Our sunlit den is a spacious room with a luxurious sectional sofa, cloud-like lounge chair, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a shuffleboard table, and a card table. There are plenty of books, puzzles, and board games to choose from. The room is perfect for spending time together as a group. The cabin features 4 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space. The first queen bedroom is located on the main floor, with the option to enclose access to the downstairs bathroom to create a private suite. There are three upstairs bedrooms, including one primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workspace with a Fully standing desk and Herman Miller chair. An additional bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and skylight is shared between the other twin and queen bedrooms. Outside, you'll find a spacious deck with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and lake. This is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the fresh forest air and spotting bald eagles. The outdoor fire pit, wood smoker, and propane grill are available for meals & gatherings. Guest access Guests have full private access to the house and outdoor areas. Other things to note - The lake across the street is private and there is strictly no guest access. There are plenty of other beautiful public lakes and the Delaware scenic river area nearby, which you can see on our guidebook. - Outdoor trash and recycling bins are located to the right of the deck. Please ensure the straps on the bins are securely fastened at all times to prevent attracting bears and other animals. There is weekly trash collection. - There is a covered back patio that is primarily used for storage but guests are free to use this space if desired. - Please remove your shoes at the entrance and keep pets off of furniture. Any damage to the home will incur an additional cleaning and/or repair/replacement fee. - Please respect our neighbors and keep noise down after 10pm outside. - No smoking in the house but feel free to smoke outside on the open deck (not the covered back patio). Use the provided ash trays to dispose of butts. - Please ensure all fires are properly extinguished before leaving the home or going to sleep, and always use the provided fireplace screens (indoor and outdoor). - Children are not allowed unsupervised in the basement (where the laundry is). We love to cook so our home includes a fully equipped kitchen (plates, silverware, cookware, good knives, food processor, blender, slow cooker, instapot, spices, etc.) with modern appliances (ice maker, air fryer in oven, dishwasher), two large ensuite bedrooms and two additional bedrooms all equipped with memory foam king sized beds (one with a Sleep Number bed), king sized pillows and luxury linens. One guest room also has a work station with monitor. The great room features 25' ceilings, two sliding doors emptying onto a large deck overlooking the front yard, a massive sofa for eight, a fireplace (we'll provide one basket of wood to get you started), a new 60" TV with numerous streaming services. There is super-fast high speed internet as well. All bathrooms have showers - one with a tub/shower combo. Their is also a jetted tub in the larger ensuite bathroom. The dining room is set for 6 but the table expands to seat 10. The massive 1000 SF back deck is equipped with 4 chaise loungers for sunning, a large outside dining table for 10, a small 'smoking corner' for 4, sitting chairs for 2, a BBQ and a hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars (minimal light pollution) is a go to evening activity after cocktails by the fire pit or fire place. On days you want to chill, we have cornhole, ping pong, badminton, volleyball, board games, and puzzles. Guest access Plenty of parking. House is on digital lock, alarm will be remote deactivated and heat/ac turned on prior to arrival. We have a property manager who lives nearby if there is an issue. The land will whisper low; breath in deep, breath out slow, connect with your body and find your flow. ✨🌿 The space The house can host 8 guests comfortably in 5 beds distributed across 3 rooms in the main floor plus a studio in the basement. Please note that the room down the hall to the right has two separate twin beds (one on top of the other). It has central heating, all rooms have full bedding and there are towels for every guest. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has all sorts of pots, pans, dishes, air fryer, microwave, small and big oven, blender, coffee maker, kettle, hot chocolate maker, waffle maker, all kind of spices and condiments…it even has a thermomix! The hot tub is private and is right there on the property, 50ft away from the house. There is a fireplace (indoor) and firepit (outdoor). The yurt or tent is a fun and special place to read, meditate or even sleep under the stars if you’re feeling adventurous. The lake is private and is part the property, right in front of the house. It is privately shared by 5 houses around the lake. You can swim in the lake or explore it with the paddleboard from the house. The other house are spread out and you can’t really see or hear almost anything else in the surrounding area besides the forest and the lake, it’s the perfect refuge if you want to disconnect/ reconnect!

