The total dimensions are 30' x 12'. We also have 4 deck loungers, a daybed, a 2-person hammock, a floating mat, and a regular pool cleaner. Pool & Hot Tub: We have a saltwater pool that is a 25'x12' ft (max 5’ deep) with 7' sun shelf. We also have a hot tub that is 5’ x 12’ with a spillway into the pool. Both the Spa and Pool are heated on a schedule during your stay. And there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. (It is facet fed, so would need to turn on before and turn off after stay) Backyard Patio: The Lanai features a large sectional sofa and a fire pit. There is a Traeger wood pellet grill for BBQing and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. The deck is paved with Marbella shell stone. (We provide propane gas for the firepit and pellets for the Traeger grill. We will refill if empty. Technology: We provide WIFI on both 2.5ghz & 5ghz signals. There is a wireless access point upstairs and downstairs for connectivity. The speeds are fully capable of Zoom calls and online streaming. There is a washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. The backyard is private and partially fenced. Yoder's Fresh Market, Earth Origins, Publix as well as Walmart Marketplace are nearby to grab groceries. Not one, but 2 ice cream shops and a coffee shop are within a mile. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Check out our guidebook to view our favorite local spots and activities. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Welcome to the Ringling Retreat, a family compound w/in walking distance to Payne Park & downtown Sarasota w/ sleeping for up to 14 guests but also ideal for more intimate groups wanting space &privacy. The main house offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & the detached MIL suite offers its own kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom & laundry. The highlight of this sprawling property is the brand new heated saltwater pebble tec pool & spa w/ adjacent putting green & outdoor kitchen w/ built-in grill. The space It's hard to overstate what a wonderful oasis this home truly is! Situated on almost a half acre lot this home can accommodate various groups of all sizes. From two honeymooners to large friend groups wanting a reunion to families, extended families or even small companies wanting a corporate retreat, the Ringling Retreat has you covered. Fronting on historic Ringling Blvd the property sits just a few blocks from the East end of Main Street downtown and is perfectly walkable to the Legacy Trail, Payne Park, Hollywood Cinemas, and a number of shops and restaurants downtown. Also, if you're a lover of pickleball, this house is in the perfect location being a short drive or bike ride from the Pompano Trailhead where you will find 12 brand new pickleball courts that are free to the public! A screened entryway in the front greets you before stepping through the front door into a light and bright living area with views out to the new heated pool and generous seating including a queen sleeper sofa and two club chairs. A 65 inch mounted tv in this room with complimentary streaming services is accessible from the living room as well as the 3 stools at the breakfast bar separating the living space from the designer kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and European style cabinets that are all labeled for your convenience and offer soft close hardware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for up to 12. The main house offers 3 large bedrooms and 2 well appointed bathrooms. The bed configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1 is just off the living room and is separated by french doors with privacy curtains. This room offers sleeping for up to 4 guests with two stand alone twin beds as well a twin over twin bunk bed. An open shelf closet, nightstand and mounted tv complete the set up. Bedroom 2 is located on the Master wing of the house with good separation from the Master bedroom and with easy access to the guest bathroom. This room offers a queen bed with two nightstands, a dresser and a large reach in closet. A large flat screen tv sits on top of the dresser. The Master bedroom is huge and offers a king bed with two nightstands, a dresser and a mounted tv on one of two shiplap accent walls. The Master has a zen feel and offers a large walk in closet, separate water closet/toilet area, and a recently remodeled spa-like bathroom with tiled shower, and double vanity sinks. Access to the courtyard and pool area is available from the master bedroom through a secure exterior door. Step beyond the kitchen and dining area to an exterior covered breezeway to find a laundry closet to the right as well as a beach essentials closet to the left. The keypad enabled door between both closets grants access to the guest house which features a full living room with two large sofas including a queen pullout sleeper sofa as well as two club chairs. The seating centers on a large flat screen tv and a cubby filled with board games . Adjacent to the living area is a full kitchen and eat-in kitchen area as well as a second washer and dryer. Beyond the living space is a large bedroom with King bed, 2 night stands and mounted flat screen. This 2nd Master offers a walk in closet and full en suite bathroom. Beyond the breezeway and into the courtyard is where you'll be reminded why you came. A large glistening pebble tec heated saltwater pool awaits with an in-ground heated spa and large sun shelf that allows you to stay dry with your toes in the water. Two in pool club chairs offer cupholders for your cold beverages as you soak up the Sarasota sunshine. Need some shade? We installed a Miami Dade hurricane rated patio with covered roof and an outdoor kitchen and bar area offering ample counter space and cabinetry, a mini fridge, and a premium 40" propane grill. 4 stools face the mounted TV so you can watch the game while your loved ones play nearby. Outdoor dining can be had either at the outdoor kitchen bar or the dining table with seating for 8 under a teal Sunbrella. On the far side of the pool you'll find a gorgeous putting area for golf enthusiasts and children alike. New landscaping and landscape lighting make this feel like a resort at night. A spa side remote that allows you to control the spa, jets and lights is mounted on the far post of the covered outdoor patio. The space This comfortable and spacious house is 2,580 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large fenced outdoor area with a private swimming pool (not heated). The house is located in a residential area (dead end street), really close to great amenities. You will feel right at home in this relaxing house! The living room is cozy with its comfortable couches, ottoman, coffee tables, wooden floor, large windows with a direct view and access to the pool and the garden. The white, beige, and blue shades give the room a relaxing atmosphere. You will like how pleasant it feels. A second living room features two taupe couches, a large TV and a coffee table. There are two big windows that bring in the light and an access to the pool. A relaxation room overlooks the living room. Armchairs, coffee table, desk allows you to stand back to work or read. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a nice table for 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all amenities: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sleek white and grey decoration, a dressing room, two windows. You then have access to the master bathroom that includes, a tub-shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom features two single size beds, and the third and fourth one has queen size beds. The decoration is simple in tones of beige and blue. The bedrooms have big windows, dressing room and nightstands.
