The long dock including Tiki Hut invites you to rest and watch the animals. Many dolphins and manatees swim by here. The living area is more than generously equipped. Here you will find a nice dining area, the fully equipped kitchen even with Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and the living room, which also has a pool table, is thanks to the many windows and doors to the outside area more than light flooded. All areas are equipped with TV and wifi. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with 4 king size and a queen bed and 4 bathrooms, so there is enough space for 2 or more families. Exceptional and indescribable here is that 4 bedrooms provide large sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool area. Luxury for the whole family! Our favorite things about our home are the 2 primary suites, 2 living rooms, lanai w/tv, grill, outside dining area, pool, hot tub, and Tiki Hut. You can rent a boat & head out to Ft Myers Beach & Sanibel Islands or fish from the private dock. Kayaks, bikes, games, corn-hole! The space We own vacation rentals in Michigan and have really honed in on making a fun stay for our guests. We supply things like bikes, games, puzzles, hook game on the lanai, corn hole, kayaks, plenty of televisions spread throughout the villa as well as on the screened lanai. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Garage is not included for parking, but the 5 bikes, two kayaks, and cornhole game in the garage do come with the rental.
