The space Kitchen stocked for cooking with coffee maker, food processor, juicer, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Guests are welcome to use staples as needed. Downstairs bedroom can be made into 2 twin beds or King size bed. Narrow, original 1821 staircase leads to upstairs bedrooms and another full bath with expansive views of lake and mountains to the east. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the garden and we provide Badminton and Croquet sets. Gunstock Resort, Ellacoya Park (on Lake) and other Lakes Region destinations as well as other ski resorts are within 60 minutes drive. Other things to note We have our share of wildlife: deer, wild turkeys, our resident Groundhog and even a Bobcat have been seen in the meadow down the hill from the house.

Second Level (Main Level): This level holds the kitchen, dining room (including 8 person dining table), living room (with wood burning stove) and one bedroom with a closet. Off the dining room there are large patio doors to a second level deck, as well as and screened off patio area. Here there is a wood burning stove that guests are welcome to use. Instructional videos are provided on how to use safely. We do not provide firewood, but you can pick it up at Lowes that is 12 minutes away, or any other local firewood stand. Third Level (Upstairs): Two bedrooms and a good size bathroom with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a small dresser and hanging rack available. There is no AC upstairs, each room has a tower fan. -WIFI is available on site, details are given with booking confirmation -Air conditioning is on the main level of the house, only. -Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share with guests for a long time. Outside: -A gas fire pit is available to use on the upper deck. -Wood burning fire pit and 5 Adirondack chairs in the yard that guests can use. Cozy up in the living room, play games in the sun room, sit on the front porch with your coffee or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the eat-in kitchen or at the large, custom built farm table. This space offers all the amenities of a home to help you feel comfortable and relax. The space Step through the foyer to a spacious first floor with woodwork throughout. You will see the open staircase and a flat screen smart TV in the living room with a slider door to the back deck. There is a fireplace that is used with duraflame logs only. There is an open dining room with a coffee/tea station with a slider looking out to the trees in the backyard. A wooden highchair is available if needed. There is a full bathroom and a separate laundry room. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes appliances and seating for four at the peninsula. Just off of the dining room there is a slider that goes into the beautiful, large sunroom. The sunroom has tall pine ceilings and plenty of windows to feel connected to nature while also enjoying the heat or air-conditioning. There is a slider to the front porch and a slider to the back patio. Sit in the swing chair, read a book on the couch or play a game of basketball! There is also a couch with a pullout queen bed, if needed. When you head upstairs there are three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a landing. •The first bedroom has a full bed, twin bed and crib. •The second bedroom has two twin beds. •The landing has a futon. •The third bedroom has a queen bed. There are a total of six beds and a crib. Each room has a fan and portable air conditioner. Playpen is available for use. There is a grill and outdoor set to sit at in the backyard. There are many spots to sit, dine, sip, rest and relax with family and friends! We are excited to incorporate eco-friendly features such as re-fillable, non-toxic shampoo, conditioner and body wash. 4 beach chairs and beach towels in the summer and sleds for the winter available for your use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home besides the locked closets. Other things to note Furniture and decor may appear different than listing photos. We are making updates and adding various items and amenities as we go. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We want you to have an amazing stay and we are always learning as we host! We do full cleaning turnovers between guests and all linens are laundered professionally; if you have any questions, please reach out! The space Rustic meets modern! The house is a quintessential log cabin, a cozy getaway but with all the modern day amenities including 3 televisions with Sling TV (cable), Netflix, Xbox, Nest thermostats and bluetooth speakers plus a touchscreen hub. Two fireplaces, two large porches, porch swing, outdoor fire pit, foosball table... lots of spots to relax and enjoy one another's company. The Log Cabin is close to Lake Winnipesaukee for swimming and boating in the Summer and ice fishing in the Winter. Gunstock Mountain (1.5 miles away) is home to year-round activities including zip line adventures, a mountain coaster, beerfests, and skiing/snowboarding/tubing. Also close to the Bank of NH Pavillion, Ellacoya State Park, Weirs Beach, Gilmanton Winery & Vineyard, Tanger Outlets Tilton, NH Motor Speedway, and many other Lakes Region attractions. Guest access You have access to the entire house and yard except for the garage. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Other things to note At this time, we only accept renters who have a positive review on AirBnB. The house is in a neighborhood so house rules state quiet hours (i.e. no music) outdoors starting at 9pm. In the Summer (May through September), our landscaping company visits bi-weekly to keep the yard clean for guests. Our waste management company visits bi-weekly on Friday mornings to empty the dumpster in the driveway. We share the dumpster with one of our neighboring houses so you may see them walking through our connecting wooded area to use it.

The space The home has been tastefully renovated with all the highest end touches, including a built in dining nook that overlooks the beautiful backyard and a bubbling stream in the distance. This, combined with a fireplace on the outside deck and a fully stocked kitchen, encourages both gathering and conversations inside and out. The propane fireplace is ideal for curling up next to in the winter. The master suite has a private balcony that overlooks the wooded backyard. There are washers and dryers in both the upstairs master suite and downstairs in the utility room. Both are at your disposal during your visit for any laundry needs. Our cozy chalet is nestled among tall trees in the heart of the Lakes Region. 5 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee and 1 minute from Gunstock Mountain Resort, our hideaway offers instant access to the best of New England no matter the season, including hiking, beaches, kayaking, skiing, and more. Our family-friendly cottage has a two-story great room, a separate office, and an outdoor firepit. It is perfect for couples and families. The space Our cozy blue chalet has a two-story living area, a bright and well-stocked kitchen, and an office that is fully equipped for remote working (double monitors, keyboard, mouse, high speed wifi). It has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six. Our outdoor space includes a grill, a firepit, two picnic tables shaded by tall trees, and a deck that is perfect for lounging in the sun, grilling, or dining al fresco. While at our chalet, enjoy full use of our amenities including board games, lawn games, inflatable kayak, folding camping chairs that you can take to the beach, and toys for the kids. In the winter, we have two pairs of snowshoes and a bunch of sleds that you can use. If the weather doesn't cooperate, turn on our pellet stove fireplace, make some Belgian waffles in our waffle iron, and relax in the reading loft. Our house is kid friendly. You are welcome to use our kiddie amenities including a high chair, pack n play, infant tub, and a chest full of toys / children's books (ages 0-5). There is also a small playset in the backyard with two swings and a slide. Parking on loose gravel is available for up to 3 cars. Guest access The entire place is yours. Other things to note Due to allergies, absolutely no animals or smoking is allowed. Please respect our family home. In the summer, air conditioning is provided via a large window unit in the living room. There are also fans for every bedroom. There is no central A/C. In the winter, heating is provided via forced air and pellet stove.
