The entire lake house offers complete privacy with no neighbors on either side. The property is mostly fenced to the waters edge. Only 20 min from Temecula’s wine region and 45 min to the beautiful beaches of Orange County. Disneyland, Sea Wold, Legoland nearby. Comfort exists right here at the Peaceful Paradise Lake House. The space SUITABILITY: 25+ age limit or family group. The City of Lake Elsinore and the owner of the property permit a maximum of 10 adults (12 persons total). This 12 person maximum limit on the property will be strictly enforced. There is a strict city ordinance of no parties, no events, no large gatherings, and no excessive noise allowed. If a guest violates house rules and Airbnb rules of having over 12 individuals at the property their reservation will be immediately cancelled and no refund will be returned for the remaining days. No smoking or vaping inside the house. The large lower patio area has seating for all 12+ guests, patio couches, chairs, and some of the most comfortable and popular swinging egg chairs. The entire lower patio is shaded. The yard is just past the lower patio where an outdoor large fire pit can be enjoyed lakeside. The sunsets, stars, and lake make for a peaceful calm setting. PET POLICY: Pets are allowed (2 max) and must be disclosed prior to arrival. There is no added room/stay charge for each pets, yet there is an additional $100 cleaning fee. Furnished to accommodate up to 10 people. Each bedroom has large closets, dresser drawers and large TV's. The kitchen includes utensils, a dish washer, coffee machine, micro-wave, stove and toaster oven, along with a spice-rack. All the rooms include ceiling fans and their is a cozy fireplace in the sitting room. Eat inside or outside under the deck, or enjoy your coffee on the deck with an amazing view of the lake and surrounding valley. The house is a short 5 minute drive to Lake Elsinore boat launch where you can enjoy the beach by the lake or rent a boat or jet skis.
