Book your stay and experience the best of Lincoln The space The three level Home is located in southwest Lincoln just minutes away from Southpointe mall. Our main level has an open kitchen/dining/living area with an additional formal dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is a game/arcade room which has dart board, foosball table, skeeball, virtual pinball, and other arcade games for your entertainment. You will also find the screened in 3 seasons room off the open kitchen/dining area which has a nice outdoor sectional, an outdoor bartop for seating for 6, and a television. Outside, you will find your oasis with an inground chlorine pool, pool loungers, a hot tub, and outside daybed. For safety, the pool is completely fenced in. We provide an abundance of floats and pool toys for people to play/lounge. Also in the backyard, you will find the children's playset, firepit area, and picnic table. The basement boasts a family room we turned into a home theatre with 120-inch screen and projector hooked up to a Roku. There is a couch, bean bags, and a bar top with stools for extra seating for movie nights. Also in the basement is a 2 part bedroom with a king bed in one part and full over full bunkbeds as well as a 3/4 bathroom. The upstairs level has the Master with king bed and en-suite bathroom and nice desk for a dedicated work area. There is also two additional bedrooms with queen beds and one more bathroom. All tv's in the house are Roku smart tv's for you to hook up to your streaming services. Every bedroom has a television, but we do not provide services or cable. We gladly encourage you to bring along your four-legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 3). We provide one large sized dog kennel located in the garage for you to use if you wish. Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge an additional nightly fee of $20/night/pet. We do max this out at $100/dog for the entire stay so if you are planning to stay longer than 5 days, please reach out ahead of time We are about a 10-minute drive to Memorial Stadium and to Pinnacle Bank Arena. On football gamedays, there is a shuttle located just a few minutes away that can take you down to the stadium. If you have more questions regarding this, please let us know. While we love to provide an awesome place for people to have a great time. This house is also in a great neighborhood and the neighbors live here full-time. We like to respect their privacy as well, so we do have strict quiet hours for the outdoor space. Please see additional notes for details. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. We do lock the master closet and the dining room closet for our supplies. Other things to note The pool is always open from Memorial Day-Labor day. It is not a heated pool so exact times that we put it up and take it down will vary based on weather but this will be the minimum it is opened and closed. The hot tub is a plug and play hot tub which means that it runs off a smaller power source than traditional ones. The main difference is that you cannot have both the heater and jets on at the same time, so when the jets are on, it will slowly lose heat, and when the jets are off, it will start heating again. The hot tub heats on average about 1-2 degrees per hour. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have exterior quiet hours of 9 pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. We also only allow 5 vehicles to be parked on the premises and prefer no more than 2 on the street. Please be respectful of our neighbors homes and their right to peacefully enjoy their property. Per AirBNB and city regulations, no gatherings with people outside of the reservation that exceed the maximum occupancy are allowed. We do not allow bachelorette or bachelor parties. For protection of our guests, property and house rules, we have two exterior motion-activated cameras at the property (a video doorbell and a video camera that overlooks the backyard) along with one sound monitoring device. Tampering or blocking these devices are in violation of house rules.

Enlighten your tastebuds with a hot coffee, courtesy of the Keurig coffee maker located in the kitchen. For those who like to cozy up while a good movie or TV show is streaming, a large leather couch is located on the basement level. We want you to have the most wonderful stay possible! Our goal is to provide simple self check in. You have your own keyless entry so you can come and go as you please no matter how late you arrive. There is a keypad on the door. Once inside, we want you to make yourself at home! We want you to have a delightful stay at the Miranda House! You will find 2 bedrooms in the home on the main floor. The Primary Suite has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed. In the basement, you will find one bedroom with a queen sized bed. You’ll also find closets and dressers in each room. The basement family room has a sofa couch that can be made into a queen sized bed. Just let us know if you would like that bedding made available for you! In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee bar. There is a 60" smart TV in the upstairs living room that you can sign into your favorite streaming options. Downstairs in the basement family room, there is another 60” smart TV, couch area, desk workspace and even a foosball table. Let the games begin! If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the backyard. We appreciate it if you could keep outdoor late night noise to a minimum. We especially love all the shops and restaurants in walking distance to the home. We always enjoy walking to New Day Coffee or even Corn Coast Brewery or The Hawks Nest, especially on game days. The Southpointe Pavilion is a shopping plaza that features Scheels, Trader Joe’s, Ulta, Von Maur, Marcus Theatres and Barnes & Nobles only 3 minutes from us. Next to the Pavilion is a chain of restaurants and beverage services. For sports fans, the Memorial Stadium Downtown is also a 10-14 minutes drive allowing for a convenient travel time. The three bedrooms are decked out with brand new comforter sets and pillows. Extra blankets and pillows are available upon request. If you would like additional services, we are open for negotiations! We can arrange for: - Drop off or pickup from stadium or downtown (parking may be tough to find during games or events and you will be paying a premium for it) - Other transportation needs - Food services - Groceries Stocking (if you would like us to go shop for groceries prior to your arrival) - Mid Stay Housekeeping: Laundry and fresh beddings. A 100 yr old original farmhouse perfect for a girls getaway.  Completely redone inside. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking.  There is a Queen and full size bed in separate bedrooms.  The daybed/couch can sleep one.  4 miles south of downtown Lincoln, great stay for Husker game weekends or whatever brings you to town.

There’s an Apple TV, kitchen, and plenty of space in the basement 😊 the basement is private, and there is a curtain at the bottom of the stairs. This means that sounds will get through in the basement’s common area, so if either of us are loud we’ll hear each other. The rooms have sound privacy though. The space The basement of our house is very spacious. The foosball table and ping pong table are ready to be played! Along with the full size bed, we have an additional mattress that can be laid on the ground and slept on. We also have two big couches that can also be used. There are utensils and other basic kitchen supplies that are at the guests’ disposal as well. There is an Apple TV connected to our tv and it has Netflix, Hulu, and a bunch of other apps! Guest access The whole basement except for the storage closet and storage room. During your stay I am always available by text, usually available by phone, and I am always willing to meet in person if guests want to speak or ask questions!
