House can be held for 1 week in anticipation of approval with an immediate and $500 deposit, refundable after 1 week if no application is submitted or if an application is submitted but not accepted. A lease must be signed.

Walk-thru strictly by appointment. Feel free to drive by. Walking the property is not allowed and walk-ups will be turned away.
