My home is a true Gaslamp experience! I'm looking to host respectful guests that observe my house rules and professionals visiting for conferences that are both clean and honest. There will be plenty of room for your stay with all of the essentials. **I have 1 neighbor that lives next door to me and respecting after hours is expected. This is listed as one of my house rules. No other issues regarding my neighbor who is otherwise welcoming.** The space **As of July 2026, Airbnb has made it mandatory for hosts to increase our rates by 15.5%! It is now mandatory because they will no longer collect that from guests but will take it out of our earnings for hosting you so you don't see that in the price breakdown when you book... I apologize for this.** My home has hardwood flooring and 20 foot high floor to ceiling bay windows. The front facing bay windows give breathtaking views of the city skyline and busy downtown street. The open concept layout provides for a complete living experience. Private mezzanine overlooks the living area. Perfect for vacationing, conferencing and Comic Con. There are a lot of things to do outside of my home but I also have a 65" 4K TV with and high speed internet if you decide to stay in. It has a suite of available streaming services if you use your sign in. I have heating and central A/C. My dining area has a table for 6 and table top bar with 20 foot ceilings and a chandelier. Shoe and coat rack with a luggage storage area for your convenience.	 OUTSIDE OF THE LOFT My home is conveniently located near many points of interest. Food/drinks/entertainment are all right outside the building. Within walking distance, you will find: • Food I live in the center of Gaslamp. My home has large floor to ceiling windows, please expect morning light. Unfortunately, parking is not available on-site but there are plenty of parking lots/valet available around. Other things to note • Our property is nestled within a central San Diego residential neighborhood, making it very convenient to get around. • Animals, smoking (including cannabis), drugs, events/parties, commercial photography and video recording are not permitted. • This unit does not provide accessibility features such as a step-free entrance or 32-inch wide doors. • This unit is not suitable for animals. If you are traveling with animals, we strongly encourage you to look for better-suited units. • Being located in a residential neighborhood in central San Diego, urban noise is possible due to the central location. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • For guest and neighbor comfort, a Minut noise monitor is installed in the common living/kitchen area. It detects decibel levels only (no audio/video recording) to prevent excessive noise or parties. Privacy-focused and compliant with platform rules. • Minimum age to rent is 25, unless agreed to in writing to rent to younger guests. • All bookings of 28+ consecutive nights require a background screening/check and a signed midterm rental agreement before final confirmation. Access codes, check-in instructions, and entry will only be provided after the lease is fully signed by all guests. This is required under California law for longer stays to ensure clear terms and protections for everyone. Shorter stays (under 28 nights) do not require this process.