Located on 100-acres in the lower Catskills with sweeping views of the surrounding forest and apple orchard. Woods road leads to small pond on property. House was rebuilt in 2009 with modern amenities. First floor has kitchen, dining, living room, fireplace, master bedroom, laundry, and bath. SmartTV + DVD player. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a central reading room with a couch that opens into a twin bed. Full bath with tub. HighSpeed Internet (200 Mbps), Cable TV, Cellphone via WiFi. The space The house was built in 2009. Sweeping views of the surrounding fields and forests. The first floor open kitchen/dining/living area provides plenty of space to spread out. A wood burning fireplace adds to the country ambience. One bath and bedroom are also on the first floor. Hardwood floors and pine paneling used throughout. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bath and suny reading room. Solar panels power the geothermal heating and cooling system. Automatic backup power just in case. Outside fire pavilion. Stay in touch with the world via High-Speed internet (200 Mbps) and cell phone connectivity via WiFi. Smart TV. Bring your access codes to stream Netflix, etc. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Guest access The entire house and half of the garage are available. You are welcome to explore the surrounding, apple orchards, fields and 100 acre woods. A woodland road leads to secluded White Horse Pond. Guests should NEVER go on the ice when the pond is frozen. Even if the ice looks solid it is rarely thick enough to support the weight of a person. There is no cell service at the pond so help could not be summoned. During big game hunting season (October through mid-December) there may be hunters on the most remote 25 acres of our property. The Forestburgh Playhouse is an 8 minute drive. Neversink River Unique Area is a 5 - 10 minute drive. Port Jervis, a 20 minute drive has restaurants and a brew pub. The Bethel Woods concert venue is a 30 minute drive. Resorts World Catskills, a new casino is a 25 minute drive. The Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River is a 25 minute drive. Other things to note There is an apartment with a full-time resident on one side of the house. Double walls separate the apartment from the main house. The garage is shared with the neighbor who lives in the next door apartment.

Lots of living room and dining room space to eat in and relax. Large kitchen and outdoor deck with grill. House sits along a creek on a meadow just outside of the woods. Fire pit is set up by the creek as well as a S’mores friendly fire table on the deck. King size bed in the primary bedroom, queen size in guest room and the third bedroom has modular sofas made from memory foam that convert to both a queen and twin size mattress. Cowboy Cabin with Hot Tub!

Authentic hand made log cabin deep in the woods. A wilderness experience only 90 miles from Downtown New York. Abe Lincoln and Daniel Boone never had it so good... besides the wilderness, rustic space and the fireplace this country cabin has electricity and indoor plumbing! The cabin is close to Bethel Woods (14 miles) and Casino & Waterpark (10 miles). NOTE: This remote cabin is for DISCONNECTING from civilization and has limited cell service. Abe Lincoln didn't have wifi and neither will you. The space This is truly a hand made log cabin built about 100 years ago with trees from the property. The original one room cabin with central fireplace/kitchen was the original "open floor plan" so common now in NYC apartments. But modernity encroached and a "modern" bedroom addition and a real kitchen was added with a sink and running water too. A bathroom with "flush" toilet was added shortly thereafter. Don't worry the out house is still on the property for emergencies... The cabin is warm in winter and the fireplace is basically for atmosphere now. Romance is always in the air at this cabin... Candles provide additional atmosphere that contributes to the truly rustic authenticity of this place. Recommend reading Eric Sloane, Diary of a Young American Boy. Winter Travel Note: 4/All Wheel drive vehicles recommended for our area if winter weather is possible. Summer Travel Note: (Currently Not Available) There is an adjoining Sleeping Porch Cabin that is available for extra guests in warm weather months. Perfect for friends, inlaws or children. It ONLY gets booked with the main cabin when more than 2 guests book from May through September. It has its own kitchen and bathroom. Two full beds. CALL for details. Guest access In fair weather access is "driveable" to the cabin via a dirt road. In winter... If you have a 4-wheel drive or Subaru you can drive into the site. If not you must park in the spot next to the paved road and hike in... Snow shoes or cross country skies recommended for heavy snow conditions. In winter please call to confirm our local conditions. Other things to note Remember that you are in the woods, about half a mile from the nearest road. So plan your supplies carefully. There is no WiFi. Abe Lincoln didn't have WiFi and neither will you unless you bring your own hotspot. The cabin is for disconnecting from civilization. Verizon and AT&T cell service works in the area if you want WiFi... Bring a good flashlight since there are no street lights in the woods... There is civilization a few miles away, even a Walmart. A Special Note for City Folk: Out of the many hundreds of happy visitors I have had to this cabin I have disappointed only two guests who did not know this very special place is an authentic antique log cabin. It is NOT a 5th Avenue 5-Star Ritz Hilton or Hotel International. It is purposely old and the items inside are actual Americana period antiques. Wildlife Notice: You share the woods with wild animals, (lions, tigers and bears... Oh My! Skunks, bees and spiders too). Don't eat yellow snow and don't get lost in the woods...
