Welcome to our spacious updated 3 bedroom home with two full bathrooms and one half baths. On Cayuga Lake,it is perfect for family vacations or couples looking to get away. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, leaf watching, star gazing, ice skating, ice fishing, this is a year round destination. Beautiful modern kitchen and a great big deck off the house and dock for warmer weather. Great location for wine and beer trails as well as woman’s museum. No additional cleaning fee! NO PARTIES! The space A vacation home loaded with charm, from experienced hosts. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is sure to please. There is ample parking for 6 cars in a small lot across/diagonal from the home. 3 bedrooms with great linens and comfy beds. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and view of sunrise. There is a small deck off of the bedroom and plenty of closet space. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed . Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a fold up bed as the single (it can be wheeled into any of the bedrooms) There is a queen size fold out couch in the living room. There is plenty of deck space, yard and dock. One very large bathroom on bedroom level, one very tiny half bath on first floor and another full bathroom in semi-finished basement. The whole house is in a great location. It is on town water and sewer, so need to worry about septic issues. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 decks, boat dock, kayaks, floaties, outdoor furniture and grill. There is a queen size fold out couch in living room. There is a front load washer and dryer on the main floor and another in the basement for beach towels and bathing suits. The basement is semi finished, and not cleaned regularly, but you are welcome to use it. The house is on a double lot so there is plenty of room for kids to run around and play on the grass. There are 14 steps from the road to the front door. Other things to note We take pride in our home and expect the same from anyone who stays with us. Be a good person, do good things, leave no trace. We are in a residential neighborhood and there is a 10 pm noise ordinance, we expect our guests to be appropriate and be respectful of our neighbors. The lake frontage you will enjoy in several ways starting with the incredible views from being right on Lake Cayuga. My favorite are the sunrises as we look almost directly east. But, sunsets with the clouds and the reflection off the water are also awesome, plus the upper decks get comfortable afternoon shade. Perhaps enjoy a refreshing dip all summer long off your dock. We provide kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, and fishing poles. You might want to take a moment and enjoy a few casts with a chance to catch a big one. Or maybe bring your boat (or rent one) and take your friends out and enjoy some water skiing, it’s a true all sports lake after all. There’s even a fire pit in the yard or upper deck for bonfires on cold evenings. My wife loves sitting on the deck with friends and playing cards while I grill and everyone gets to take in the feels and some amazing local wines. Speaking of wines, there are over 20+ wineries within 20 minutes of the house, and 100+ within an hr. Plus, there’s breweries, distilleries, dispensaries, and even a cheese farm nearby and all this is open all year round. Not to mention the small-town, Seneca Falls, famous for being the backdrop to the Hollywood classic “It’s A Wonderful Life” is just a few minutes’ drive away. It has over 15 bars and restaurants plus numerous shops, it’s a great outing while you are here. Or if you want other small-town options, there are several small towns nearby that are all awesome in their own right: Geneva, Auburn, Watkins Glen, Ithaca just to name a few. If gabling is your thing, there are also a few casinos nearby. The del Largo Resort & Casino is 12 minutes away, has a full-service casino: all the table games, slots, sportsbook, spa, bars, nightclub, and music hall featuring great performers with household names. If you want something a little smaller, we are walking distance to Lakeside Entertainment (slots only). On the other side of things, there are sooo many options to enjoy the outdoors besides the lake. We are just a few houses down from the state park which has a boat launch, sandy beach, & awesome pirate ship playground for the kids. We are a 3 min drive to the Seneca Falls Country Club with renown golf and amazing lake views and it's open to the public. Want world class waterfalls and hiking, look no further than the south ends of the lake. Watkins Glen and Taughannock Falls (largest waterfall this side of the Mississippi) are incredible to see, hike and even swim. Plus, Finger Lakes National Forest about 30 min south has more hiking than anyone could do on a weekend. Back at the Cottage: Once you step inside our home you will notice the entire east side is a sliding glass door bringing in tons of natural light illuminating the complete open layout and showing off the lake views all day every day. Honestly, it’s why we bought the house. And, with several areas to sit, relax, mingle, cook, eat, play cards, whatever you fancy, it’s a great spot to enjoy some time away from home. The new kitchen with quartz counter has an island for entertaining, full oven, full fridge, and even a wine and coffee station. This open room leads right to the upper deck and the views continue. Back inside, there is an updated full bath with stand-up shower. The sleeping arrangement in the house consists of 3 private bedrooms each with one bed (queen, double, double), nightstands, luggage rack, mirror, hangers, and windows. Plus, back in the great room the couch pulls out to a queen bed too. We even have a pack and play for a little one. The majority of the house was just rebuilt 5 years ago so it doesn’t feel like an old cottage, it feels like a new home with all the amenities like air that come with it. Outside, there is also a nice deck right outside the door of the cottage with several sitting areas and a grill so you can relax in a variety of ways. It's a perfect birds eye view of