For COVID-19 concerns, please see below for our COVID-19 policy. Gatherings or Parties Quiet hours are between 10:00pm - 7:00am daily. Please no parties, and if you do plan to consume alcoholic beverages, please do so responsibly and while observing the legal drinking age (21). If you plan to have a large gathering and book multiple cabins, please let our team know at least two weeks in advance so we can plan accordingly and group you in cabins near one another. We do offer the opportunity for a full site buy-out when space is available. Check-in & Check-out Procedure -- Check-in is between 4:00pm - 7:00pm on the day of your arrival. Late arrivals will be charged up to $50 per hour after 7:00pm. Arriving at ROAM Beyond is an experience, and orienting you on how to get the most out of your experience in the Lodge is a critical part of your stay. -- You will receive a door code for your cabin a few days prior to your check-in date, and your guest experience manager will provide a tour of the property and amenities upon arrival. -- Check-out is by 11:00am on the day of your departure. The best way to contact your guest experience manager is by texting. Cleaning Procedures Please be respectful of communal spaces and keep your personal items in your cabin whenever possible. Cleaning up after yourself and keeping communal areas accessible to all guests is greatly appreciated. Dishes should be thoroughly washed, dried, and put away upon departure. All dishes in the cabin upon arrival must be put away in the cabin upon departure. At the end of your stay, please gather all towels and place them in the shower area of the cabin. Linens and pillows can stay on the beds. In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, laundry is done only upon the completion of your stay at ROAM Beyond. This means our guest experience manager will not replace towels or linens unless necessary or otherwise requested. We appreciate your understanding (as does Mother Earth). Pet Policy We love pets, so bring your adventure pals to enjoy and explore a dog’s paradise! Please be good stewards of the area and habitat by cleaning up after your pets and being mindful of barking. Upon arrival, you will be provided with our pet policies, as well as some poop bags. Note: Pets cannot be left unattended in the cabins. Our pet policy is a unique part of what we offer. We allow pets to be off leash if owners are completely confident in their dog's temperament around other dogs, people, children, and wildlife that frequent the property. If any of these stimuli create the potential for unpredictable behavior, then we kindly ask that owners keep their pets on leash at all times. The last thing we want is for someone to feel uncomfortable about their own safety, or the safety of their family which includes their own animals. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the wide open spaces on ROAM's property, and will always do everything we can to ensure people and animals can explore safely. Note, many of our onsite staff have pets who will be adhering to the same pet policy as guests. Fortunately, staff dogs are comfortable on the property and always well-behaved around other people, children, animals, and wildlife. If they weren't, we would not allow them to be off leash. Pet Cleaning Fee Most of our cabins are pet-friendly, so please let us know if you would like to bring a pet to our site. Our pet cleaning fee is $50 per pet. If you have severe pet allergies, please let us know. When Leaving Your Cabin Unattended We want you and your belongings safe at all times. Even though we’re in nature, when you’re away from your cabin, we encourage you to close and lock the door and windows, and close all rooftop vents while you’re out. In the Event of an Emergency or Accident Remember, you are in a remote area, emergency services may take longer to respond, but always call 911 if needed. Outdoor space consists of 10.25 acres to enjoy with many lawn activities available for your use, including outdoor fire pit. Guest access You will have the entire property during your stay which includes access to the top two floors of the house. The basement is being remodeled and vacant and not available at this time. With a great central location to other locations, there's plenty to do to maximize your vacation in Montana. 20 minutes from Glacier Park and Whitefish Ski Resort. The space This 4,000 square foot cabin is built with functionality and comfort in mind. With 5 Bedrooms there is room for everyone: 1 King, 4 Queens, and two bunk rooms with 4 twins in each. We also provide two pads on the floor plus a portable pack n play for your convenience. Wifi is provided for free. The central location of our home is perfect for those wanting to explore different areas like Whitefish, Flathead Lake or the amazing Glacier National Park. ***Due to low and unpredictable water levels in our bay, we don’t allow boating from our location. Lake Blaine is a beautiful, private lake. We provide a paddle boat and two paddle boards at no cost for those renting between the months of June-August. ***In the summer months (June-August) we book Friday to Friday (7 nights). Main Level: