for full replacement and repair of all damages incurred at the property, to the home and to the contents of the home during their rental period. Owners will notify tenant of any deductions from the damage deposit within 7 days of vacating property. In the event the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the cost of the replacement and repair, Tenant agrees to promptly pay Owner upon written demand. Damage Deposit – Tenant agrees that the damage deposit will be used to reimburse Owner for the cost of any repairs at or to the property and home, the replacement costs of broken or damaged personal property, payment of any unpaid fines, payment of any fees/charges/assessment/fines imposed by the homeowner’s association, payment of excessive cleaning fees, payment of laundry services, payment to any amounts due to Owner, for any penalties for smoking in the home and/or for any violation or penalties of Tenant’s violation of the agreement. Towamensing Trails Regulations- Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the Towamensing Trails Property Owners Association. Tenant agrees that they have been provided with a copy of the rules and regulations. Upon written notice, Tenant will pay any fine imposed by the homeowner’s association resulting from Tenant’s violation of the homeowner’s association rules/regulations. If Tenant fails to pay the fine, Owner will have the right to pay the fine and seek reimbursement from Tenant. Release of Liability – Bear Mountain Real Estate, LLC (“Bear Mountain”) is acting solely as a marketing agent and is not the property manager. The home has 8 blue amenity badges that provide access to the community amenities. Amenities are not available on check out day. Please be sure to NOT LOSE the amenity badges. If any badges are lost, the homeowner association (HOA) requires all badges be returned to the HOA and a new set of badges be issued at the cost of $100 - this cost will be charged to you (the renter) if any amenity badges are lost. Check-In/Check-Out Times - Tenant agrees that they will not occupy the home before 4PM on the check-in date and that they will completely vacate home by 11am on the check-out date. These times maybe modified only with express written permission from owners. Tenant agrees to pay a fee of $50 per extra half hour for violating the check-in / check-out times. Maximum Number of Occupants - Tenant agrees that no more than 8 people may occupy the home. Smoking- Tenant agrees there will be no smoking of any kind allowed within any part of home. Smoking will include smoking of any tobacco or other products as well as hookahs and e-cigarettes or similar devices. Tenant’s Guests – Tenant agrees to be responsible for their guests and invitees and the guests and invitees of Tenant’s guests and invites. This means that Tenant will be liable to Owner for any damage caused by such guests and invitees, or for any violation of these rules (for example, smoking). Fireworks/outdoor fires- No fireworks or outdoor fires of any kind are permitted within the community of Towamensing Trails. The homeowner’s association fine for fireworks or outdoor fires is $500. Without limiting Tenant’s obligation to pay fines resulting from Tenant’s violation of the homeowner’s association rules, Tenant agrees to pay such fine directly to the homeowner’s association should a fine be imposed. If Tenant fails to pay the fine, Owner will have the right to pay the fine and seek reimbursement from Tenant. Minimum age of Renter - The home will not be rented to anyone under the age of 25. If Renter is found to be under the age of 25, Renter agrees that reservation can be cancelled with no refund of rental fee. Drinking Games- Tenant agrees that there will be no drinking games, such as beer pong, being played within the home. Tenant agrees that no kegs of beer (half/quarter/sixtel) will be used, stored or placed inside the home at any time during tenants stay. Pets – Pets are NOT permitted in the home. Garbage- It is Tenant’s sole responsibility to remove all trash and food products from home and property at time of check-out and that all garbage/trash will be disposed of properly at either the association’s community collection center or other legal method of disposal. Tenant agrees that failure to remove all trash and or food items from the property will result in a disposal fee of $100. Cookware – Tenant agrees to clean all utensils/cookware/flatware/silverware and return to appropriate location in cabinets prior to vacating property. Damages- Tenant agrees to pay for full replacement and repair of all damages incurred at the property, to the home and to the contents of the home during their rental period. Pocono Chalet: Loft, Fireplace, BBQ, Open Kitchen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Welcome to our home away from home! 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 full bathrooms. We are 1 mile away from the community lake with a playground, pool, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, and paddle board rentals! Lake is open for fishing with a PA fishing license. Our cabin can sleep comfortably up to 8 guests. Home has Air Conditioning!! We have a fireplace, game room, hot tub, patio chairs, grill, and more! An open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows you to spend time with your loved ones. The dining table has seating for 8. We have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Our kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Each room has its own individual thermostat with baseboard heating. We also have A/C units in each bedroom and one for the common living room. This is amazing in the summertime! There are three bedrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs. Each room has a full-size bed. There is also a sofa couch on the loft that folds out. There are two full bathrooms. Upstairs has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Please bring your own shower gels and soaps. (Please be advised that the bathtub does not hold water, you cannot take a bath. This issue is being taken care of) The game room is heated. There is a ping pong table, large TV, and lots of fun board games. Other things to note There are 3 exterior ring cameras outside. One is located at the top left in front of the house. One is located at the top front of the shed. One is located on a tree towards the back of the yard near the shed. These cameras are all visible and are not hidden. We use them for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside of the house. The minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum number of occupants is 8. Booking guest must stay at the house. Our house cannot be used as a party house. If at any time security gets called for loudness or disturbance, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and your trip may be canceled. Absolutely NO Fireworks No Trash may be left outside at any time of your stay. Trash must be dropped off at the trash/recycle center before you leave. (Will provide address and hours). If any trash