Cayuga Lake looking east. And there is a lower deck right before you get to the dock down by the water which is a great spot for coffees or an afternoon cocktail:) Or take the steps down and cool off in the pristine waters of the lake. Just bring yourself and your clothes and enjoy...We provide all the essentials. We have cork screws, bottle openers, pots, pans, grills with propane, and even coffee. Plus, we have basic toiletries too: Towels, TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap & hairdryer are all provided. We provide clean sheets, blankets and pillows. There's even smart tv so you can login to your favorite streaming service to watch a movie or a big game. We tried to think of everything, and are always trying to improve for our guests. The main living area, located on the second level of the home, are open and airy and seamlessly connect the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Welcome to Eagles Nest The renovated cottage is at the top of Cayuga Lake, nestled in the southern tip of Montezuma Wildlife Preserve. - Stunning sunsets, on the. water, private dock for fishing and tying up your boat, Wineries and wildlife 75 feet of lake-frontage with a large deck overlooking the crystal clear water of Cayuga Lake. Completely open floor plan with stunning lake views from anywhere in the house. Large grass area perfect for volleyball, badminton, or just a place to relax. The space Eagles Nest is an open floor plan in a traditional Cape Cod style. It has a full kitchen with utensils and cookware, as well as essential air conditioning and heat. If you have problems with stairs, this might not be the ideal place for you, as all the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms are downstairs. The boat dock sits in an average of 4 and 1/2 ft of water. During the winter seasons, the dock is taken out, and we guarantee it will be in the water and ready for use between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. Typically, we get it in the water around the first or second week of May. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and the property. There is no camping allowed on the property, and we have a maximum number of people allowed under town code. Other things to note The bedrooms are upstairs, and both bathrooms are downstairs. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and one has a full bed. Towels and linens are included. NOTE - From June 13th to September 5th, we have a 1-week minimum stay with a Saturday-to-Saturday check-in and check-out policy.

Welcome to our fun farm stay on 5 scenic acres. Perfect for groups of family and friends, this charming home features a spacious gathering room. Enjoy the company of our flock of friendly chickens and Hank and Winona, the lovely goat couple who live in the barn out back. Ideal for memorable gatherings and peaceful getaways in a picturesque countryside setting. Within 20 mins: Seneca Falls, Auburn, wine trails, Del Lago Casino, Waterloo Outlets, a few lakes, and much more! The space On the main floor you’ll find the eat-in kitchen, living room with couches and a big smart tv, one full spacious bathroom with tub, and a bedroom with a queen bed, or 2 twins. The (free) laundry facilities are off the bathroom. Also on the ground floor we have a large dining room with seating for up to 20 guests. This is the perfect gathering spot, with great views of the property and neighboring farm. The main upstairs has a full bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a king plus a twin, and another with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). The second upstairs area, above the kitchen, is a great hideaway for kids - it’s a cozy playroom with games and toys. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, except the basement. Guests are not permitted to enter the on-site barns and animal enclosures for your safety and theirs, but you will be able to get up close to the animals and watch them through the fence. They love company! Other things to note - We can allow up to 6 overnight guests, as per the town code. If you'd like to host a daytime gathering of up to 20 people, please send us a message with a description of your plans BEFORE you book, so that we can discuss potential additional costs and requirements. Two hoists provided and potentially available: boat hoist to accommodate 18-21 foot power boat, or a separate one for your jet ski. Conveniently launch your water craft just down the road about 1/4 mile south at Cayuga State Park. Finally, use the temporary dock to fish or swim from or take out a kayak (2 provided) using provided paddles, and life jackets found in porch box. Weber gas grill found in rear of house for all your summer or fall grilling fun! Guest access You will given a four digit access code prior to arrival to gain entry across the bridge after parking. Should you arrive at night, press the top button to illuminate the keypad. Other things to note I’ve been renting the “Landing” since May of 2015. For entertainment, there are two Roku TVs—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. During the summer, the rental does have window a/c units; one is in the dining room and one in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Other things to note Cayuga Breeze sits along the scenic Route 90 lakeside corridor; the same road that gives you those gorgeous lake views and puts you steps from the marina, village, and wine trail. Like most lakeside properties on Cayuga, you’ll occasionally hear passing traffic, though guests consistently tell us the views and location more than make up for it if they even hear it. As with any lakeside property in the Finger Lakes, summer months bring the occasional gnat or bug; it’s part of the charm of being this close to the water. We do professional pest control, have a few bug-repellent plants, and keep bug spray on hand for guests. A little spray goes a long way and most guests barely notice. This residence is safeguarded by an alarm system with sensors on all ground-level windows and doors. For added security, three outdoor cameras are in place—one at the front door, another overlooking the driveway and