The kitchen has black granite countertops, new stainless appliances, and everything you need to cook in or just snack and drink wine before heading out to some of the area's best restaurants! The dining room is just off of the kitchen, before you get to the sliding door that leads to the patio/pool area. The huge dining table has seating for 8 and plenty of room to gather around to share a meal or play a game! We have a laundry room available for your use, free of charge, and we provide some laundry pods to get you started. The living room boasts a comfy sectional couch, a couple armchairs, and a huge, wall-mounted big screen TV! The bedrooms all feature comfortable beds and have ceiling fans and closets with hangers and tons of space! There are 2 pack n play travel cribs, as well as a bouncy seat and high chair, if you need it! The bathrooms are newly redone with gorgeous tile, glass doors, and stonetop vanities. The house has a massive Live Oak in the front yard! It is an amazing, and seemingly ancient tree! Upon request, we can make the swing available help to entertain the little ones. Our kids have had SO much fun on the swing (see pic). THE NEW POOL! The highlight of this lovely home. The entire pool area is enclosed in a wonderful lanai (screen enclosure)! The pool is heated (user adjusted)! It has a wonderful pool light with multiple colors for night swimming. There are 4 water jets; perfect for the kids and creating a soothing background noise. There is a covered seating area with a comfy couch and huge, wall-mounted big screen TV, as well as a dining table with seating for 6 and an umbrella. There's also a gas grill for guest use, and a wood firepit too! There are two sun loungers near the shallow end of the pool, where you can see the sun shelf (with a spot for an umbrella, too!) There's plenty of seating out on the patio: a teak outdoor dining table w/ 6 chairs and umbrella, two benches and a high top table with 4 bar stools. We believe the pool area is sure to be the highlight of your stay! All of the linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach gear you need for your stay are provided. If there's anything else you need, we are just a message away and ready to help or give recommendations! Guest access The entire home is yours to use during your stay. No space is shared. There is parking in the driveway, and you are welcome to pull your car in past the gated fence for convenience and privacy during your stay. Other things to note There is a security camera on site. Other things to note Heater (winter months): If nighttime temps drop below 50°F, the electric heater may shut off and will not heat the pool. This protects the equipment from damage. It doesn’t happen often, but we appreciate your understanding. Water Level: Please check that the water level stays about 2–3 inches above the skimmer/duct. If low, turn the hose on for about 1–1.5 hours. Low water can cause the pump or heater to stop working. 🚫 Please do not change pool equipment or settings without permission. Adjusting settings can damage the system and create chemical imbalance. Unauthorized changes may result in a $500 charge.

Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in. Pool heating – Important information 🌡️🏊‍♂️ We offer optional pool heating to make your stay even more enjoyable, especially during the cooler months. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $100.00 per week plus 12% tax. Please note that the water temperature of the pool is naturally affected by outside temperatures, weather conditions, and cooling during the night. After cool nights, especially in winter, the pool can lose heat overnight. Therefore, it is normal for the water temperature to be well below 85°F in the morning and it may take several hours for it to warm up again. The pool heater only works when the pool pump is running and automatically turns off once the water reaches a temperature of approximately 85°F. For safety reasons and to protect the equipment in extremely cold outdoor temperatures, the pool heater may not be activated at all. This is a built-in safety feature and does not indicate a malfunction. We ask our guests to consider the pool heater a comfort feature and not a guarantee of a constant water temperature. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant stay! If you prefer a higher pool temperature than 85°F, this can be arranged upon request up to a maximum of 89°F. During cooler weather, the pool may take many hours or longer to reach a comfortable temperature and may not achieve what some guests consider “hot,” even when heating continuously. The hot tub also requires time to heat and will not reach optimal temperature immediately after being switched from pool heating. While the heater is fully operational, pool and hot tub temperatures cannot be guaranteed, particularly during colder months or periods of heavy use. Heating performance is affected by environmental conditions beyond our control. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these limitations.