The master suite includes its own bathroom, tub, shower and closet, cable TV, dvd player, and dresser. Other things to note This home has no air conditioning, but fans are provided throughout. The North Star Cabin feels like a cabin in the woods, yet is conveniently located close to town, ski resort, and everything the valley has to offer! Fireplace (pellet stove), jetted tub, and well stocked kitchen. Perfect holiday getaway! The space This cabin is part of the beautiful Haymoon Resort. With 2 ponds and 15 acres of incredibly landscaped lawn, pasture, garden, and wooded areas, the property is absolutely gorgeous. There are several lodging options on the resort, however each one is private enough that you don't feel like you are sharing the space with other people. They are all close enough though, that if you have a large group that wants to spread out, you are all on the same property! All of our cabins are clean, cozy, and well stocked. You will feel at home the moment you walk in. The property is large with lots of room to play outside in both summer and winter! One of the biggest comments that we get (and we completely agree!) is that our property is in the perfect location. We are centered between Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls. The biggest question we get in Winter is "how far away are you from the ski hill?" We are only about a 20 minute drive from the parking for the lifts at Whitefish Mountain Resort. It is super convenient to stop in Whitefish for breakfast, dinner, the grocery store, or for rentals on your way up and down the mountain. Lots of people think being on the Mountain is the best place to be, however it can get busy and loud up there and it is sometimes less convenient because you still have to come down the mountain into Whitefish if you want to head to the grocery store or head out to a restaurant for a meal. We are season pass holders ourselves and pop up to the mountain from here for a quick run all the time. Another convenient option is the SNOW bus which will pick you up and take you up the mountain! The closest pickup is Whitefish Mountain Mall (by the Mcdonalds) which is less than a 10 minute drive. Every group seems to have a person or two that wants to ski every single day, but the rest of the group wants to do something else. Maybe they Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating, head up to Glacier National Park for a bit, shopping, or just relax at the cabin by the fire. The Flathead Valley has something for everyone! This beautiful property is located 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 5-10 minutes from local dining establishments, 10 minutes from Costco, grocery stores and other big box stores for your convenience, 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish and 10-15 minutes to Kalispell. The entrance to Glacier National Park is only a 30 minute drive. And from the Resort to the ski lifts at Whitefish Mountain Resort takes about 20 minutes. The space More about this space: This gorgeous cabin near Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Glacier National Park features a custom dining room table for endless evenings with family, modern-rustic designs with leather furniture, and plenty of neat details throughout--a private, 4-acre retreat, surrounded by horse farms and long-range mountain views! The kitchen is open to the great room and the dining room with three counter stools at the kitchen island for extra seating. The interior finishings of this home really set it apart. There are dramatic wood ceiling beams all the way across the great room area (living room, kitchen, dining room), wood casings throughout, and real scraped hardwood floors. The living/dining room has a wood-burning stove that easily heats up the main floor living spaces. The house has 3 private bedrooms--one on the main floor, one in the loft, and one in the basement. The master suite in the loft has a queen bed, tons of storage, and a separate sitting/office area with a twin bed for overflow guests. The main floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is outfitted with brand-new log cabin furniture and a large closet with lots of storage space. The third bedroom in the basement has queen bunk beds. They are rustic log cabin style and high quality - very sturdy. (There is a blow-up mattress in this closet, too!) The basement is a multi-functional space making this more of a "shared" experience. It contains a washer and dryer, a queen bed, and a 40-inch Roku TV. The newly constructed basement bath is all tile and walk-in with double shower heads and is the only bathroom in the basement. The outdoor kitchen/pavilion is 400 sq. ft. of covered entertaining area with unobstructed views. There is a paver pathway leading to a circular fire pit area with Adirondack chairs. Central air conditioning is not available and is usually not needed. However, we have added a small AC unit to the master bedroom in the loft to offset the handful and hot days in July/August. If you ever need respite from the heat, the basement stays somewhere around 60 degrees all summer long! There is another 1 bedroom cabin and several RV hookups onsite.