garage, and the third monitoring the driveway accessible from the back deck, audio is recorded. To be clear it's small, but it provides everything you would need for a few days at the lake. The real beauty of our cottage is it's location right on the lake front. The bonus with renting this property is it's not just a cottage, it's a home with a small yard, dock, 2 decks, 2 kayaks, full working kitchen, grill, firepit, 2 private bedrooms, and soooo many spaces to enjoy friends and family. Enjoy the lake frontage starting with the incredible views from being right on Lake Cayuga. My favorite views are the sunrises as we look almost directly east. But, sunsets with the clouds and the reflection off the water are also awesome, plus the upper decks get comfortable afternoon shade. Perhaps enjoy a refreshing dip all summer long off your dock. We provide kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, and fishing poles. You might want to take a moment and enjoy a few casts with a chance to catch a big one. Or maybe bring your boat (or rent one) and take your friends out and enjoy some water skiing, it’s a true all sports lake after all. There’s even a fire pit in the yard for bonfires on cold evenings. My wife loves sitting on the deck with friends and playing cards while I grill and everyone gets to take in the feels and some amazing local wines. Speaking of wines, there are over 20+ wineries within 20 minutes of the house, and 100+ within an hr. Plus, there’s breweries, distilleries, dispensaries, and even a cheese farm nearby and all this is open all year round. Not to mention the small-town, Seneca Falls, famous for being the backdrop to the Hollywood classic “It’s A Wonderful Life” is just a few minutes’ drive away. It has over 15 bars and restaurants plus numerous shops, it’s a great outing while you are here. Or if you want other small-town options, there are several small towns nearby that are all awesome in their own right: Geneva, Auburn, Watkins Glen, Ithaca just to name a few. If gabling is your thing, there are also a few casinos nearby. The del Largo Resort & Casino is 12 minutes away, has a full-service casino: all the table games, slots, sportsbook, spa, bars, nightclub, and music hall featuring great performers with household names. If you want something a little smaller, we are walking distance to Lakeside Entertainment (slots only). On the other side of things, there are sooo many options to enjoy the outdoors besides the lake. We are just a few houses down from the state park which has a boat launch, sandy beach, & awesome pirate ship playground for the kids. We are a 3 min drive to the Seneca Falls Country Club with renown golf and amazing lake views and it's open to the public. Want world class waterfalls and hiking, look no further than the south ends of the lakes. Watkins Glen and Taughannock Falls (largest waterfall this side of the Mississippi) are incredible to see, hike and even swim. Plus, Finger Lakes National Forest about 30 min south has more hiking than anyone could do on a weekend. Back at the Cottage: Inside the cottage, there is an updated kitchen with full fridge, sink, oven, and stove and coffee maker…. There is a nice cozy living area with a new queen size pull out convertible couch. Plus, plenty of board games and cards for rainy days. This is open and adjacent to the dining area and kitchen so everyone can enjoy each other’s company and spend some good quality time together. The bathroom has been completely remodeled and is clean and bright with full stand-up shower. In the back are 2 separate and private bedrooms with doors that close. One has a new queen bed (FYI as is standard in small spaces, we keep the bed in the corner of the room as you can see in the pictures, so you can't walk around the bed). The other has new double sized bunk beds. All that being said, this is a SMALL cottage from around the 60's. It’s well lived in and well-loved but updated with many convenient modern amenities. The window unit and fans keep it cool all summer and the full-sized forced air furnace makes it a nice toasty spot in the winter too. And while technically it’s a manufactured home, with the yard, deck, dock, and updates it feels more like a warm cottage and home away from home to us. My favorite place to sleep on the whole estate is actually in the end room of the cottage with the window open. It’s the closet bedroom to Cayuga Lake and you can fall asleep to the tranquil waves lapping against the shore. Outside, there is also a nice deck right outside the door of the cottage with several sitting areas and a grill so you can relax in a variety of ways. It's a perfect birds eye view of Cayuga Lake looking east. And there is a lower deck right before you get to the dock down by the water which is a great spot for coffees or an afternoon cocktail:) Or take the steps down and cool off in the pristine waters of the lake. There's also a bonfire pit for those cold evenings again, overlooking Cayuga. Just bring yourself and your clothes and enjoy...We provide all the essentials. We have cork screws, bottle openers, pots, pans, grills with propane, and even coffee. Plus, we have basic toiletries too: Towels, TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap & hairdryer are all provided. FYI, it's a small cottage and has a small hot water tank, but taking turns and spacing our the showers always works great for us. We provide clean sheets, blankets and pillows. There's even a smart tv so you can login to your favorite streaming service in case you want to watch a movie or a big game in both cottages. We tried to think of everything, and are always trying to improve for our guests. Cayuga lake is right out the front door. Nice area to swim, and relax on our concrete deck. Gas grill is available, full kitchen to cook as well. Close to wineries and Del Lago casino. Guest access Private entrance, guests have the entire house. Other things to note Canoe available for use. Life jackets (in cottage) are required when using canoe at all times. We do not have the ability to launch or moor boats. Any boats would need to be launched at the state launch which is 5 miles away.

