There is an elevator with service from the ground floor garage to all three levels. There are two master suites, one on the first floor with a covered deck providing easy access to the pool with great views of the ocean. The primary master is on the third floor overlooking the ocean, with a private covered balcony, large bath with a separate tub, shower, and walk-in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms located on the third floor share a Jack and Jill full bath. A new bunk bedroom was added to the first floor that sleeps up to 8 people with it's own private full bath. This new room allows the house to comfortably sleep 14-16 people. This oasis is the perfect place for a great vacation! There is an extra fridge and freezer in the garage, along with a wine fridge in the kitchen. The first-floor porch near the pool has everything you will need to enjoy a great time at the pool or for entertaining with an under-the-counter fridge and a large built-in Blackstone grill. Although this home is oceanfront, please note that beach access is tide-dependent. At high tide, which occurs twice over 24 hours, the beach is mostly inaccessible. Beach access from our home relies on the public access located a few yards from our driveway. Though this is a public access, it is located on a short residential dead-end street that does not receive much traffic. Please, no smoking in the house and on decks and balconies. The minimum age to rent is 30, and under 30 must be accompanied by their parents. Each rental will receive a starter set of supplies for the dishwasher, washing machine, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer. This starter set is for the renters' convenience to be used until they make their trip to the store. THIS HOME WILL NO LONGER ALLOW ANY PETS OF ANY KIND TO EVER BE ON THE PREMISES. Our daughter has severe allergies and unfortunately, we can't take the risk of her having an allergic reaction. We apologize to those with pets. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 sets of sturdy bunk beds and attaches to the jack-n-jill bathroom. Also, on the first floor is the washer/dryer. The second level of Centennial Cottage is wide open with a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, living area with seating for 9, and the dining table that seats 10 plus 2 seats at the kitchen island. Just off the living area through 3 sets of French doors is the front facing covered deck that has views to the pools and ocean. Two ceiling fans on the deck will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the views. The second level is just perfect for creating together family time. Third floor: The master on the 3rd level also has a private covered balcony with views to the ocean. Leave the 2 sets of French doors open in the evening to hear the soothing sounds of the waves coming ashore. In the morning, if the curtains are left open, the room is flooded with pink light from the sunrise over the ocean. Another bedroom on this level has a twin over full bunk bed and has access to the master bedroom bath and is also adjacent to an entertainment room for the kids. This room features 2 bean bag chairs and gaming chair for the kids. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and full access to the 2 ocean front community pools and covered pavilion. Fiddlers, The Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's are all within walking distance. If you want cocktails looking at the water, the King and Prince is also within walking distance. Parking is first come/first serve in front of the building or in the private garage for the unit which is accessed in back. While the location is one of the best features, the interior of this condo is amazing. You have 5 bedrooms available for larger families; 1 King bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 full bedroom and a twin bunkbed room. There are smart TVs throughout the home for your streaming use. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a gourmet meal including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Everything is tastefully decorated with "beachy" attire. Hopefully most of your time is spent enjoying the beach, pool, Neptune Splash pad and all the local amenities but if you have to stay inside, the home has lots for your entertainment. The seats tuck underneath and out of the way when not in use. And the kitchen is nothing short of amazing with its granite counters and flourishes of vintage (yet modern) appliances. The breakfast bar even has built-in soda shop stools. After breakfast, step out on the breezy, furnished balcony for a some sweet salt air and relaxing conversation among the swaying palms. You can watch the 62' flat screen TV from almost anywhere on the second floor, and there is a convenient full bath just off of the kitchen. You'll also find a secluded bedroom equipped with a handmade set of bunks, each with its own porthole window (one with an ocean view)! Bring your x-box too, because every bunk bed in Annie Laurie has a wall-mounted video screen ready for your favorite device. THIRD FLOOR: On your way up the stairs, take a peek out the left window at the 1936 Historic Coast Guard Station about 100 yards away ... it was the architectural inspiration for Annie Laurie Cottage. Your jaw will drop as you enter a spacious master suite which occupies the entire third floor. The king headboard rises almost to the ceiling where three luxurious paddle fans slowly move the air in grand style. Fall asleep to the 62' flat screen TV, and wake up to an ocean sunrise without ever leaving the bed. Guest access You are within walking or biking distance to some of St Simons best restaurants. There is space for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage and additional vehicles may be parked at the end of the street. You will have access to the 2 neighborhood pools and pavilion. Other things to note The pool is heated at no additional charge for certain holiday weeks such as spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Years.
