It is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with one of the largest pool and outdoor areas around. Every inch of this home was renovated in September of 2024. It has 5 bedrooms that includes a private bunk room with 4 large built in bunks. All 3 bathrooms have new tile showers with sliding glass doors. One of the bathrooms has a new tub as well. The shiplap ceiling thru out the house along with the LVP flooring gives the house a comfortable beachy feeling. The new stone pavers that surround the house make the house one of the most attractive on the north side of Surf Drive! Coastal Cottage sits almost in the middle of the mile stretch of Surf Drive on a corner lot of Albacore and Surf. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. It is within walking distance of the "New Tootsies" being built on the old Spinnakers site. The St. Andrews State Park is straight down Thomas drive about 5 miles as are all of the large marinas in Panama City Beach. The large parking area has plenty of room for a boat and trailer or a trailer for your bikes. Parking is an issue almost everywhere in PCB but not at Coastal Cottage. The decorations, colors and decor of the house were chosen by a decorator who has done numerous properties in PCB. You feel like you are at the beach but in a luxury setting. The house sits in between walkways 19 and 20 to the beautiful sandy beach of PCB. You can be on the sand within a couple of minutes of the time you leave the driveway so no long hauls with all of your beach equipment. A beach wagon is provided to make the trip to the beach easier as well as numerous beach chairs. Once you return from the beach you can wash off with the outdoor shower that has both hot and cold water. You come to the beach to be outdoors and the outdoor area around the house on all sides makes you want to stay outside for hours. Very few houses have both a pool and hot tub but they are located in the back in one of the largest outdoor spaces available at the beach. The whole area from the sides and back of the house are fully enclosed by a beautiful vinyl fence. There is an outdoor cooking area with a gas grill as well as outdoor tables and chairs. The house sleeps 18 people and all of them can easily fit in the area around the pool without being crowded. Pool dimensions 10' x 16' x 4' Inside there is a large dining table as well as a island bar area with swivel bar stools. Once you open the front door, the space is open all the way to the kitchen and family room so the area easily accommodates your whole group. There is a large screen TV in the family room with cable to watch your favorite show or ballgame. The kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful cabinets and stainless steel appliances make it easy to cook for your large group. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your delicious meals. The large kitchen island make it easy to serve the whole group. Each bedroom is wonderfully decorated and has a ceiling fan as well as a TV. Most bunk rooms are not private but the one at Coastal Cottage is. It has a beautiful sliding barn door. Pickup is on Mondays. i. Do not move furniture, do not eat in bedrooms. Clean the kitchen after use. j. Cover fire pit every time after use and turn off propane gas. Fire pit gets damaged if it gets wet from rain or sprinklers. k. Clean grill after use. Cover once cool. l. Sports court will only be used for Pickleball or basketball. No skateboard, bikes or any other recreational purposes. m. Shake off all sand off of towels and swimwear completely and outside before placing in the washing machine to avoid damage. n. Clean dryer filter every time after use to prevent fire. o. Use available shatterproof cups and plates for dining outdoors. No ceramic or glasses allowed outside. 8. Pool: a. Swim at your own risk. b. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. c. Pool door and window alarms must not be tampered with and should remain active at all times. d. Safety gate available for use in the shed. e. Diving is not permitted. f. Do not eat or drink in the pool. e. Do not rinse off sand from the beach in the pool. 8. Parking: Guests may park in the garage or driveway only. No street parking or parking on grass is allowed. 9. Mechanical Failures: All systems and appliances are maintained in good working order. However, the Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failures (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, internet, or pool equipment). Guests must report any issue immediately. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to resolve problems quickly, but no rent refunds or reductions will be given for temporary outages or inconveniences. 10. Acts of God: If a mandatory evacuation order is issued, Guest will receive a prorated refund for unused nights. The Owner is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters or government actions. 11. Limitation of Liability: a. Guest and all occupants use the property at their own risk. The Owner is not responsible for any accident, injury, illness, death, or loss of personal property occurring in or around the premises. Guest agrees to hold the Owner harmless for all such occurrences. b. This property contains a bunk bed; use is at the guest’s own risk. Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the bunk bed. There is a 400lb limit per bed. c. The second complaint for violating quiet hours will terminate your stay immediately with no refunds. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house, garage, or near artificial turf. Smoking of any kind inside the house or garage will result in a min $300 fee to cover a deep cleaning and odor removal. In the case of families only the primary adult must be at least 21 years old. After booking, the primary guest will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement, upload a government issued ID and put a credit card on file. If not completed within the 48 hour period, the booking will be canceled. 2 days prior to arrival, a $300 hold will be placed on the card as a security deposit. This hold will be removed after the cleaners have inspected the property.
