Our cabin is not in a neighborhood, very easy access-no 4-wheel drive needed, no winding narrow mountain roads. Downtown Ellijay with all its boutiques and restaurants is only a 2 minute drive. The space Not your typical rental cabin, this is our personal cabin we stay in with our friends and family and occasionally rent. We manage the cabin ourselves and provider very personalized service. Secluded beautiful views but right on the edge of town with non-typical cabin amenities like high speed internet, natural gas, and cable TV. Our attention to detail and extreme cleanliness is reminiscent of high end resorts. We put out special decorations for during the fall and for Christmas. We empty the hot tub after each guest and deep clean once a month. We spared no expense on the furniture and amenities. Pack light, we provide everything you need. The well equipped kitchen has everything you could want including very sharp chef knives, garlic press, mixed drink kit and more! This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. If you go to Ingles for groceries, ask for paper bags to reuse as kindling.

There is a wood burning fireplace inside AND a brand new stone fireplace out on the new covered deck and a firepit outside to toast s’mores and make memories. As for the indoor space: there are two floors. The first level has a king bed room with a sitting area and a walk in closet. The closet has a custom built toddler bed nook inside. There is a pack and play, high chair and dog cage stored on site as well for your use. There is a full bathroom with a tub on the first level. Also on the first level is a kitchen with a premium, fully stocked coffee bar, a breakfast nook that overlooks the decks and is surrounded by windows and trees and a living area that has a wood burning fireplace, queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress pad. On the lower level basement there are 2 more bedrooms, a game room with pool table, Pac-Man 12in1 arcade, darts, a laundry room and another full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, living room and game room. We hope you don’t have to work, but if you do, you can do it with a view! Looking out to the decks and beautiful trees, there is a dedicated office desk for your use with a charging station on the lower level as well. There is also outside access to both levels if you want to avoid the stairs. The cabin has a luxury, modern feel, but is also quaint and cozy with treehouse cabin vibes close to everything! The space This property has been specifically designed to experience nature in a luxury setting. With high, vaulted ceilings and large sliding doors and windows, we invite you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. As you enter the front door, an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen and living room with a cozy gas fireplace greets you. Directly outside the living room on the back deck you’ll find a hot tub and gas grill. To the right of the front door leads through a bar area that includes a wet bar, coffee bar, beverage fridge and an indoor/outdoor seating area with a window that folds open to the trees. Off the bar area is a full bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. As you continue, you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed, a private deck and its own bathroom complete with rain shower, a window in the shower that opens to the woods, a soaking tub and a closet. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes of the cabin. We just installed a new water filtration system so our water pressure is amazing! We also have 220 volt Tesla universal charger that will charge any Electric vehicle regardless of who it’s made by. 👍 The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. -Upstairs is a loft bedroom (Queen) that also has a half bath - On the main floor there is a Queen Bedroom and a full bath. - Downstairs there is a queen bedroom and full bath. Downstairs there is also a Queen sleeper sofa - The house has a kitchen on the main floor and a kitchenette downstairs. The home also has a gas powered fire place on the main level and a electric fire place down stairs. - we have a fully fenced in yard for your dogs to run around and join you as you enjoy our fire pit! (Please clean up after your dogs) Other things to note *No Dog fees (two dog max) We don’t have a garbage disposal so it’s important you clean your plates into the trash can to avoid clogging up the sink. We also ask that you do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper. Please don’t leave your dogs at home all day unattended. I also ask that you please pick up after your dogs do their business. It’s very important that our fenced in dog area remains clean and all dog waste is properly bagged and thrown away in a kitchen sized trash bag before going in the trash.