is left behind or is not dumped appropriately it will result in part or all of your security deposit to be forfeited. No fires are allowed. There has been a Fire Pit ban effective as of August 2022. Fire Pit is unavailable for all guests. No Pets allowed. Quiet hours are 9PM-9AM. Speed limit is strictly enforced. As per community guidelines, guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct before gaining access. Any fines incurred for violating community rules will be renters' responsibility. There are 8 lanyard tags provided at the house. They must be worn to use the association amenities (pool, beach/lake, courts) No extra passes can be purchased. **** NOTE: If a pass is lost during your stay there will be a $75 replacement fee per tag that is lost*** The driveway can accommodate 6 cars (no street parking). There is a smart lock to enter the property. The host will send a code at check-in. Guests should provide their own paper products, trash bags, dish soap, and household essentials. One towel per guest is provided during your entire stay A guest registration form will have to be filled out. This will include the full name and age of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. The first floor encompasses an open kitchen and dining room setting with seating for 10 people ( 6 seats at dining table and 4 seats at the kitchen island) and living room. Additionally, laundry room/jacuzzi tub room and bedroom located on first floor. A split unit AC is located on the first floor dining area. Portable AC units are available in all bedrooms during summer months. The second floor encompasses an open loft area with seating and entertainment with access to second floor deck, full bathroom and two bedrooms. Couch in loft folds out into a twin size bed. No trash or trash bags of any kind is permitted to be stored outside the house at any time, if reported there is a $300+ fine in accordance with community rules. Children under 5 do not require passes. There are no other exceptions and additional passes cannot be purchased. AGE: We rent to guests 28 and older. Guests under 28 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Before accepting a booking request, we will ask you provide full names and age of all guests. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 2 external security cameras on the property. The first is located above the front door, aimed towards the driveway. The second camera is located on the garage, aimed towards the driveway/entrance of the garage FIREPITS & FIREWORKS PROHIBITED: Firepits and fireworks are NOT permitted per HOA regulations (they don't mess around): This is pasted directly from the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct - "Users of both fireworks and open fires will be subject to a fine of $500.00 + costs and possible State prosecution." Cozy chalet nestled in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains! Our chalet is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From our fully equipped kitchen to our cozy fireplace and comfortable bedrooms, we have everything you need to feel right at home. Come and relax, you can sit on the deck and see deer come by through the day. The space Our cozy chalet is located 15 mins from Jim Thorpe, 5 mins from multiple Ski resorts, rafting, hiking, atv trail, etc. The space is decorated to feel like a vacation retreat and complemented by personal items. Additionally, you will find hand-painted and handcrafted items created by my husband and me during our stay. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom, situated upstairs, features a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom (crib available upon request). Adjacent to the master bedroom is a loft area that we've made to evoke the sensation of being outdoors. Downstairs, two bedrooms await. One offers a queen-size bed, while the other is equipped with a bunk bed - a full size below and a single on top (ideal for a child weighing less than 100 pounds). In the living room, you'll find a cozy sectional sofa and an electric wood pellet fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary adventures. The dining area features a spacious table surrounded by large wooden chairs, ideal for family meals or gatherings. Additionally, we have two high-top chairs near the counter. Outdoor space has table and chairs. We have two camaras outside. One pointing to the front of the property and the other pointing to the deck/main entrance. Other things to note Our vacation home is a cherished retreat for our family, offering respite from our daily hustle and bustle. We sincerely hope that you'll find the same comfort and relaxation during your stay. As this is our beloved home away from home, and we visit often, we kindly ask that you treat the space with the same care and respect as you would your own. Multiple decks available for summer entertaining and all that the Poconos has to offer within a short drive of the property. Whether it's a winter ski trip to one of the many local ski resorts, a visit to one of the areas indoor water parks, or if you are just looking to relax and enjoy the amenities of the beautiful private community, this home will be perfect for your group. There is a POA registration that our guests are required to fill out and return, we need to submit the form 48 hours in advance. Guests once registered will be able to enjoy the beautiful amenities. Seasonal amenities (Memorial Day through Labor Day) include, pool, clubhouse with snack stand, playground, beach and lake, tennis and basketball courts. The community also offers boat rentals and volleyball rentals. There are fees that apply to renting boats. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company with a loft for additional space to work & play while admiring the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and exposed beams! First Bedroom: King Bed Second Bedroom: Queen Bed Loft/Third Bedroom (no door): King Bed Outside, the home features a propane grill** with an outdoor seating area with plenty of seats to enjoy nature. ** We do not provide propane for the grill. There is an honor system where guests leave full tanks behind for the next guests to use and so forth. ** Other things to note The lake and pool will be open starting Memorial Day 2025 (weekends only). After Father's Day weekend, the lake and pool will be open every day until Labor Day weekend! For the summer season, the local community will only issue a maximum of 8 passes per reservation. Each pass is needed per guest to access the local facilities such as the pool, beach/lake, clubhouse, and sporting courts. Community rules do not allow any lost passes to be replaced. Children under the age of 5 do not count toward the maximum pass limit. For all reservations, there will be a form required to be submitted requiring the primary reservation holder's residential address + all vehicle plate information. There are security flood lights equipped with a camera that overlooks the driveway area of the chalet. There is a security Ring doorbell as well.