The nearby attractions are plentiful. There are two wineries within walking distance: Quarry Ridge, and Heart & Hands. The Great Gully hiking trail is a 3 minute drive, and the Village of Union Springs is a 5 minute drive for restaurants, supermarket, boat launch, park and convenience stores. There are an abundance of wineries, distilleries and cideries all within 30 miles of the cottage. Not to mention downtown Seneca Falls is a short 5 minute drive, with some great dining options. Some Details on the cottage: INDOOR LIVING: The cottage features two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with great views of the lake to wake up to. The guest bedroom has two full beds and a twin top bunk. The house is equipped with central air conditioning to keep cool on those hot summer nights. The living room has comfy couches and a huge picture window to watch the birds swoop and fish jump in the lake. There is also a large TV with many streaming apps to choose from to catch a movie or a favorite sports game! Wifi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, teapot and cookware. There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen. OUTDOOR LIVING: Large sliding glass doors off the dining room lead to an oversized deck that overhangs the water. There is a hot tub off the deck to help unwind from a day on the wine trail. Also provided is a solo fire stove to use right on the deck to make smores! After using the grill, enjoy eating dinner under the shade provided from the oak trees on the outdoor dining table. You can bring your boat and launch it less than a mile away, feel free to tie off on the end of the dock with the provided dock bumpers. You are also welcome to use the two kayaks provided. GENERAL: Parking for 2 to 3 cars. Park off of lower lake road, the cottage is about 25-30 steps down towards the waters edge. Guest access You will be renting the entire cottage from us. There will be an empty dresser in each bedroom for your use. The solo stove firepit must sit on the included metal ring when using on the deck. Make sure to grab some wood at one of the many roadside stands! The dock is out for the summer months, if you bring a boat you can tie it off at the end of the dock. We unfortunately can't allow use of the pontoon boat on the lift, but you are welcome to use the two kayaks and there are plenty of places to rent a boat as well!

The bathroom features a tub shower & is filled with any toiletries & amenities you may need during your stay. The kitchen is also fully stocked to cook delicious meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar each morning. Snack on some popcorn from our popcorn maker for a movie night or sitting around the campfire! We provide 2-single person kayaks for your use. Enter the water via the built in stairway for easy access or feel free to cast a fishing pole off our dock. A firepit is located on the waters edge for you to enjoy nightly campfires. We provide the first bundle of firewood for you! We have adequate parking for up to 5 vehicles. Both queen beds are on low profile bed frames to give you the maximum headroom as you get in & out of bed. We encourage guests to watch their heads! 🚣‍♂️ Water Adventures Made Easy We’ve got you covered for lake fun! During your stay, feel free to use our kayaks—they’re ready and waiting by the water. Life jackets are provided, but if you’re traveling with little ones, we recommend bringing child-sized safety gear tailored to their size for peace of mind. 🧭 Boating Note: If you plan to bring a boat, jet ski, or other watercraft, please reach out in advance. While we don't currently offer a dock or boat slip, we're happy to help you with nearby options or guidance. 🌊 Swimming & Lake Conditions We want you to enjoy the lake as much as possible! However, please know that swimming may be limited at times due to naturally occurring algae blooms. We keep an eye on water conditions and will always let you know if anything changes during your stay. The lakeshore is rocky, and turns to sand as you enter the water- lake shoes are recommended. 🐞 Nature & The Outdoors We professionally treat the property to help keep pests at bay, but you may still see the occasional gnat, mosquito, or tiny bug—part of the charm of lakeside living. We’ll have your first night’s supply of firewood ready when you arrive, and more is available upon request for a small fee.
