Summer is the best time to visit the Catskill Mountains! Come jump in the lake! Enjoy a hike at one of our local trails or nature preserves. Try your luck at the casino, spend a day at the indoor water park, or play a round of golf at one of the local courses. Your entire group will feel right at home in this large & comfortable lakefront house. With a massive deck, hot tub, and Sackett Lake in the backyard, this is a great place for four season recreation. The space *Newly Added* Beautiful lakefront 7-seater hot tub with waterfall and 60 jets. Enjoy some quality time with friends and family at this beautiful, lakefront house. With 8 bedrooms, the house can easily accommodate 18+ guests. Make this house your home base while you explore everything that the Catskills has to offer. No need to pack up your entire house- we provide clean towels, linen, and basic kitchen necessities as well as soap, shampoo and a washer/dryer. We have excellent Wi-Fi and multiple laptop friendly workspaces plus a dedicated office area with a desk. The house is located at the end of a long driveway. The front of the house is wooded, providing extra privacy from the road. Past the woods is a full-size basketball court which you are welcome to use. At the end of the driveway is a circular driveway with ample space for multiple vehicles. Out front you can get into the house with as little as four steps. There is a spacious front porch with seating. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and office. The kitchen offers ample prep space and is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchen essentials. The dining room has a table with 12 chairs. The living room has a fireplace and a smart TV. We have an assortment of books, games and children's toys as well as brochures for local points of interest. There are four doors leading out to the massive back deck. Part of the deck is screened in and has a BBQ grill, dining table and hammock. On the open part there are lounge chairs and another BBQ grill, a great spot to relax, entertain and enjoy picturesque views of the lake. The 2nd floor has six additional bedrooms and three bathrooms. The highlight on this level is the lakeview sitting room. With high ceilings, couches and a smart TV, this is a great room for relaxing and catching up with family/friends, all while enjoying excellent views of the lake. Every bedroom has air-conditioning and heating. The mattresses, pillows and blankets are super comfortable, helping you to a great night's sleep even away from home. The basement offers a game room with a ping-pong table and a few additional multi-purpose rooms. There is a door that leads out to an additional enclosed deck which in turn leads right out to the lake. Sackett Lake is a 124-acre playground, and it is right in the backyard! We are pleased to offer a brand-new dock, the perfect place to launch all your lake fun. Enjoy swimming, boating and some excellent fishing on this well-stocked lake. Bring your own jet ski or use one of our kayaks. The lake usually freezes over during the winter, allowing for ice-skating, ice-fishing or tubing. Please make sure it is frozen solid before walking on it! For your convenience, we have an infant bathtub, pack-n-play, booster seat, & highchair available if necessary. Just ask! House-trained pets are allowed with an extra $50 cleaning fee per stay. We strive to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have a local caretaker in case anything is needed. We always listen to suggestions to keep improving the house and the supplies that we offer. Our guidebook offers recommendations for local restaurants, activities and attractions. PLEASE NOTE: It's a 5 minute walk from our back door down a private tree lined road to our waterfront where you can take in some incredible views, swim or use the kayaks that are provided. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a game room, electric fireplace, a kids room, outdoor pizza oven, a garden to pick fresh fruits and vegetables! Bedroom six has private access in an attached apartment. It’s perfect for additional guests, in-laws, etc. This apartment also includes a designated office space perfect for working remotely. The apartment suite has it’s own bathroom and kitchen. Please note a few things: there is a pond on the property. It has a working pump and has fish in it. Please supervise your children when they are in the backyard. We provide kayaks ( life jackets must be worn at all times while in use) for your stay but in order to protect our lake we don’t allow outside boats from renters. Our area is a bit rural, but a great escape but know that restaurants, Ubers, delivery services can be a bit of a drive or a bit sparse. Cars are only allowed inside of our fenced acre. No cars should be driven past the entrance gate down the private drive. We are on a private drive with two other homes. Please be respectful of our neighbors. All guests vehicles must be parked inside the gate and not on the private drive that way our neighbors can utilize the private drive. Gate should be kept closed when not in use. Our home is suitable for friends, family, small children and all dogs. Please note that there is a pet fee of $100 for the stay (up to 3 pets). Your dogs can have the run of the place enjoying the entire fenced in acre. PLEASE NOTE: Please write the correct amount of guests when booking. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please ask about the plowing schedule for the house. Most driveways are plowed at or before 3” of accumulation. Animals and Pests: The house is in a rural environment and surrounded by countryside, farms and wildlife. Although it’s wonderful to observe the eagles, deer, bears, and adorable chipmunks, it can also mean you will hear coyotes and foxes at night, and encounter the less cute mice, flies, snakes, ants, bees and ticks. There is very little to be done about it, but by keeping doors closed or screened and food in its appropriate storage, unwelcome guests will stay outside where they belong. All our properties benefit from scheduled pest control, but we are in a natural environment and we can not fortify the houses completely. Cleaning Guarantee: We are very proud of our housekeeping team who go beyond both Airbnbs General Cleaning Guidelines and Airbnb’s Enhanced Cleaning Process recommendations. Because of their hard work and high professional standards, we are able to guarantee our cleaning to our guests. We take time stamped video and photos of the cleaned property and do not refund for any small issues found during a stay. Introducing a beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, featuring expansive wrap-around decking. Enjoy 600 feet of private access to the Delaware River, perfect for effortless river excursions, swimming, fishing, hiking, or even hosting a special wedding or event. Just a short stroll from your front door, you'll discover some of the area's finest hiking trails, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature! Especially at this beautiful fall foliage time of the year The space The property has lots of space for your personal use. There’s an upstairs living room with a comfortable pull out sofa, chairs and a brand new TV. A full sliding glass door wall overlooks the beautiful Delaware River which is a short walk away, down a beautiful little stone path. Besides the numerous other bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a brand new kitchen, there’s a second living room downstairs with games, ping pong, another tv, and an infrared sauna. There’s a patio on the bottom level and a wrap around deck on the top level that includes outdoor furniture and a gas grill - directly hooked up to our gas line (no tanks needed). We recently installed a hot tub that pairs great with an indoor sauna - perfect for the winter months. We also have a full house generator so during a storm, when the power goes out - no need to worry! The house is managed by Reeves Mountain, a local rental management and cleaning company, which also offers 24/7 concierge services that can be arranged during your stay. Providing anything from adding groceries, flowers, birthday banners, or special items to the home before checking in, or take out delivery during your stay are all options. We can also provide bulky items to make your trip easier: strollers, play pens, dog crates, etc. We aim to fulfill all requests. Additional rates do apply, message for details.
