The Cabin at Beaver Lake has plenty of bedrooms for everyone and a loft space for the kids to sleep! Unplug while you enjoy the wildlife and more than 800 square foot of porch space. The space Our spacious cabin along the lake is a great spot to sit on the deck and watch the birds and deer play in the yard. There are 3 full bedrooms and a sleeping loft with 2 bedrooms overlooking the first floor family room. An additional family room is in the basement. There is a full kitchen stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need if you enjoy cooking at the cabin and staying in by the fire. This is a whole house rental with no shared spaces. Guest access The Bennett House is accessed through the front doors (painted blue) to a sunporch. Once inside you will see the entry door with a keypad. Access to the house can also be gained from the side entry at the top of the ramp to the right. The space Situated in the heart of Central Kentucky, a place famous for its bourbon and horses, guests will be charmed by this recently renovated 1917 home. No matter your reason for travel, this home offers all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire. Thoughtful in every detail, guests will experience the historic charm through the signature style of Castle & Key. First Floor: Upon entry, guests will be warmly embraced by the mix of old and new. Guests will walk into the entry foyer where a cozy parlor welcomes you. Guests can enjoy a curated cocktail after a long day on the luxurious velvet green chase. The dining room comfortably seats 8 guests. Local chefs specializing in local cuisine and farm to table fare are available to cater upon request. Adjacent to the dining room is a large sunken living room featuring a game table, Smart TV, seating for 10, custom wet bar and so much more. The home is located on over 200 acres that houses 6 to 8 horses 🐎 , 30 cows, a creek, a pavilion, a wood burning fire pit by the creek and lots of places to walk or hike. Needing to get away from the bustle of life for a moment and want privacy? You can do that on MacAttie Acres! The house has an open floor plan which is great for a large family or group gatherings! Read the reviews and check out the pictures. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The horses in the paddocks love attention and love to be petted. Just remember they are animals and are easily excited. Please do not enter the paddocks, open the gates or feed them anything. No swinging arms or being aggressive towards them. Pet them at your own risk. Walk past the paddock to relax by the creek or build a fire in the fire pit. Wood is provided and a striker is located in the kitchen drawer. There is also a pavilion in this area. Please check with us to see if this area is available during your stay. Sometimes this area is used for our family gatherings. Also, if you like to hike, we can provide a map of our farm for your enjoyment. Here is the history of MacAttie Acres! A charming 22-acre slice of history, was once part of a massive 1000-acre farm gifted to the Richardson family in the late 1800s post-war. Mark and Cindy Crutcher, the current owners, reside on the neighboring 180 acres. Mark proudly carries on the family legacy as an 8th generation owner of these lands. In 2003, they acquired 180 acres and in 2023, they expanded their domain by purchasing MacAttie Acres. This picturesque horse farm with a babbling creek, horse havens, and rustic barns was lovingly named after their two grandchildren, Malachi "Mac" and Atalie "Attie." The barns, painted a cheerful red, stand as sentinels of the past, each beam and plank whispering stories of yesteryears. The creek, with its crystal-clear waters, winds through the property, offering a serene spot for picnics and quiet reflection. This rental has everything you need and proximity to Keeneland, multiple Bourbon Trail distilleries, UK athletics, Lexington and Frankfort! It is the perfect location for couples or families (and their 4-legged friends) looking to spend some time enjoying bourbon, horse racing, and all things Kentucky. The space To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions. The Rickhouse is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom bourbon themed home that features an open floorplan with a connected kitchen, dining, and living area. The primary bedroom and en-suite bath are accessed from the living room while the additional two bedrooms and bathroom are accessed from the living area and on the opposite side of the house. Off of the kitchen you will find the wooden deck and grilling area. Below the deck is a brand new hot tub that accommodates six people and is surrounded by string lights for those relaxing evenings. The backyard is fully fenced and perfect for your four-legged friends to enjoy. During your stay you will have a private drive way (large enough for three sedan/SUV sized vehicles) for parking. The Rickhouse offers a full family experience, but keep in mind that if you have babies/infants the home is not baby proofed. A pack and play and booster seat are provided for your use. In the kitchen you will find an extensive collection of cookware/dishes, a coffee and tea bar, and the laundry room (washer and dryer). The cozy king and queen beds each have three pillows and the full and twin beds (bunk) each have two. Dedicated high-speed WiFi internet is available for business and entertainment needs and can be used to stream content to all three smart TV’s from your Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts. Located just off of Woodford Street near Main Street in downtown Lawrenceburg. Walmart is a block away and Kroger is 4 minutes. Our 273 acre light duty farm is a well maintained oasis with a near perfect combination of beautiful rolling vistas, mowed meadow paths, and shaded woodland trails, many set along our 1.5 miles of Kentucky River frontage. The farm is also home to abundant wildlife, and an ever growing family of sheep, goats, cows and chickens, as well as our expanding honey bee hives. The custom built post & beam farmhouse is a one-of-a-kind and very private residence. The home sits directly across from the tree lined Kentucky River, with views of the Kentucky Palisades! The floor plan offers 3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths, with a nice additional queen foldout bed in the loft. Multiple dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen are set up to accommodate your family or group, along with additional lounging areas, one with a large sectional perfect for conversation or movie watching. Centered around the limestone fireplace and chimney, the decor is comfortable and serene, modern-rustic with the warm feeling of a small lodge. Our guests (many repeats) love the relaxed soothing spaces, as well as the outdoor beauty, and many have said the farm exceeded their expectations, and they wished they had planned to stay longer! This unique and spacious home sits on a site that was once home to various bourbon distilleries. The future of the property will be Benson Bourbon. While the rest of the property is under construction and in various states of repair or demolition, rest assured, the Master Distillers Lodge is unique, and the property's history is on display in the house.
