House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please observe the following rules: • Minimum booking age is 25. • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • No parties, events, or unregistered guests. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. • Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Pet Policy * We love animals, but our home is a pet-free space to ensure it stays comfortable for all of our guests. Important Information • **Security Deposit**: A $300 security deposit HOLD will be placed on your card 2 days before arrival. (This is not a charge to your card) and released after check-out, pending inspection. ✷ The only way to access the 3rd floor loft is via the spiral staircase. Escape to nature!!! Inside: As you enter the property from the lower level you will find a pellet stone fireplace living room. As you turn around from the L couch you find yourself in the game room with arcade and air hockey table. Still on the first floor is the first queen bedroom. Next door is the bunk room with 4 beds and 48 in Smart TV. As you emerge upstairs you are awed with the A frame ceiling covered in beautiful wood. As you gaze through the wall of windows you notice how massive the old growth pine trees are. The glass sliders lead you outside to the deck where you can overlook the fire pit or gaze up into the pine. We have illuminated the property with lights that cut through the trees. Heading back inside your eye is drawn to the completely renovated kitchen with granite counter tops. The wood burning fireplace can be seen from the living & dining room. Down the hall is the king master and the 4th bedroom with queen bed. As you go up into the loft you can't help but notice the natural wood railings. Once in the loft you realize what a great view you have from the peak of the A frame. This space has a queen bed and a siting/reading or board game playing area. What fun!!! Skiing is less than a 5 minute drive at Big Boulder and Jack Frost. Lake access is down the street. Indoor waterparks are 20 minutes away. Fun for all seasons! The space Set up to provide a fun mountain getaway, the space has a rustic feel. Warm wood tones with fireplaces on two levels, one wood burning and one pellet stove. Bring your supplies to have a cozy stay fireside both inside and out! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft with half bath! Other things to note Lots of parking here with two driveways on a corner lot. Feel free to bring your boat or snowmobiles on trailers, there is room for them. There are several public lakes for boating in the area, the nicest (in my opinion) is Betzville State Park which is only a 10 min ride away. They have a public boat launch ramp there and the area is beautiful. Lake Harmony allows motorized boats, but does require advanced registration and payment. Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking tools, coffee maker, microwave, and more. Linens (sheets, comforters, bath towels/washcloths, kitchen towel) are provided with each stay. We also provide a complimentary starter pack of paper products including a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels for each kitchen area.

Beach tags included with rental! One of the few motor boating lakes on the Poconos! Our newly renovated home in Lake Harmony Estates features 3 spacious floors of living. The entry brings you into the lower level of our home. This level features a pool table, gas fireplace, and a sitting area with two leather couches and a 40 inch flat screen TV. This lower level also features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom and the washer/dryer. Up a flight of stairs is the second and main level of our home. The second level features a large sectional couch, a 55 inch television, and a gas fireplace. Also on this level is a large dining room and table with seating for 10, a custom kitchen with new appliances and high top bar seating for 4. Also on the second level are 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The second level opens up to a large wrap-around deck with great views, a gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Up a staircase from the second level is a bonus loft room with 6 additional beds - great for kids! In the rear exterior of our home is a brand new fire pit and chairs that are only steps away from the famous Lake Harmony Boulder Field. All of our bedrooms have spacious closets, ceiling fans, and dressers for your personal belongings. We take great pride in making sure our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between groups that say at our home. House Rules: - No smoking - No pets - No parties, large gatherings, or events - Maximum occupancy is 12. Extra guests will result in loss of security deposit - All trash must be bagged and placed in exterior trash cans upon departure. - Your safety matters. Property has 2 exterior cameras facing toward driveway and backyard and do not view any interior space. - Nothing but toilet paper can be flushed in toilets. - Return all furniture, etc. to where you found it upon check-in. Guest access We have a long private driveway that can accommodate up to 10 cars. From the driveway, there is easy direct access to the front door. Wake up in the A-Frame Chalet to view trees and sky, jump in the lake, play tennis on the nearby courts, drive a short distance to ski slopes or unwind at the many nearby bars and restaurants. The space Hi there, and thanks for your interest in our home! We have two kayaks and a canoe that guests are welcome to use, plus access to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach. We provide linens, towels and more, so there's no need to worry about laundry or forgetting your shampoo. Should you care to do laundry during your stay, you can use our high-efficiency LG washer and dryer. Our chalet is cozy and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 on the second, 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living spaces (great for a kids' hangout), and a loft above the living room with a king bed. Enjoy the views of our woodsy neighborhood out on the deck or in front of the fireplace through our large floor-to-ceiling windows. Our open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space are ideal for entertaining. We will do our best to ensure the kitchen is always stocked with essentials like oil, spices, condiments, and coffee to make your stay as carefree as possible. Guests can also enjoy our outdoor grill (we'll make sure there's always a propane backup) on our spacious second-floor deck. We have speakers throughout the house on the first floor, second floor, and outdoor patio on the first floor, all controlled separately. Guests can use any Bluetooth-enabled device to connect and enjoy tunes throughout the whole house. We have two TVs, one in the first-floor living room and one in the second-floor living room. Both are Roku-enabled with access to Hulu, HBO Max, and many other channels and apps. We have a fire pit on the side of the house, along with blankets just for it, for those cooler Pocono nights. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire, private house. Because we are located in Lake Harmony Estates, guests also have access to a members-only beach area (passes will be provided), a tennis and shuffleboard court and access to parking at the beach. The beach is about a 500ft walk from the house. Other things to note We have two kayaks and a canoe that guests are welcome to use at their own risk. Life jackets are also provided.
