Pool & Hot Tub: We have a saltwater pool that is a 25'x12' ft (max 5’ deep) with 7' sun shelf. We also have a hot tub that is 5’ x 12’ with a spillway into the pool. Welcome to The Gerhardt Place, a newly remodeled home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood right along the Philippe Creek. In this home, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, a lovely sectional couch in the living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen, perfect to cook your meals! The outdoor area in the back is fenced off. There is a roof and couch area along with a swim spa and table and chairs for you to enjoy to eat those splendid meals that you make on the grill! The space •Bedroom #1 King sized bed with an attached bathroom •Bedroom #2 Queen sized bed •Bedroom #3 Queen sized bed •Bedroom #4 Bunk bed (twin size mattress on the bottom, single on top) All linens are provided! We recently added a roof to a part of the back porch, along with some couches and foot rests. Enjoy this area with food or a cup of coffee or just a place to relax after a day in the sun! There are also beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and beach toys available for you to use while you are here! There are two full bathrooms, one off the hallway, and one off the master bedroom. Towels and washcloths are provided! The Gerhardt Place sits along a quiet street but is close to Pinecraft, where you can find some of the best ice cream and the famous Der Dutchman. Two of the best beaches are about 20 minutes from here, Siesta Key one direction, and Lido Key the other direction. The washer and dryer are off of the master bedroom. There is a corn hole game in the bunk bed room closet you are welcome to help yourself too! Off of the master bedroom, there is an owners closet that we have locked with some of their personal belongings. We would love to host you while you stay in the Sarasota area! Bring the whole family to this newly renovated 4 bedroom house, with lots of room for fun. Heated pool available from November up to the start of April. Please keep in mind that the nights are cold during the winter months, and water gets cooler at night. The space Large, bright, modern home that was recently renovated. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms ( 2 King size beds and 2 Queen size beds). Three out of four bedrooms have their own smart TVs (Netflix included) There is a large living-room connected to the kitchen area as well as dining-room. Large wooden table with 8 chairs in the dining room. Two bathrooms, two showers and one stand alone bathtub. Guest access You can access the whole property, the only exception is the garage area. Other things to note Please note that the pool is deep and the patio area gets narrow in few places. Please be careful not to fall into the pool / and or watch your kids, so they are never alone near the pool.
