The main floor includes the kitchen, living room with fireplace and a large deck that features an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, outdoor living area, foosball and dining table for 8. The bottom level has a kitchenette and small living room as well as a deck where the hot tub is located. The ground-level deck offers ping pong, a fire pit, and connects to the game room. The game room is outfitted with air hockey, darts, a tv for online gaming and more. The lowest deck is right on the creek and has seating and you can fish right off the deck! There is a fire pit next to the creek (for roasting marshmallows!) and hammock area where you can take a nap to the sound of the water. There are a lot of stairs at the Treehouse... the main floor is up 2 flights. The Treehouse by the Creek is located in the Coosawattee River Resort community that has lots of amenities to offer, such as outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, gym, arcade and more. Passes are required and are hanging inside the cabin. There will be a $150 fee if either of those are lost or missing when you check out. Ask for a map of the community when you go through the gate. We offer some complimentary welcome treats for you including a bottle of wine, bottled water and some snacks. About cabins in the woods: There is wildlife and there are bugs. The outdoor spaces are cleaned after each stay; HOWEVER, there will still be cobwebs bc those come back almost instantaneously. Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms The master suite features all the beautiful architectural aspects of a luxury log cabin, with large windows and wooden beams. After a day out in the mountain air, you’ll have no problem relaxing and falling asleep in the beautiful king-size bed and love waking up to views of the forest just outside your window. This room also has a pull-out mattress, ideal for a small child. Bedroom #2 is another inviting space with rustic architectural features, a cozy queen size bed and lots of natural light from its large windows. Bedroom #3 is a dormitory-style room with two large wooden beam bunk beds that the kids will love to climb into each night and feel like they’re away at camp. Bedroom #4 is located on the bottom floor. It has a full-size mattress and offers guests a cozy space to unpack, unwind and relax before heading back out into the mountains. There are three beautiful bathrooms in the home. One is located on the top floor, another on the middle floor, and the bottom floor for your convenience. The bathrooms on the top two floors are beautifully appointed with spa-like amenities, from marble countertops, tiled showers, to upscale faucets. The basement bathroom is a 4 piece bathroom with a shower and cute little green vanity. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per occurrence No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other things that are beyond our control Starter packs of hand soap, shampoos, toiletries, Keurig pods for the coffee station are provided, but we recommend you bring extra supplies, especially if you have booked an extended stay. Ziplocs, tin foil, firewood, condiments, coffee for the regular coffee maker, etc. are not provided. Please plan accordingly. Pets are NOT allowed. The space Ironwood Lodge is a modern, luxury log cabin home with three levels and room to spread out for large and/or multiple families! There are three bedrooms (one per level) and one kid's bunkroom. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom. There are two king beds, one queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There are additional sleeping options if needed as well. The home also provides many opportunities for a great family game night! This must happen at checkout. •	Unless is an emergency, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. •	Indoor fireplace will be closed from April 1- October 1 as with every cabin in the area. •	No late-check out or early check-in. If you plan to use the hot tub, you should turn the heat to your desired temperature at least 4 hours prior to use. When finished, please lower temperature to 80 degrees. Hot Tub towels are provided and located on the terrace level. THE FIREPIT There is wood located on the front porch for you use in the firepit only. The lighter is located in the kitchen middle door next to the front door. THE AMENITIES Coosawattee Resort has several amenities throughout the community. As a guest, you have access to two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a rec center with game room (subject to game costs), fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, pickleball, and miniature 18 hole golf course. The rec center is open from 6am - 8pm daily. Guest passes are required for access to the recreation center. Each guest pass will allow up to four guests. Two guest passes will be provided for your stay. Lost Guest Passes will require a $100 replacement fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin with the exception of a few locked supply closets on both the main and terrace level. Guest Count - Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you may be asked to vacate immediately. Gated community - All drivers will need to provide first & last name, cell phone number, and email to be added to the list for gate access. Guests will enter through the visitor gate and provide name, lot number, and confirmation number to the guard. The details will be sent to the drivers within 24 hours of check-in. Driveway- There is a steep driveway leading to the property. Take extra caution when driving up the hill. You may park on the lower level near garage or continue up and park near the front door. Front Door Smart Lock - A code will be sent within 48 hours of check-in. If the door happens to stick, once you see the green light, push the door handle downwards and give a little push Alarm - The alarm will be disarmed during your stay. Other things to note SECURITY There are three exterior cameras at the property. -Front Door doorbell Camera (facing screen porch door) -Front gate camera pointed at driveway -Garage door camera pointed at driveway There are No interior cameras SEPTIC TANK This cabin is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. Toilets can only handle septic-safe toilet paper. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, EVEN ONES MARKED AS FLUSHABLE, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing unusable. DEER CITY - This community is heavily populated with deer. Please be careful when driving through the community as they tend to travel in groups of 5 - 20. You may even encounter some on this property. Please do not feed them and ensure that trashed bags are tied and placed in the bins near the garage.
